I do not have good credit AT ALL. I do work full time so being on the phone wasn’t something easy for me. Reginald took care of everything In a matter of hours of putting in my application. He responded extremely quickly through text and answered every question I had. I legitimately didn’t have to do anything because he took care of it all. He had my car ready and all I had to do was bring in my down payment my license go over paperwork and sign paperwork and I was able to drive it home. I am a VERY picky person and hard to please and he exhibited exceptional customer service and put me in the perfect car. I was extremely happy with my experience and I’ve already referred several coworkers and friends to shop through drive time. The entire environment was pleasant and welcoming. I can’t explain how much I appreciated the hassle free experience and how quickly he got me in a vehicle. Amazing experience and so far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Yes the sales people are polite; but this is a bait and switch business the cars all were priced at a higher price; they jumped up 30 times higher on the down payment from $375.00 down to $3000 to &5000 down so the quote price online wasn’t true and online it only had half my income and they don’t want you to go to a different drive time and they tried to put me in used damage cars not the cars on the site. I will tell everyone do not go there and two Honda crx ex suvs would not even turn over or crank up!

I’ve heard a lot of good and bad things about drive time but my experience was beyond amazing! I did exactly like the add said see what your down payment is online after we did that he sent me a list of cars that would fit me and i immediately saw my car! I told him which car I liked and it was on from there! I picked my car up when I got off work and it was easy I probably was there for no more then a hour! I would definitely make another purchase from DriveTime!!!

Staff was good but the whole true down payment from your online quote is suspect to say the less. The down payment I was quoted was for the bottom of the barrel that they had

My visit today was very pleasant from start to finish. Daniel was sent out to the lot, after I asked for help. He made my entire buying experience far too easy. He answered all of my questions and gave some useful information. At 1st glance everything appeared perfect, it was after arriving home that evening and reading over the paperwork that I found the numbers had doubled. The 28% interest making a 10-16k purchase 30k after discussing my expectations of needing to stay within a certain price total. Anyway, learning experience at the expense of a few hours.

Purchased bmw from Greenville location no problems 3,500 down good payment. Even drove it from a different state. Everytime i contact this one they want 8-10 grand down for a car that’s probably not gonna last long. Went to CarMax, 2018 GLA 800 down, even lower apt than DriveTime offered. Try CarMax first!
