My fiancé and I called multiple people to help repair the corner of our dining room rug, which was chewed by our dog. Everyone said it would be difficult and may take time until I spoke with Neal and his wife. They assured us that it would not be a problem. It was repaired the same day and came out looking better than when we got the rug! Thank you!!!!

Been taking all my rugs to them when I needed work done for over 8 years. Good work and nice, hard working, honest people. If you are too cheap and don’t respect hard work’s sweat please don’t bug them nor waste their time. If you want quality work done at the best price don’t miss them. They take their work very serious. Rarely do you find such work ethic and commitment these days. That’s all I have to say.
