Great variety of truffles and chocolate dipped strawberrys made fresh. Stopped in to look around and they have very friendly staff. Small store but well stocked.$$$

I love this Chocolate place I have been coming here for years. They have the best Chocolates in the Charlotte, NC area. If you join as a member you get 1 free chocolate of your choice for every month, and you get a treat on your Birthday. I come here to spoil myself my fiance and his dad with Chocolates. You have to try there Oyster Shell Chocolates and there dark Chocolates too. But most of all try there ice cream 🍫🍦so good.

I went here yesterday.. They finally reopened at Southpark Mall.. The prices have really gone up over the years.. I got a $19 box of chocolates for my friends birthday.. She was pleased so I cant complain.. I never had a bad experience here.. They have a better selection during Christmas and Valentines Day though..

Always have a wonderful experience at this location. Havent been there as much as I wanted, especially with the pandemic. Was shockingly surprised in how bare there shelves were, but do understand that it was after Christmas. Was looking to buy a variety box of my choosing, but there selection was nonexistent. Felt like I was at a factory outlet, than a store. Hoping for a better visit next time.

Its a lovely store. I just get amazed to see the collection they have every time. Sad to know that they are closing :(. I wish they are open.

Way over the top on their covid approach. Great chocolate but the gestapo approach to their treatment of potential customers ruins the experience. A soft tonality wouldnt hurt anyone.

The last 3 times I have been here have been disappointing to say the least. The old, white lady, who dips the fruit has been rude, made condescending comments (not only to my family but to others as well), and has an all around bad attitude. She justifies her mean spiritedness by mentioning that she has worked there for 10 years. Today was the last straw for me; I was given mean looks by the Asian woman, and another rude comment to my daughter by the old lady.The single star that I gave was for Marie, who went above and beyond to fix my godiva app, fix our order, and step in when the Asian woman was busy telling us that she doesnt think i am qualified for my free piece for this month. She saved the day for today, but we will not be back because I am tired of leaving here feeling bad about myself because the service is horrible.

I would give rate 3/5 stars, but the staff is very nice. The quality isnt great especially for the price. The chocolate tastes cheap and its very expensive. It isnt bad though. Just not worth $3 a piece.

Showed up for godiva it and its always closed now. Have tried to go 3 times and there were 2 women in the shop but still closed and they said they wouldnt open until 11am the next day? You guys are really missing out on the money this Christmas season. I wanted to buy $600 in giftcards for my employees. Not sure if that will happen this year??

The chocolate is always really good every time I visit; regardless of the location. The only thing I initially had an issue with is the fact that there were macaroons for sale that were a week old. I had asked the sales associate if there were any that were fresh and she told me No. Before leaving, I noticed some in a jar on the counter that was only 2 days old. I asked her to package them up for me.I highly recommend going. Just be sure to check the packaging for freshness. Some will have Best by this date and others will say Prepared on_______.

Marie is the only employee here with ANY customer service skills, the old blonde lady is hateful and rude!

What can I say about Godiva Chocolatier? The chocolates are to be savored, not devoured. Prices are high but well worth it. Perfect gift for a loved one or just to show appreciation to someone deserving in your life.

When my grandfather was suddenly in a coma (and passed 12 hours later), my grandma was all alone in their living facility. Literally. Alone in her room. I was talking with her on the phone since I was halfway across the country and inn the middle of a blizzard. She had mentioned how much shed like dark chocolate right about now....I searched Godivas website for dark chocolate, and came across their usual package. I called up the local branch, and explained the situation to their store manager, Patrica. She was very empathetic and - despite it being almost closing time - was able to put together a hand-crafted package of dark chocolates at an exceptional rate, AND - since she lived nearby and felt sorry for my grandmothers predicament - offered to HAND DELIVER IT TO HER the next day!Thank you so much, Patricia. This meant everything to me.

Not many Godiva distributors in this region. Its in South Park Mall. Hard to miss if youre walking through. Its expensive (obviously), but it is tasty. I love the dark chocolate ice cream (~‾▿‾)~

I love Godiva, been going for years and years. I hadnt been for a while. I get to the store with my two teenage daughters to find they have so many new goodies...ice cream, shakes, etc. Cant wait to make another trip back to try something new. The cashier was amazing...great attitude, very knowledgeable and so personable.

The store is very clean and the staff very helpful. They have so much to choose from its hard to decide. Their chocolate covered strawberries are the best in the city. And they have lots of gift ideas if your looking for a little something special.

I miss this place since we moved away. They have an excellent selection of chocolate items and I love, love, love the chocolate apples. It is on the expensive side but, the quality is exceptional. I recommend this place to people that want a chocolate specialty gift.

The soft serve is interesting and worth the cost. More like an ice milk with Godiva chocolate flavor.

There is a good selection in the store. They were handing out free samples which helps. You can buy a large amount or just a few pieces. The doors open entice you to come in and try

Even their icecream is amazing. Its so smooth and creamy. They use Godiva chocolate to make it. Delicious!

Really happy with the workers (all super nice and so helpful) and chocolate selection. I wish the milk chocolate coconut truffles were stocked, but the store cant control the chocolates Godiva decides will be sold.

Good chocolate. If you have the money, their stuff is good. Its pricey. There is a seasonal Sees Candy kiosk nearby. Its a better deal, but its gone after winter.

Super friendly staff and plenty of stock on hand if youre like me and order a large quantity of Key Lime truffles.

I miss the one in Greenville South Carolina!!!! The only time I get good chocolate is when I come to Charlotte!! Please consider a location maybe downtown greenville instead of the mall??? Just a thought.

I came to this store on my birthday as a Rewards Member to redeem my free birthday gift and was met with extreme difficulty because they could not pull up my account in their system. As a result, I was told (by the manager) that they could not extend the free birthday treat to me DESPITE PROVING that Im a member. I was totally shocked and disappointed in their complete lack of customer service and member satisfaction. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this particular store again.

Premium chocolates at a premium price. All the sweets from Godiva are extremely good, but very high priced. Nice for a splurge, but other chocolate stores have better value.
