My experience with Mainstream Motors was honest, fair, and efficient. I worked with Sary there. He was friendly and quick getting information back to me. I live in California, and Sary made all the arrangements to get the car shipped to me after purchase. Even with the shipping charge, I saved $3,000 over similar cars I was finding in California. The car arrived in great shape, and is running well. I even found a quarter under the spare tire, so now my savings is up to $3,000.25!

This was by far the easiest car deal I have ever made! The guys at Mainstream Motors had two excellent vehicles that fit my criteria and they were available to show me the cars and provide a test drive within an hour of my call. Once I decided on the car I wanted, the price negotiation lasted five minutes and I received a fair deal with no haggling. Picking up the car took twenty minutes and they handled the titling and registration for me, saving me a trip to the DMV. I highly recommend dealing with Dalton and Ronnie at this dealership!

I purchased a luxury suv from here and have had issues with my purchase from the onset. The doors stopped locking properly on my suv the day after my purchase. I went to get my tires rotated and found out that the bolts on my tires were stripped. I made the dealership aware of the problems that I found the day after I purchased and they agreed to work with me to get it fixed. They lied!!!! A week later, the sales person said “ you bought a 5 yr old vehicle, what do you expect” Now i’m stuck was a $1300.00 problem to fix. I hope this review will save at least 1 person the hardship that I have experienced. Don’t buy here!!!!

Fantastic Company! These guys made the entire process of car-buying fun again. They have a great selection of vehicles and an incredibly knowledgeable staff. What I liked the most about this dealer is that the sales people werent pushy and it seemed as though they genuinely wanted to help you find the vehicle that is right for you instead of making a quick sale or trying to push the most expensive vehicle on the lot to you. These Guys are the Car Gods.. I saw a Sliver E350 Coupe on the site, Rushed over to Check on it. When I got there, I was met with the friendliest 2 people..Took the car for a test drive, I told him how much I had for a down payment .. he told me what other information they needed from me... in less than few hours I was heading home in my new Mercedes.. My husband found this car, which I have wanted for some time. As it turned out the dealership, Mainstream Motors on Monroe Rd. was right around the corner from my dentist. The entire experience with Ronnie and Dalton, was not only professional but actually pleasant.They had no issue with us taking it to an independent mechanic to have it checked out prior to buying. Within a week I became the proud owner of a 2002 Ford Thunderbird Convertible in very good condition with extremely low mileage in my favorite color:TEAL.... I purchased a car from out of state based on the information the sales man and Sary the sales manager gave me that turned out to not be 100% true. When given the opportunity to make the situation right Sary told me he was unwilling to help. This is not the type of business I would recommend spending money with.

Shady experience back in September 2017. All of their cars have high mileage and they claim to offer financing, however I applied for financing and they checked my credit with numerous companies just to find out NONE of the finance companies will finance a car with over 90,000 miles. This lowered my credit score 8 points because of ignorance. I wish I would have NEVER stopped in here. They are clearly only looking for cash buyers.

Dalton, Ronnie and Sary are good people to deal with. I did alot of talking back and forth with Dalton and texting because I had a trade. Sent pics and did negotiations over the phone cause I was 4hrs away. Got there and had to negotiate again with Ronnie but thats business and business never personal. Sary handled the back forth with our bank and we got the deal done. They sold me an Audi A6 which I drove the hell out of over the weekend. I didnt want to leave a review until I really drove the car. I had it inspected by the Audi dealer and the car is in pristine condition.
