I had a Samsung S8 that decided to try to drown itself. The screen was a goner. But the phone was actually still activated. A new phone was brought to me.. But I needed to get this older one wiped for trade in. No matter what I did it was a no go. These guys did a great job of it, At a reasonable price and with great courtesy and professionalism. You cannot go wrong here.

Needed a quick charging port replaced. Took my Note 9 in and it was done within 2 hours. Friendly service and priced far better than buying a new phone.

Don’t waste your time going here. They overcharge You and will mess your phone up. I spent 170 dollars just for a part of my screen to not even function correctly. I went to them months ago to get my screen fixed and they messed up my back camera which did not even need to be fixed. They said they would fix it for free since it was the Guys fault but they never called me and when I went in to go get it fixed there was nothing in the system about it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never going there again! Now I have to go somewhere else and spend money for something that’s not my fault.

Loved my experience here. The technician’s were very knowledgeable and I was able to get multiple devices fixed at a very reasonable cost. They saved me a ton of money by not having to buy new devices. I would 100% recommend this business to anyone!

These guys are amazing, I went into the store looking to buy a phone and they went above and beyond. I had a ton of questions that they answered with no problem. My phone came in early and they took the time to activate for me and transfer my data. I truly wish I could give them 10 stars!! You guys rock!!!

I started replacing my screen and came to a stand still. I called this place and they said they could do it no problem they just can’t guarantee functionality after but the guy said he could do it and to bring it in. I drove out to the store and some curly haired kid told me they couldn’t do it! I explained the gentleman on the phone told me he could with details. This kid proceeded to tell me how it all works and they don’t have the specific tool to do this screen.Horrible service!I will never go here again.

I was told it’d be $100 to fix my phone and would take an hour. I went up the street to mobile bling and they charged $80 plus fixed it in 15 mins.

CPR is my go-to for problems with any electronics. Ive come to them twice for cracked phone screens and went to them most recently to fix the screen on my Macbook + figure out whatever else was wrong with it since it was no longer turning on all the way. My Macbook is working like new now, always happy with their service :)

Expensive but good work overall for an important service aka cell phone screen repair. Phone case was chipped when I got it back, but it’s kinda ok cause this otter box is a pain.

Complete scam, took my switch here for repairs and after it being help up for nearly a month they charged me 150 bucks and told me it wasnt fixable. meanwhile I took it somewhere else only to find out they ruined the inside and stole both my sd card and the reader and didnt even replace the chip they were supposed to! I would have been better off never going here.

I kid you not my LED screen was cracked and I just took a chance and went to this shop and the guy ( can’t remember his name) that greeted me said (mind you with confidence) I can fix this in 2 minutes. At first I was like hmm ok interesting. He took my computer to the back and literally I turned my back for 2 minutes and boom it was done. My screen was fixed. Mind you I just walked in. They have my money. SOLD!!!!!

They broke my phone worse than it was prior to bringing it in, made me pay nearly $100 for it and then didnt have the parts to finish repairing and said it would be another $40 for that part. They had my phone for 1.5 hours day 1 and 3 hours day 2 just to tell me that they didnt have the parts and would have to order them....

I came here as a last resort to see if I could have my iPhone restored.I tried EVERYthing I could over a 3 day period and even paid for software to do it...but no luck. CPR fixed it in less than 2 hours!! Ill go to them first from now on. The people were friendly, professional, and skilled...they saved my phone for just a few dollars.

Needed help migrating programs from an old computer to a new one. Found Kevin and Jacob of CPR McCullough Commons. Thankfully!! Work finished in one day at a fair and reasonable price. The Customer Service here is great, and I dont have enough words to convey how awesome Jacob was. My father passed February of this year, my sons phone was broken-he had saved the text messages from his Paw Paw....I was heart broken, because the phone wouldnt even cut on...to make a long (wonderful) story short, Jacob really went to work on trying to help me revive the phone, just long enough to transfer the data. He understood how important this was to me, and it was nice, it wasnt fake, he didnt blow me off, he wasnt sure if he could get it to work, but he gave it his best shot, and got the job done!! We were able to get the data transferred and he saved all of those precious memories! Jacob, I cant thank you enough!!!!!

This past week my iPhone7 died and I needed to see if it could be fixed. I stopped in at this store to see what they could do for me. I had the best customer service experience that I have had in a long while. While we decided not to spend the money on an expensive repair, they did revive an older phone of mine which now works just fine. I highly recommend this store and will go back if I have another cell phone or other device that needs service.

Only place in town that had a screen for my note 8. They told me the price and how long it would take and everything went 100 percent as they said. Very professional, satisfied with the service. To bad I dropped the phone the next day and cracked the corner of the new screen smh OUCH!

This place was one of the very few companies who could repair my Motorola and they also charged 10 percent lower. The quality of their services is great and they are friendly. This is the second time theyve been there for me and my phone.

The guy had no idea what he was talking about, Im not a phone expert but its a hobby of mine to keep up to date on the tech in phones. I new right away when he gave me false info, but most people wouldnt. Also I had an appointment to get the battery replaced 3 days ahead, and when we showed up they didnt have any of the batteries left. Normally CPR is fine, but this one I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Today was my second experience with the business and team. Both times I was greeted quickly, with a smile, questions answered and solutions provided efficiently. This is a place where the employees seem to really LOVE their job and know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

I have the new Motorola Z3 Play. Unfortunately, I dropped my phone and shattered the screen and the LCD was also broken. It was difficult for me to find places that would fix said phone because of how difficult it is to replace those screens. I brought my phone into CPR Monday evening and I received a call last night (Wednesday) stating that my phone was fixed and ready for pick-up (this is including the ordering/shipping of the screen which was piggy-backed onto another order). The staff is friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable. Needless to say, I am ridiculously satisfied with the service CPR provided. My phone works great and looks good as new!

Came in with a broken phone screen. They treated me well and we had some laughs, but they were very professional. My phone ended up having some other problems that made a simple repair end up taking 2 hours, but it didnt go wasted. The gentlemen were so apologetic and nice and make sure i was taken care of and even gave me a discount at the end. Definitely recommend and would go back for any sort of repair ill need.

I had a really good experience with the store. The people at the store provided good customer service. My Nexus 5X was not charging when plugged in and so I was asked to pay $37 approx. in advance to order in a new charging port for the phone and they promised me my money back if I did not work after replacing the component. The phone was fixed in less than one week and it is working well right now. Not only was the phone fixed quickly but the total charge of $75 approx. was considerably less when compared to the estimated charge by the Google store. I will definitely recommend the store to anyone who is using a phone whose warranty has expired.Update: The fix that they provided failed within a week and they refused to provide a refund.

His customer service was excellent. Not only was he able to fix my water damaged and cracked phone. It was ready in the same exact he said it would be. The price wasnt either.

Fast same day repair of my I6s, really didnt want to buy a new phone just because charging port went bad. Like having a new phone, changed port, battery, all for less than 100 bucks. Other places just want to sell you new phone.

I had two phones worked on by CPR. The cracked screen replaced on my phone (Moto G7) and the battery replaced on my daughters iPhone 6S. Keith was the employee at CPR that I spoke with on the phone and at the business. He was very polite and curtious on the phone and in person. Both phones were repaired within two hours. Excellent job on both phones by CPR. I highly recommend them and they were very reasonably priced. They also do repairs on computers and gaming consoles.

Had my back camera screen repaired cause it was busted and now works as good as new. Very happy with the level of service that I received with my phone. Had them fix my iPad and it was done fast and at a reasonable price. They recommended the tempered glass to help prevent it from cracking in the future which I had them put on for me. I know one of the reviews said they guaranteed it would protect the phone and it didnt but thats not how they explained it to me. It helps prevent cracks and doesnt guarantee it is what I was told. Go see them if you need a mobile device fixed.

Dont take in consideration this place if you need to fix a problem with your Apple product. I booked an appointment via Apple website after Apple customer support suggested me to come in this place. First they told me they could not fix my problem with apple warranty, after I told them that Apple told me to come in this place, they told me that they had to fix first 3 Iphone before mine (why have I to book an appointment if I have to wait other people before me?) and that they didnt have parts to fix issues on Iphone 6s. The end of the story? I did 40 miles for nothing and I wasted my precious time. Do you need to repair an Apple device? Go to an Apple Store. I think Apple must remove this store form their website.

Went in to have my screen replaced on my phone. Said there was one customer in front of me and it would be about an hour before they could start on my phone. I recently dropped my phone and the front and back pieces popped apart at the top. Everything seemed to still work except without the case the phone came apart. I stopped by and asked if they could fix it and they took about 5 minutes put it back together and I was on my way. Great service and friendly folks. Will come back again.

They broke my tablet. All I needed was a digitizer replacement. Not an LCD. They quoted me $99. I agreed, payed half up front, and they said it would be 3-4 days cuz they had to order it. 3-4 days pass... nothing. A week passes... nothing. I call up there and the guy says oh sorry I meant to call you. We had a busy week (when I asked the guy up front, mind you, he said that this season is always slow). So the part that we had to order (they they checked to see if it was in stock at the warehouse) is not in stock. And also its gonna cost you $250...So I get my tablet back and its dead for one, and when I charged it the screen was all grey with lines going across the panel. REMEMBER that all I needed was a digitizer because the screen worked fine. Even the touch worked fine it was just cracked. Now neither of those work and I had to get a new tablet because mine no longer functions in ANY capacity whatsoever. Would not recommend this place to anybody

Heres the thing...when your phone starts acting up, if you are anything like me, you think ..$$$...you hope its an easy fix and that its in the budget. Well, it was both!!! It was a screen issue - where you screen is jumpy and calling people without you touching it--yes, that...but it was all good at CPR Cell Phone Repair and was done in under an hour.

I love you guys. Quick and efficient. Did a great job with my MacBook repair. Best place for all of my repairs!

I will never do business with these guys again, I give one star for the fast service, but 2 weeks later my phone drops cracks a little bit in the corner with tempered glass they swore by and sold me, I try to pull the tempered glass off and the whole screen comes up m, when I take it back for warranty all he can offer is a glue job that takes a hour, if you need your screen fix go to tech zone or everything iPhone. This was a bad experience and I feel stupid for paying more(thinking it was professional) when I could have went to everything iPhone and got it done cheaper and probably better this experience was a disaster, good luck out there!

Bad experience trying to get iPhone 6 battery replaced. I made an appointment through Apple scheduler. I drove 45 minutes to make the appointment and was then told that they were out of batteries and that they dont ever replace iPhone 6 batteries. The blamed Apple but it seems like the store should keep their info on Apple scheduler accurate. The least they could do is contact the customer prior to arrival at the store. I am not a happy customer.

This place was horrible. They gave me price and then tried to switch the price once I agreed to pay. Showed them a Groupon and they said I couldnt use it. I just let them fix my phone. They fixed it and a day later my screen blacked out. Took it back to them for them to fix it and they said my memory board crashed. My phone screen was shattered but still worked lol. I would never go back to them, this was my second time and they blew it. So rude!
