Went to the Apple store to get my phone fixed. Set an appointment for two weeks away. I needed my phone faster than that. Stopped by Cel Doc on the way out and my phone was fixed 30 minutes later. Screw Apple.

Walked in with a really bad cracked iPhone 11 Pro max screen. And. They fixed it in 15, just in time for close! I really appreciate those guys!

I shattered my screen to my iPhone 8 Plus and called around and everyone was from 120 to 170 to fix it. I had a friend recommend this place so I took it there and 30 minutes later a brand new screen and a new screen protector for 70 bucks. I am well pleased and the customer service was great.

My father in law bought a phone charger from this place and it literally fried the inside of his iPhone. After using the charger one time suddenly the phone no longer turns on and a burnt smell is coming from the charger port area. We reached out to him only to be told that he has sold chargers for years with no complaints although it’s evident the charger he sold caused the issue. Very cheap products and super poor customer service!!!

200 bucks for a screen that broke the next day and it didnt even get dropped. Just cracked in my pocket, at my desk... no offer to replace, not even an apology.

The tech was great, however, the Asian lady was incredibly rude and lacked any sense of courtesy whatsoever. She told me itd be 90 mins to repair my phone, but when I came back I was told it was going to take another 90 mins for the repair. Went here on a whim, though I regret doing so.

I gotta say thank you to a very kind girl at CellDoc in Northlake Mall. I dropped my phone in water. She fixed it quickly and for a great price!!!!!.....and she was so friendly! Great cell accessories selection too! Definitely recommend this place.

My daughters iPhone screen cracked while home from college for the weekend to We called around and came across this business. Upon calling we were told over price. But when we got to the kiosk, we were told a different price. None the less we allowed them to fix her phone. The young lady was barely paying attention while she was repairing the screen. She was being distracted by other customers. 2 days after the repair my daughters screen does not work and she can not use her phone. Shes away at school and will not return for a few weeks. Upon calling and trying to figure out what to do. The owner gave me short answers, would not let me speak and was basically being a smart a$$! He actually laughed and said what do you want me to do drive to your daughters town and fix the phone? He was basically no help and very rude. After a few minutes on the phone. He got angry and hung up on me. All I wanted to know was what could we do in the mean time? I am very disappointed in my service that we received and even more disappointed in the rude customer service from the actual owner of this establishment. I will never advise anyone to spend their hard earned money with this business!!!!!

I went to north lake mall today and the kiosk at downstairs, they were very nice and kind. I had a damaged phone and no one could fix it but I took it to him and he fixed in short time, he knows what his doing. If anybody have problem with their phone I would recommend you to take it to him, he is a educated technician 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The girl is extremely rude wasn’t able to answer my question about what was apart of the warranty. Over charged for a screen repair when the screen didn’t work properly charged again the repair it. Don’t waste your money here !

My new screen cracked the day after i bought it. Never dropped it, pulled it out of my pocket at work and boom its cracked. What a shady company this is.

Do not take your phones here. F rating on BBB. Not only did not fix my phone but broke it further. Screen discolored and does not fit phone and left gaps in the sides of a phone that is supposed to be waterproof. Horrible customer service - owner had me repeatedly go to the store but refused to fix my phone once I arrived and tried to instead send me to a different location. Owner tried to convince me my phone broke the screen because I must have stupid written across my face. Save yourself time and money and take your phone elsewhere.

They overcharged me for a screen replacement, then when I received my phone back the screen would flash on and off, parts of it were completely unresponsive & they failed to notify me of any of these problems that their service had created when they gave me my phone back, all around sketchy staff and horrible service.

Went here for replacement of a cracked LCD and screen. I slept on my already cracked phone and woke up and it was further cracked. Took to this store and they asked if I had water damage. I informed them no water damage just a cracked screen. When I went back they told me my phone had lots of water in it. He opened it and showed fresh drops of water on the inside. He said my phone had to be sitting in water for 3-4hrs. The battery was drenched. I would know if my phone was dropped in water. These people are shady. I truly believe the guy put water in my phone to overcharge while I stepped off. I sat 10ft away from the guy waiting, and he didnt even tell me. He let me sit there, after he told me it would only take 20 mins to fix, for 30 mins only to tell me to my phone has water damage. Take your phone elsewhere.

AVOID. I went YESTERDAY for a new galaxy s8 screen, paid 200 bucks, i havent dropped my phone since the new screen has been on and it is in an otterbox, just pulled it out of my pocket and the screen has a huge crack. What a terrible business.

Chinese copy screens . Bad lcd bad screens . The glass is very cheap and breaks easily . My phone display quality was lighter . They do not put the screens back in flushed with the phones frame they leave a gap I guess the cheap lcd cant fit properly . You get what you pay for in this case . It your but from here I gaurantee you phone will be broken in a short period of time . Youve been warned go else where
