They have nice cars on the lot, that have been taken care of, and in our case, still covered under warranty. Amin made sure to address the issues I noticed, even BEFORE I had a chance to mention them to him (detailing, rim repair, window switch malfunction). You can tell he wants to make sure he is selling you the right car, in the best condition possible, so that his customers are as happy as can be. I just purchased a Subaru BRZ from Carolina Auto Imports and couldnt be happier about my experience with them. The entire process was extremely easy and they went above and beyond to accommodate me.This vehicle is a manual, which I dont have any experience driving before due to not having the opportunity to learn thus far. Amin offered to teach me how to drive one in his personal vehicle if I had decided to make the purchase.I put a down payment on the car on Friday night, left it overnight, and after finalizing everything, Amin took me driving in his car for 4 hours until I got the hang of everything and coached me through driving the BRZ for an hour afterwards.He then rode home with me in the car to make sure I got it back alright, Uberd back to the dealership, and refused to let me cover the cost of his trip.I highly recommend this car dealership due to the level of professionalism they displayed, their willingness to negotiate, and the amount of effort they put in to assisting me get my dream car.

I was 600 miles away so couldnt physically see the car. Ended up making the purchase after receiving the car fax report, Porsche PPI inspection, receipts and all other paperwork for the car from him. I had been looking for another vehicle for about 2 weeks prior to going to Carolina Auto Imports, and I had my own financing through SECU but still experienced difficulties finding the car i wanted that SECU would agree to finance being that I had negative equity in my current vehicle. My brother purchased a bmw 5 SERIES from them and suggested that I go to the lot. I was a bit skeptical based on the fact that I was determined NOT to buy a foreign vehicle. I originally didnt want to go out of state to purchase a car but all the local cars that we were looking at were in terrible condition for their asking price. The search lead me to Carolina Auto Imports in the hands of Amin. Good thing it did because he made the whole transaction process enjoyable. He answered all my questions and I had a lot. He sent me the original document of what he paid for the car at the auction and than gave me a fair price. He went above and beyond to help me and even answered questions on his off days. After we got home we found out that the bluetooth system didnt work on the car. I called him and with no questions asked he sent me a check to pay for half of the unit even though he wasnt obligated to do so. The overall experience was great!

I researched for about 2 months for the car I wanted. I searched across America. I was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. Make, Model, Color, Trim, and price. Even $2,000 cheaper than nearby competitors. The service was easy to work with. Having to travel 6 hours away, Amin was able to assist me in selling my current vehicle (2012 Chevy Silverado / 17MPG), hold the vehicle I wanted for a week, process my loan through CAI, and make buying a used car easier than shopping at a grocery store. It took less than an hour to test drive (First time sitting in this type of vehicle), sign the papers and start driving my 2011 Audi A3 TDI (Diesel 42MPG) car. The condition of the car was as expected. Clean, reliable, and Ready to Roll. Ive been bragging to all my friends and family that CAI was worth the wait and 6 hour drive to get this car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone serious of buying an import vehicle.

Great service... bought a hard to find 370Z, 6spd with navigation. Car was extra extra clean. Amin had no qualms about letting me take the car to a Nissan specialist (Nisstech) in Indian Trail to be inspected from top to bottom. Car checked out great and so I bought it. I had financing in place with USAA, but Amin was able to secure a lower rate through Allegacy Federal Credit Union so I ran with them. He made the entire process very easy from beginning to end, a real pleasure. Didnt have that Ive been slimed feeling that Gastonia Nissan left me with after dealing with their sales staff, sales manager and their finance guy Jacques, ughhhh.

Amin made this process the best experience ive ever had at ANY car dealership. For years our family has been buying cars from Merecedes, Land Rover, BMW, and Audi in Charlotte, and the service and interaction we received at CAI has gone above and beyond anything else. I was recently in a car accident in which my Audi was totaled, and I found my Volvo XC90 on Auto Trader, which was at CAI. I called to see if they still had it, as it was priced extremely competitively compared to all of the other XC90s I looked at. Amin was not by any means pushy, or like that of any other used car dealers. He put the car on hold for me until I was able to come over the next morning and see it. The car is IMMACULATE! One thing that I loved about CAI is that they buy most of their cars out of Florida, which means that they have never been driven in salt or snow, and generally never exposed to the elements that a lot of cars are. The car was spotless, and as soon as we got there, he got us the keys and let us take it on a drive by ourselves, and didnt press a time in which we needed to be back; which was so nice. When we came back, I knew that I loved the car, and we made a deal in minutes, no back and forth, just plain and simple. He was great in explaining the cars history, along with its features. I felt like it was a friend selling it to us, and I never felt as if I was being pressured or rushed into it. CAI has it down to a fine science. Later that day, we came back with a deposit, and he was great about working with us since the insurance hadnt paid out yet. I cant stress enough how professional and sharp these guys are, they really blow all other car salesmen out of the water. I would strongly encourage anyone to go to CAI and take a look, they are the only place I will be buying my cars from in the future, and I am still absolutely blown away by this experience.
