Chrissie was great from the beginning on the sales side and the install went just as well. Pricing was competitive and service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

The management is outstanding. Natalie showed the carpeting that would work well in the condominium and made suggestions as to additional areas to install. The team that installed it were so great and also adjusted the doors based on the thickness that was installed. The rooms look amazing now and I cant thank them enough for all great work. Definitely will recommend them to anyone I know who needs carpeting.

Choosing the perfect flooring for our town home was a serious challenge, but Steve Carson of Carpets To Go was up to the task from day one. He promised that he would help me find a floor that I loved and he lived up to that promise. Steve went above and beyond, providing designer-level service, advice and attention. Not only did he carry many, many sample boards out to my car every time I showed up to look at other options, he also came to the house several times to measure and deliver sample boxes. He was quick to gather information that I requested about product and pricing. Steve was always available to answer questions by phone, e-mail or text. You wont get that kind of customer service anywhere these days. Juan, the installer, was a true professional. Laying wood is both art and science and we couldnt be more pleased with the job he did! From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with both Steve and Juan and I highly recommend Carpets 2 Go!

Great customer service but products over priced

Really pleased with results of new flooring, both laminate & carpeting. We initially had concerns about taking up a toilet on a concrete slab & Adam was very patient working with us to determine the best type of flooring & how to handle this. We ultimately decided against doing the bath area but are pleased with the laminate we chose for an adjacent room. Installers were knowledgeable & careful not to damage walls etc. The installation manager even came out to address our concerns. Carpet was removed from stairways & halls, leaving existing hardwoods exposed in the halls. New carpeting was installed on stairways. Adam was really helpful in choosing carpeting to work well with adjacent rooms. He even followed up after installation & researched a product to protect existing hardwoods. Would highly recommend Carpet To Go & More.

I worked with Adam Wooten. Very professional and courteous service. The showroom was pretty busy and he was able to multitask with me as well as greet the other customers walking in. I was interested in new hardwoods, carpet and tile for my home. Adam walked me through different options and stuck to my needs rather than trying to over sell me. I am very pleased so far and will update once I make my next step. Despite the other reviews, I had a great experience so far and will look at doing business with this company.

Great place for carpet. I just purchased new carpet for a damaged area in the house and I cant wait to get it installed. I was able to find the same color carpet that I currently have so I didnt have to replace the entire carpet. Ill add photos as soon as its installed.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been far from satisfactory. I visited the showroom and made an appointment for someone to come out and measure my various rooms. This was done and I was told I would be emailed the quotes the next day. A week later I was still waiting. Called a few days after that and left a message for a return call........ nothing! A week later I call back again and spoke with the administrator and expressed my dissatisfaction. She was very helpful and got another agent to contact me. He did so and he too was apologetic about the other agent not getting back to me. However, he couldnt read any of his measurements and so I needed to make another appointment for measurements! On the morning of the appointment I had to cancel due to a child emergency. Called the number he gave me and left a message. He called me (from a different number) to say he was on his way. Needless to say, I wasnt there. I called him back and again left a message. No return call. I called back again to try and reschedule and as of now, almost a week later, have still heard nothing. At this point I am assuming my business is not important to them and that they do not want it. I should not have to chase them for an appointment. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had carpets replaced up 14 stairs and down a hallway, also we had new hardwood floors installed in our great room. The attention to detail that Adam gave us in matching the existing hardwood floors in the rest of the house and especially with the trim work and transitions sold us on Carpets to Go. When it looked like the height difference between rooms would be a problem he had the installer handmake the transition pieces. We love the results and will absolutely consider Carpets to Go our go to store for any future projects!

Excellent service and attention to what we were looking for. The salesperson was even able to beat the price we were given at another carpet store. They helped us with getting the carpet into our vehicle and even called the next day to see if we were satisfied. I would definitely return there in the future.

I went there looking for hardwood flooring and ended up having bamboo flooring installed because of the hardness of the product (I have big dogs!).Carpet 2 Go installed bamboo flooring in our entire home except bathrooms. This was a major project which we decided to tackle while we were out of town on vacation. We were so impressed with the floor upon our return. The installer was professional and left the home clean when finished. We found 3-5 spots that had not been puttied and the installer immediately made an appointment to return. He then showed us what to do if we ever had a scratch that needed to be repaired and left us the putty!The floors have been down for 9 months and I have no scratches on the floor from my dogs. Without the advice of the experts at Carpet 2 Go I would have probably chosen the wrong product for my needs and been very unhappy. Thank you!

Adam is always a big help. He just came through in a crunch for me. I needed a very specific looking carpet on super short notice without any time to wait for delivery. This place did a excellent job on my laminate floors. In my house I got my foyer, kitchen and bathrooms done and when I got home I fail in love with the great work. Everything was back in place where i left it. Only took about 4 hours to do the work and I am very pleased. I thank Adam who was patient with me this whole time since December debating and helping me figure out what part of my house I want to get compete first. Looking forward to getting my hardwood floors done in a couple of months... I would recommend them to anyone they are the best!!!! Thank you all so much!!! Today 6/25/18 i went in the store to get a quote on hardwood laminate through our my hosue and Tim (manager) he stepped right in came to my home measured, gave me estimate and all within a hour. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. My husband and I visited on a Friday afternoon looking for a remnant piece for our rental property. We spoke with Adam and gave him the measurements of the room. He said that they would install it without measuring it themselves as long as we were sure of our measurements and understood that if our measurements were wrong, then it was our responsibility.Although the store was empty Adam said that he did not have time to create a quote on the computer which I thought was strange and unprofessional. Adam wrote out our quote on a piece of paper, which included installation (we agreed to pull up the carpet and remove it ourselves). At that time I specifically asked Adam what the next steps were. He said that all we had to do was bring in the payment and they would schedule the installation. We even discussed the estimated timeline between payment and installation. All of this took place on Friday.The following Tuesday my husband returned with the payment. Adam was not there and we were told (by Mark) that nothing could be done since there was no quote in the system. It took a day for Adam to call us back. At that point in time he denied that he gave us a quote without someone from the company taking measurements. When I recited the conversation verbatim, he changed his story again and said that they were only using our measurements because they were not installing the carpet - another lie. He said that he would come out to the rental property and take measurements that afternoon.The next day my husband called several times before reaching Adam who said that he could not find the house and that he would go out later that day. Adam called my husband a week later with a quote. At that point I had contacted another company who took measurements that same afternoon and installed the carpet 48 hours later. They lost a $600+ job.You should not have to beg people to take your money or do their job.

Carpet To Go did a great job onmy bathroom floor. The installer did a great job and the was very neat .Native was a very helpful and nice sale person.

We were looking for a Luxury Vinyl Tile for our kitchen. Carpet To Go had an Armstrong product that was perfect. We wanted 12 tiles and they had them. Every other floor provider tried to switch us off to 18 tiles. Because the kitchen area is small, the 12 makes the area look bigger. The installation ran into some issues but they were resolved quite satisfactorily.

My wife and I recently purchased a home and began renovations from the word go we have had problems with contractors and companies living up to their words and doing a good job. I hired carpets to go and our carpet started to pull away, so I called more then once and spoke with Kevin Well man totally rude man, I explained the problem he told me to call lumber liquidators because they did our floor and he said his men would of never not put a tack stripe down. So I called lumber liquidators and they came out and looked at it and said they did not do it so I had the lumber liquidators guy talk to Kevin who was rude to him and wanted me to pay for the taking stripe again. Kevin was suppose to have his boss Mr Decarlo who never called. Come to find out that on the other side when of the carpet was a tack stripe but our slab was busted up so they put it back about an inch and it was starting to pull away. I will not use them again for installation again. We found someone to come out to fix it, not carpets to go. It would of been the right thing to do for Kevin to say ok Mrs C we will come out and try our best to fix the problem but no he just argued with me. Hope nobody else will have this problem and hopefully you wont get Kevin Well man.

Care master was handling cleanup of a flood in my home back last year and they had Carpet to Go put my kitchen flooring in that was also purchased from your company. Less than a year later it has a roll in it. I spoke with a gentleman who proclaimed to be the owner and he stated that it was our fault and problem because the refrigerator was pulled out from the wall to clean up a spill and we caused the roll....so we have to pay them to come fix it? Poor customer service, installation and very rude peoe work here!!! NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY NOR USE CARE MASTER FOR ANY CLEANUP JOBS AGAIN.

Trying to make a long story short, Carpet to Go FILED A LIEN ON MY HOUSE because of money I NEVER OWED THEM. My insurance was going to pay as the new floor was necessary due to flood damage. They didnt contact me or my insurance company before filing the lien, and they didnt remove the lien for 4 weeks, only doing so after I called. Im still waiting to receive the lein release but needed to share this story before anyone else hired them to do a job.Again, they never even tried to bill me (or call) before filing the lien, then they didnt remove the lien when they were paid by my insurance company. If youre a homeowner, you should NOT hire this company. This is beyond atrocious service and leaving that lien on my property indfinitely should be illegal (imagine if I hadnt called!).Id give them zero stars if I could because of their highly questionable accounting ethics.
