My experience with Rite Rug has always been very positive. Lisa is a great salesperson & always answers my questions. I used them years ago to put in hard wood flooring & last week they installed carpet in 3 bedrooms & bonus room. The guys were here at time promised, worked straight through the day, & finished around 5. Everything looked great.

RiteRug Flooring did an excellent job of removing and installing new carpet in our home! Its plush and pretty.

The communication is a little slow but it may the due to them being very busy and popular than most places. However, the job (replacing all of my hardwood floors downstairs) was excellent and completed very fast! They did an ok job with the clean up and the price was pretty decent as well. Im going to do my other bathroom and I would definitely use them again.

Price was fair, installers were wonderful... it was a lot of follow up on my part which I didnt think was necessary. When you call the main number no one can help you, but your assigned sales rep. The floors look great, just not the best customer service

Horrendous job. Several spots where the flooring pieces don’t make it under the trim. There are several places that have bubbles underneath and they won’t come back out and fix it. I’m on my 13th follow up. Can’t be more disappointed in this company

I went online and completed the Schedule Now button. I have not heard back from anyone a week later. So today I tried to call the number provided thru the google search and got nowhere...call was disconnected. I have heard so many good things about RiteRug but how do I get in touch with anyone?

Great looking floor, done professionally, neatly and quickly. The only problem is a lot of glue that we tried to remove after installers left. We could not remove it, ordered a $40.00 bottle of remover. Hope that does the trick.

Great experience working with RiteRug Flooring. Bette was very prompt in returning calls, made it very easy to come over and get measurements with samples available to view right in my own home. I had to push back my install date and Bette was very understanding and had no issue making my later install date happen. The crew was on time, called in advance and did a fantastic job with the entire upstairs of the house installation including stairs. Both my husband and myself would highly recommend RiteRug Flooring to any of our friends.

We had our home built with Madison Home Builders and the vinyl floors were installed by RiteRug Flooring. Prior to moving into our home Jan.15th, 2021. We noticed a few places where the seams were popping up. Now they are popping up in several seams. Our socks are catching on them. We have made several attempts to have installers come out to repair the seams, but every time they schedule an appointment no one shows up. It is very frustrating to have a brand new home and floors that look like they do. Our socks keep catching over the seams and it looks awful. I would NOT recommend them to anyone and Madison Homes Builders should be ashamed of not follow up and making sure this is taken care of as they are the ones who hired them!

Fantastic and professional job done in an emergency with moving into our new home. I even measured wrong and they figured it out and it is amazing. Thank you Bette for accommodating us on extremely short notice.

Lisa was great to work with. She came to the house and after a short discussion brought in two sample boards that covered exactly what we wanted. Communications about timing of the insulation was a bit delayed. The installation was faster than expected and the job that Ruben did was amazing. Even the freshly painted woodwork was left in good condition.

Do not use this company. They installed horrible flooring that immediately started peeling away on the edges. I’ve been working for months to have them replace it and they’ve transferred my claim FOUR TIMES. The first time they sent someone out to my house to take pictures and they have absolutely no record of it. I couldn’t communicate with anyone they sent to install my floor because no one spoke English. The floor was installed in the wrong direction the first time and they had to come back several times to fix problems from the installation. On one of the final days, the installers left the back door ajar and apparently rain damaged that one area. The other damages are in random spots, nowhere near a door or window. I have pictures, e-mails, texts, etc. throughout the entire encounter. The final stage was to have two more people come out to take photos (again). The last person pierced holes in my floor in three areas to check the humidity levels. Now they are denying my claim to repair or replace these boards (including the ones which now have holes) unless I pay for it. This entire experience has been a nightmare, lasting over a year.

Struggling with number of stars on this. Lisa, our sales lady was great. The installers that finally did the work were great. Tim, the guy in charge of the scheduling, was horrible. Getting communication from him was like pulling teeth. First install was a no show. We had to call to find out it wasn’t happening. They then tried to reschedule when we had COVID, so not their fault on that one. Once we were 100% clear they had another no show and Tim tried to tell me that no show was our fault because we had gotten COVID, even though we were no longer positive for it. My wife and I moved the majority of the furniture, even though we paid for them to do it. We ordered the carpet in October, were told it would take 2 weeks to get it in and 1 week to get it installed. We didn’t get it until December 5. I took time away from work on both of the install dates where no one showed up and had to move most of the furniture. Terrible customer service with zero offer to discount anything due to the delays, etc. Again, Lisa (our sales person) was awesome. The crew that did the install was great. Tim needs remedial customer service and communication training. My wife loves the carpet, which helps too. Not sure if I’ll use these guys to do my upstairs or not.

LVP was installed incorrectly and is buckling in various places or separating. Company came out to make two repairs and one of them is already departing again. For $6000 it should be warrantied 1 1/2 years later. To top it off the contact’s phone number no longer works.

RiteRug had done some work for us previously as part of a water damage claim. I was so impressed by the work and care they took, I went to them when I needed my kitchen floor replaced. We did the demo work ourselves and had to repair some rotted wood. When they came out, the installer didnt want to lay the floor because we didnt have some of the sub floor level. I really appreciated the feedback so we could get it correct. They came back out and did a great job with installation. The floors look great and are a huge improvement to our kitchen. Covered an AC vent in the floor with carpet and forgot to cut the hole out to put the vent back. Had to pay the contractor,that was doing other work, charged Me to cut the carpet and replace the vent. RiteRug did refund the cost

Riterug installed the floors in our new house and I would not recommend them to anyone. The flooring was done with two different textures of planks. The floor is also separating for the second time. The installer also broke some of my picture frames and did not offer to replace them.

I had RiteRug replace carpet and a little bit of linoleum in my house. The carpet looks fantastic, and they used a remnant for the linoleum and didnt charge me for it.

They were very easy to work with and the process was smooth! Really appreciate their willingness to help and would recommend them for sure!

Had them do 3 installs at the place I work and they did a terrible job! Glue from the carpet on door frames!! Seams visible!! Didn’t cleanup there mess! That’s a terrible way to do business. Tried calling multiple times and the just send me to someone that’s not even at there desk to take the call. Leave voice mails and still no reply after 2 weeks. This place is a joke.

Everyone on the job was very polite. They were in and out & the carpet looks amazing!

Twice the material was ordered incorrectly. Sales person eventually had to get a manager to come view the floor to decide what kind of wood we needed installed. The original estimate was for two boxes totaling 66 ft.² they only installed less than one box and did not offer a refund for the extra square footage or leave the extra material here for us. On three different occasions because I had to come out three times to make the repair there was a different installer each time. No name of Rite rug on the truck, none of the employees had anything signifying that they worked for Rite rug, no T-shirts to say rite rug . These people came in our house and just made us uncomfortable while they were in the house. Left the doors open while the construction repair was in progress. We had asked them to close the doors to keep the air conditioning in. We were told we would be contacted in the morning to let us know what time the people would show up. That did not happen on any of the three occasions. Installers were supposed to be here between nine and 12. They showed up at 7:30 and 830.

Great company to work with. They have numerous choices to choose from and they deliver what they say. Lisa their sales consultant has outstanding knowledge of all the products they specialize in . You cant beat their prices. I have worked with her for years helping my clients sell and update their homes.

I’ve never witnessed worse service in my life. Our rep no showed for our appointment. She said it would be five days for us to get the carpet. We ended up waiting for over twenty. We tried to call/email/text to check what was going on. She kept saying it was almost ready. She even said she was expediting our order, but that proved to be false. The lack of professionalism was appalling. Take your money and go to Lowe’s or someone who actually takes their work seriously.

We recently had hardwoods refinished in our home. The job was pretty good, but there were 17 incidents of the crew leaving things undone--taking off the spring for the door, leaving cigarette butts in the yard, aluminum drink cans on shelves, and some debris in the yard. We also had to get a crew member ( and it took quite some doing to get them to come back) to come back to finish the steps (that had cracks in them), add a better threshold where one was loose, and replace non-matching shoe molding.Basically a sloppy job. Wouldnt recommend them.

Horrible service! I have been trying to get them to do warranty work on my home for 7 months now! 3 people have come to my house, admitted there is a problem and they are at fault and nobody has fixed it yet. On top of that, nobody ever answers the phone at the office or has the decency to return a voicemail.

Excellent and courteous at all angles

If I could give 0 stars I would and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Extremely long story short, the first crew they brought in to do our hardwood left trash all over the house and yard, large staples, pieces of wood, razor blades in the driveway, and A BEER CAN (in our front yard). There were holes left in the walls, several pieces of trim that needed to be replaced, a burned up outlet from their sander, thick layers of dust everywhere and in the master bathroom which shouldn’t have been touched. There are gaps in the floors and the shoe moulding in the kitchen is the wrong color but they installed that anyways. The top step riser has a large gap left from where they did not fix this, which was pointed out by the installation supervisor prior to the completion of the work. The sales rep entered in our carpet measurements incorrectly and pushed us back a week, after already being delayed and behind schedule due to other miscommunication issues. They charged our credit card in full without our consent and before all work was completed. It took 3 times asking for a receipt to finally get anything. Overall, we will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

The entire experience was terrible! My wife and I had our hardwood floors installed less than 8 months ago and the floor started to sink and come apart. We contacted our sales rep Bette who placed a claim and scheduled for the install manager Jay Zech to evaluate the floors. The install manager completed his review and stated that the incorrect padding was used under the hardwood floors. I was horrified to hear this information. Not only was the floor sinking and coming apart but my wife had fallen weeks prior to Jays visit and I could only wonder if the faulty flooring contributed to her shoulder injury. Well a month passes and still no word on when the flooring would be replaced. We contacted Jay who passed the call to Vanessa Gapen who was very hard to get a hold of to receive an update. Finally, two months later after my wife contacts Jay about the floor being a hazard and that we have small kids we receive a call with an install date and mysteriously the materials had arrived. We scheduled the install and this time we received their better contractors to complete the install. The install took two days to put the flooring in only to find out that the contractors did not have all the materials to complete the flooring. I was informed by Jay Zech that the additional materials would be received in a couple days and installed. It has been two weeks since the install and my flooring is still incomplete. I followed up with Jay Zech and Vanessa Gopen and was told its on back order with no date on when it would be received. Please do not use this company, pricing was great but the service is horrible!

HORRIBLE! Do not use this company to redo your floors. It was a nightmare, there is not enough space to list everything. My floors were done a year and a half ago and I am still finding areas that were not done correctly. Areas bubbling... most recently we just ordered a counter depth fridge and guess what they didnt finish even though I was told all appliances were moved. There are just circular motions of stain pushed up to where the old fridge was. And the best was today (we are redoing our kitchen) and the gentleman asks if we are planning on getting our floors redone anytime soon...ugh please save yourself from having a terrible experience and the PTSD associated with it and DO NOT use this company. We will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
