Tyler saved my life....which was in my Galaxy S6. Ive had a mobile phone since the summer of OJ and the Bronco (1993) and I have never.....ever.....dropped any of my phones, until a couple of weeks ago. Its an older phone, which means there was much more of me in it than a newer phone would have. Contacts. Messages. Passwords. Photos. Etc, etc. You know the drill. I first took it to a T-Mobile store, where I showed them the severely cracked screen, and asked if he save it. The guy at that particular store wouldnt even take the phone out of my hands to look it over. He just looked at me, and said Nope. Its toast. My panic deepened. So I found this store, CPR phone repair, where Tyler works, and HE took one look at it, and without a moment of hesitation, began looking up parts. A screen and a battery. Told me the parts would arrive in about 10 to 14 days, and he had very high hopes the phone could be brought back to life quickly and easily. Turns out he was right. Two weeks later, the parts came in, I took the phone back to him one Saturday afternoon, and two hours later he had it up and running like new!! Take THAT, T-Mobile guy who didnt know what the f*** he was talking about!! Im T-Mobiles longest-standing continuous customer.....IN THE COUNTRY, and one of your store people just failed me spectacularly. You WILL be getting a call. Stay by your phone! I’ve found it necessary to utilize the services offered by CPR and once again, I could not be more pleased. The customer service is always stellar. I never feel like I’m being lied to, nor do I ever feel like I’m being pressured to purchase a service that I don’t need. Kevin happened to be my go to guy today and he was amazing.I had made an appointment to have my phone looked at and within moments, Kevin’s had emailed me to be sure he knew what the issue was and told me via email what he thought the problem might be. I got there about 10 minutes before my appointment, Kevin was able to look at my phone and fix the issue immediately. I was out of the store before my actual appointment time.I send everyone I know to this location (or at least I tell them about it). The ones who listen to me and follow through, always come back and thank me for the recommendation.As long as I am in the Charlotte area, CPR-Myers Park will be my faves. I went in to get my screen replaced and my battery replaced on my iPhone 6. They had it done in under an hour and my phone looked great! The guy who serviced me was awesome. However, throughout the week I noticed my touch sensitivity was off so I took it back in today. They fixed it right away and even added a screenprotector since they had to take my new one off. Super nice, great service, and my phone seems good to go now!

Weird vibes in the store. The staff BARELY open their mouths to speak and there isn’t any background music so just standing there in silence is awkward and uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Took in two phones for repair. They fixed one quickly, and didnt even charge me. They recommended putting the money I would spend on repairing the second phone toward replacing it, and explained why in a way that was simple and clear to understand. I definitely will return to them for future repair needs! They also repair tablets, computers, etc. and offer refurbished phones for sale.

My son’s iPhone 8 had a cracked screen which also affected the camera. CPR in Park Road Shopping area did a great job with it. Great advice, fast service, good end result. Phone works great and looks brand new. Definitely recommend these guys.

I called and asked if I could come a day earlier to get my Iphone6 S Plus glass repaired after I had dropped my phone. They told me to come over and I was there in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I had a new glass and was out of there. They are $20.00 less than Batteries Plus.

Im usually not one to ever complain about service unless something is reluctantly lackluster. I should have known when I called and asked about making an appointment that this wasnt the spot once the person in the other end seemed more than uninterested in hearing what my issue was. I still dropped my phone off to a person who made it seem as if I were interrupting their day. I left and came back to pick up my phone in an hour. When I arrived I inspected my phone and realized that the glass replacement screen was not that great. With if hours my screen has scratches on it. I am careful with my devices to avoid any issues so I was surprised. Later that week as I was unlocking my phone the screen came apart from the device while I used the fingerprint function on the home button. I took it to the shop the next day and the gentleman there explained that the screens they used were nothing compared to the apple quality. While I appreciate their honesty I feel the quality of customer service should be higher and attention to detail a higher priority. I now have once again a cracked screen just 2 weeks from the date of replacement, not from dropping my screen or being careless but because I continue to use the fingerprint feature on my screen. I am hoping that no one go through this experience while I regret not going to the Apple Store at the beginning of this process. I hope this is a warning to other consumers as I know that paying $120 + is about what a genuine replacement would cost. Management I know this may not be the norm for your establishment but my phone is not the only thing slipping through the cracks.

Truly a 5-Star business! Excellent customer service as they are very committed to quick and accurate diagnosis: determine if they can repair and for how much and in what time frame or if they are unable to assist but provide direction to possible other options. I was fortunate enough to have my cellphone repaired on my first visit (due to diagnosis), but had the pleasure to observe two other customers receive the same stellar service -one that left her phone and the other for a pick-up of repaired phone. This is the place to go!

The staff at Cell Phone Repair were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were thorough in their efforts to resolve my cell phone issue. Although they were not able to correct the issue (due to a manufacturing issue, the motherboard of the cell phone was burnt) and had charged me nothing, they spent time on the issue and took the time to educate me on various cost effective options that did not include purchasing any services or items from them. I would highly recommend seeing them and appreciate their honesty and focus on customer satisfaction over sales/profits.

Made an appointment for a battery replacement. When I bring it in, they say they dont have the battery and Ill have to return in 3-5 days after they order a new one. No biggie. Two weeks later they say theyre still waiting on the battery. At the three week mark, I finally just ordered a new one myself and brought it to another shop. Our of morbid curiosity I called CPR back to see what happened. Now they claim the battery did arrive weeks ago and I was just repeatedly given bad info every other day I called to check the status. Thx for nothing, guys.

The Myers Park store off Park Rd is awesome! I came in late with a bent and shattered phone and they were so accommodating to stay and work on fixing it. Kevin and Marcus couldnt have been nicer and went above and beyond!! I am impressed with the level of quality and service. Phone good as new. Im so appreciative. 5 stars!!

Real Champs! Fixed my phone for $0. I went in with a charge port malfunctioning on my iPhone 6S. I had cleaned the port and thought the port needed to be replaced. But CPR at Myers Park said lets try cleaning the port again, which they did in less than 1 minute. Phone charged perfectly and they charged me nothing. Very nice and professional people. Will definitely be back if I have another problem.

I had a great experience! I thought I would have to but a new phone, but my service provider recommended that I try here first. Turns out all I needed was a factory reset. It only took about an hour and a half. Staff was very friendly and my phone works again! I would definitely come back.

These guys are phonesavers. My phone went for a swim and if I used insurance they would have just replaced the unit and i would have lost tons of photos that werent backed up (my fault, cloud storage was full.) The managed to give me my phone back the next day and it has worked perfectly. This was such a great solution, I wish I had known about it before. Chris was the tech who saved my phone. I wasnt ready to buy a new phone and deal with all that set up hassle( hours saved). I have already told all my friends.

Was so impressed with how nice the staff was here. I had a problem with my phone charging, turns out it was years of pocket lent clogging my port, who knew? They cleaned it out for free in about 5 minutes. Great place with a really nice staff, I highly recommend everyone to at least talk to them before having to buy a new phone

My phone which was quite old was not turning on. Within 10 minutes they figured out it might be the battery. They ordered a new battery for me within 2 days. Unfortunately that wasnt the issue, but the service was incredible and quick and very friendly. Theres no charge if they cant fix it!

Replaced iPhone battery with junk that lasted just 5 months. In addition, the battery they installed came loose inside the phone indicating poor workmanship. Slack workmanship and junk parts.

My iphone 5 died and would not charge. With my kids in tow, I arrived at the Myers Park location around 4:00pm, walked in with no wait, and explained to the staff member that my phone would not charge and that perhaps I needed a new port. The staff member took my phone and asked if he could try to clean it first. I handed it over to him, and within five minutes, he brought it back to me and said the port was just filled with lint and needed to be cleaned and that I didnt need a new port. He did not charge me a dime and refused to take any payment. He was fast and friendly, and I very much appreciate that they did not encourage me to get a repair that was not needed. I would most definitely recommend this business.

We went to 2 previous stores that could not fix my fiance phone. We called, came over and it took them less then the 2 hrs that they had quoted us. They did an awesome job fixing his charger port.

Horrible customer service. I came in with a Samsung Galaxy S6 that I had already done the troubleshooting on. I wanted them to pull the battery out and put it back in to do a hard reset and the guy at the counter said that he was worried they would crack the glass. Youre a cell phone repair shop, if you are even halfway decent at what you do the back glass wouldnt crack. Dude wouldnt even give me a price to do it. Do not take your phone here. Take it to Michael at Batteries Plus in the same complex.

Incredibly helpful staff who stand behind their warranties. They may seem expensive of youre a self repairing type like myself, but they do a better job than I could and they stand behind their guarantees and were able to quickly repair my phone after their first repair failed at no cost to me.

Terrible place to get your phone screen fixed. I have an iPhone 7 Plus and my screen shattered. So I went here to get the screen replaced. When I go to pick up my phone, the screen is completely faded. All of the colors on my screen were very muted and when I asked them about it they said there’s nothing they can do and that “customers usually don’t notice.” He also told me that I was the “second customer in 3 months who notice.” I was not informed of the discoloration before or after the replacement because “they thought I wouldn’t notice.” This place is terrible and they lie to their customers. Take it to batteries and bulbs in the same complex.

So happy to have discovered CPR! My old iPad Mini had already had the screen replaced once, but I was very wary the place that did it. Their new display worked for a few months, then half the touch display simply stopped working. No warranty, just my tough luck. I couldn’t quite convince myself to trash it, so bought an iPad Pro (which I love!) and kept the broken Mini. Recently I drove past “CPR - Cell Phone Repair” and decided to walk in. I’m so glad I did! I checked reviews, had a great conversation with the staff, and walked out feeling extremely positive. Plus, LIFETIME WARRANTY!! I immediately went home and got my old Mini to use as an ebook reader while still using my iPad Pro for everything else. I just picked it up, tested it out, and it’s working perfectly. And I’m completely confident that if I have any issues, I know CPR will be there to make it right! They’re located all over, and they repair cell phones, tablets, PCs, etc.

Right after relocating to the Charlotte area my phone screen cracked. I took it to CPR phone repair and they replaced the screen for $200 which was covered by a warranty from cpr. About a month ago the screen they replaced cracked which was quite frustrating but I called the manager Kevin, explained what had happened and where the screen shattered and he replaced the screen free of charge. Kevin and Brandon were both great to deal with and I had my phone back within less than 2 hours on both occasions. Highly recommend using this cpr location.

Excellent customer service! Dallan, one of CPRs technical wizards, has an extraordinary professional manner and listens intently as you describe your devices problem. He attempted to return my iPhone 4s (that was working fine the previous day) back to working order by performing some initial diagnostic tests while I was waiting. While watching him, he explained each step that was being done. Though initially unable to restore it to function, he suggested I leave the phone in order to perform a more extensive battery of tests. I had no reservations leaving the phone in his capable hands. His obvious knowledge of the inner workings of the phone was very reassuring. Most surprising was the fact that there was going to be NO CHARGE for the time he already spent and was going to spend trying to bring my phone back to life. Dallan actually called me after the stores closing time to let me know that though his efforts had been unsuccessful up to that point, he was still not giving up hope and would continue to work on it the next day. This was not the first time I have visited CPR. I have had the same positive experience each time. The staff is not trying to upsell or push you into buying another device from them. They are honest troubleshooters of your devices problems and one should feel completely comfortable with their service. Unfortunately Dallan was unable to fix the phone. He said that in his opinion, the price of Apple restoring the phone was not cost effective given that the phone was already 7 years old. I appreciated his honest appraisal and thanked him again for his efforts. To his credit, he did not try to get me to purchase a pre-owned phone that the store had on display. He was very patient in answering my questions about possible replacement phones.

A new battery for the iPhone 4S has a rated capacity of 1430mAh (milliAmpHours). The battery that CPR put in my phone has a rated capacity of 967 mAh. It doesnt even last an eight-hour business day.A new battery for the iPhone should have very low Cycle Count, meaning that it has only been charged once or twice. The battery that CPR put in my phone has a Cycle Count of over 400.I made a total of three trips to CPR, made several phone calls, and sent several emails with screenshots showing the below-spec condition of the battery they installed. They refused to provide me with a full strength new battery and refused to issue a refund. They also lied to me about replacing the battery.Also the CEO/Founder of the company was arrested in Charlotte for driving while impaired. CPR = THE WORST

I have had my I phone and my Ipad replaced here, both times they were quick and called me when it was ready and did a great job at replacing both screens. I broke my ipad screen again today and I will be going back there to get it fixed.
