Monday, nobody was in kiosk. Waited over 1 hour-with all the lights on and the OPEN sign displayed. Nobody appeared. Tuesday, hours were supposed to be until 7 pm. By 6:15 pm, metal gates were drawn down, lights were off- theOPEN sign still displayed. Someone is NOT doing their job. Please address this. Thank you.
