I called the store about upgrading my phone, and Jeff answered. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. I asked if he would set aside time to transfer my data. When I arrived, he was totally ready for me. He even had all of the phone colors out for me to choose from. He didn’t waste a second of my time. By far this is the smoothest phone upgrade I’ve ever experienced….thanks to Jeff.

Came in to get my phone reset, after a few days of constant service interruptions... I was greeted at the door by Lily who assured me she could help with my issue... After a few minutes we determined that an upgrade was the best course of action.After I expressed my concern about my bill increasing Lily explained all my options, qualifying discounts, and was totally honest by stating that there would be a very minimal increase for the phone that I wanted... She showed me the features of the new phone, applied my liquid screen protector, provided me with options for cases and chargers, and thoroughly discussed the return policy for phone and equipment...All I can say is that if youre in Charlotte NC and are in the market for a new Verizon phone Lily should be the person you ask for....great sense of humor as well

The Ballanytne Verizon location has been great to work with over the past few weeks, thanks to Nick! He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very helpful. He responds to text, emails and phone calls within a few minutes which is so valuable. Never makes you feel rushed when working with him and he is very patient and not at all pushy. We will have upgraded 3 family phones over the past 2 weeks with him. Absolute great experience at Verizon Ballantyne with Billy this week. Billy was fantastic at explaining my plan to me and how I could upgrade my phone, which I very much needed! Nick was absolutely fantastic. He communicated with me effectively and consistently on a daily basis regarding my son’s phone being shipped from another store. We recently had the greatest phone & service buying experience that weve EVER had anywhere. The expert who worked with us at the Ballantyne Verizon store, was Lily. Shes smart, kind, patient and was a true pleasure to work with. It seems to be an industry-standard that most cell companys sales people talk-fast, talk in a way thats often hard to understand ..... and in general, do not really care about customer satisfaction. I’ve gone to Jeff Meier at this location for anything and everything related to my phone and Verizon plan for years now. He’s always extremely helpful, quick to respond, and easily tackles anything I need. This includes phone upgrades, plan changes, and temporary adjustments I needed whenever I have traveled internationally. I used to dread having to go in to any store to deal with my phone the same way I dread going to the DMV but thankfully he has made processes that used to be a nightmare a breeze. Highly recommend this store, even more highly recommend Jeff— 5/5 star service every time.

The new manager of this location is first class and gets things done. I had an issue around a purchase I had made and had been told nothing could be done. I left a detailed and not so pleasant review. Within 45 minutes the new manager had seen my review, done his own research, reached out to me, got in touch with his district manager and within two hours, the issue I had been trying to get assistance with since June 18th was resolved completely. Shawn was super helpful. I was long overdue for a new phone and he took time to listen to my concerns and didn’t push to get me but more than I needed. OMG! I traded in my IPhone, bought a new Iphone 13, transferred my data and was trained in under 30 minutes! Its a miracle. I usually dread going to Verizon because it takes all day, but my sales person, Nikhil Saksena, had me out the door in 30 minutes! Maybe the secret is going late on Sat. night, but Nihhil rocked! Great experience!

So my phone became affected with multiple viruses and I had already had a very trying day. Nick greeted me warmly and was very patient as I am not a techie kind of girl and was not in the best of moods. Last weekend I went to Verizon to get a new phone and had the pleasure of working with Nick. After my husband and I left, I kept saying, that was the best customer service I have EVER had ANYWHERE. I dont live close to this location, but from now on, this is the one I will be coming to and referring friends to.

Nick S was both knowledgeable and patient when my wife and I came in with 6 lines to transfer from both within and without Verizon service. He assisted us in the most cost-effective plan for our family, researching promotions and offering helpful direction in choosing what met our needs. We never felt oversold or overwhelmed, but we did feel consistently treated as the most important people in the room. Kudos to Verizon Nick for exemplary professionalism.Update: back in December/January, we tried to take advantage of Verizon‘s promos regarding switching services. When all was said and done, there were two $150 gift cards we had still not received. Last week, Nick S informed me that there would simply be $300 credited to our account to ensure we received the savings and promos we had qualified for. Another shout-out to outstanding customer service. Nick S had gone to bat for us these last few months above and beyond what I would have expected from a company as large as Verizon. Much appreciated.

Due to my previous carrier being such a financial burden, it was imperative to find good service at a reasonable price elsewhere. Shawn was such a great resource with helping us switch over. The visit to the store was great. They practiced social distancing and I felt comfortable, being in the store. The sales people were sales people trying to get you to buy everything, but when you say no, they stop haggling you. Verizon is a trusted name that has a reputation of being the best service and I agree, the service is top notch.

I came in with a plan and they helped me execute it exactly the way I wanted, without trying to push a device upgrade I didnt need, as I already have a newer iPhone. YESTERDAY was already stressful but when I called and spoke with Verizon Rep Shawn he made me feel like I was making the best choice in switching service providers. He even came back to work to accommodate me and had my services ready to go upon arrival.His customer service and knowledge of the cellular plans through Verizon decrease my bill with more incentives.Also he was very honest of how my first bill will be higher as well as him following up with me today to ensure I was aware of all the incentives for switching providers. Billy & Kirsten saved my life!!! They corrected an error that was done by a rep at the Arboretum location in Charlotte, NC whereas the rep put my new phone under the wrong number. This is my corporate phone and I was unable to fully do my job today. Not to mention that location closed early today. Additionally, there impeccable customer service led me to trade my old phone in for a credit towards my account after the initial rep at the other location erroneously told me I couldn’t do so stating that my phone had to be an IPhone 8 or better. Moving forward I will only do business at the Ballantyne Village location with Billy or Kristen!!! THEY ARE VERIZON SUPERSTARS!!!!

We went in to upgrade two phones and transfer other lines to the phones being upgraded. This is a rather time consuming process but we were assisted by sales person Shawn, who spent over three hours with us to complete everything. He is very knowledgable and patient, and was a pleasure to work with.

On December 16th we went into the Ballantyne store to purchase 2 new iphones. Shawn Hampton advised us that they would have to be ordered and he would let us know when they came in. He did text me and let me know that they were in. So we went back to the Ballantyne store on January 2nd but Shawn was busy with a customer so Kristen Pittman took care of us. We purchased a 12 Mini and a 12 and also 2 new home chargers. Both of the representatives were great. They were friendly yet professional. i would definitely go back to the Ballantyne Village store in the future.

I purchased phones from this location several years ago. Brik always did a great job of keeping in touch and periodically reviewing our account. Since my original purchase, I moved west to Arizona for work. When it came time for new phones, I asked Brik if he knew anyone here in Arizona that would be able to help us. To my surprise, he said he could continue to take care of me and my family, and would be happy to ship the phones to me! I was amazed that he was willing to take care of my family halfway across the country. It’s a good feeling to know that I always have Brik in my corner for all of my questions. I send all of my family back home to him because I know he will treat them right and take care of them the way he takes care of us. Thanks Brik!

Rob was fantastic. I knew what I wanted. I knew what was wrong with my phone and told him the problem. He gave me options for a remedy and I chose a new phone. I chose to stay with an Android and he gave me a choice of 3. Samsung,LG and Motorola. I chose the Samsung Galaxy 20. What a phone!!!

Just went to the store again in 2020 and it was a fantastic experience. They finally have someone working there (Nick) who was awesome & made an upgrade of my phone fast and painless, he gave me all kinds of good information on how to get credits on my bill by turning in old phones no matter where I had bought them in the past.
