I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service and lack of customer service I received today and throughout this 2 month process from Noel. I received a call from Noel yesterday, September 2,2021 stating my car would be ready for pick up today by lunch and he would call me at that time. I waited to reach out until 3:00pm and still received his voicemail. I called back again and asked for a manager (JQ) who I was not in. Finally Noel called back and I asked him what was the status and I was advised the car was still not ready and he tried rushing me off the line.I quickly spoke up and advised Noel that he also talked to the insurance company and advised them that my car would be ready today which made the insurance company end my rental as of today. Noel proceeded to tell me the car not being ready was out of his control and he would call me back without even addressing the rental car at all.Throughout this process Noel has oversold and under delivered in reference to communication. My biggest ask during this is that he just keep me informed as the insurance company taking care of the bill is not my company and they don’t communicate at all. I have constantly had to leave message ask for managers just to get assistance.Noel was rude and disrespectful through this entire exchange. I selected this collision shop because this is where I received excellent service when I purchased my car and assumed this was the standard through all departments. This is my second jeep and after this experience probably my last.We are all busy, overworked, and stressed during this time and it’s understandable however being rude to your customers is unacceptable. Pushing me on the back burner after two months with no empathy or compassion I believe is unacceptable.

Buster Bell and his team at Keffer Collison did a fantastic job on the repairs to my jeep wrangler! They are truly amazing at their job! The customer service Buster provided was incredible, even from our very first phone call he reassured me that my vehicle was in good hands the entire time! I will return to Keffer Collison for any repairs I may need in the future and I was definitely recommended them to any one I can!

To be clear this 5 star review is based almost entirely on the superior customer service provided by Noel. I own a fleet of vehicles so unfortunately I get to deal with lots of body shops. However, Noel is extremely good at his job. Knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and times time to explain things thoroughly. Thank you Noel.

I just needed nitrogen in my tires. Even though they were busy in service they were able to get me in and out in 15 minutes! Thanks guys!

The staff at Keffer Collision Center were very welcoming. They were well informed about the process for insurance claims and rental pick up/returns. I was there to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired from a rear end collision. Buster Bell was the service coordinator I was working with and he was absolutely fantastic!! He spoke with the insurance company, made honest recommendations for the vehicle repair and executed it perfectly. He was very kind and showed integrity throughout the entire process. He is the best! I highly recommend him and Keffer for any auto repair/body shop needs.

Walked in to a comfortable environment that I felt was filled with honest people who I trusted to fix my car. Was happy with the work and the time. They went above and beyond to help with the rental process and made sure to get my car fixed as soon as possible. It’s nice knowing I have someone on my side and there if anything happens!

I needed a bumper replaced because of the rear end collision by someone who had State Farm insurance. I chose to go to Keffer collision as they are a State Farm select provider and would pay them directly and I would not have to be involved with any payment. Keffer Collision was incredibly professional. They completed the repair timely and when promised. JQ was my contact there and he was extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend them and use them again.

Brought my car to get repaired after an accident. Buster was very communicative of what was going on and replied quickly whenever I reached out. My car is brand new and when I came back to pick it up it was back to perfect condition!

These guys are amazing! From start to finish they were accurate, helpful, friendly and went over and beyond ! They gave me an estimated time when it would be done and was right on the money. They had a ride for me to get my rental car and helped set up. I had some issues not caused by them after and they still helped me make the right connections etc. They also followed up. ! Seriously the best service work & customer service I have had in a very long time!! My friends & family have also commented that it looks like a new car!!

Would not recommend. I wish I could go back and take my Jeep elsewhere. Nearly 6 months without our Jeep and still not right.

I wanted to recognize JQ for his professionalism, efficiency, and compassion. From start to finish the crew off Independence exceeded my expectations. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle, Ashley secured a car ride for me to get to the rental agency. JQ showed the compassion that noone else in the aftermath of my car accident had displayed. JQ also made a wonderful recommendation that I had failed to consider--replacing the carseats that had protectes my kids during the accident. My car was repaired beautifully and they went as far as detailing the interior of my vehicle (which felt like an early Christmas Gift).I cant say enough about JQ and the team at Keffer Collision on Independence!!

Had my car brought in after an accident with damage to the front left tire and a little body damage. 6 weeks later and I still dont have my car. Delay after delay, was originally told April 10th as a pickup date, May 1st and I still dont have my car. Worst experience ever, will never do business with them again and will inform everyone I know of my experience.
