My daughter bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu from this dealership a wwwl ago. This morning the car broke down on the highway. Had it towed and car repair shop said there was no coolant and 2 of the hoses had holes in them. I contacted the dealership and their exact words was Im sorry to hear that. I wouldnt even give them 1 star but had to put 1.

They look like bad dealers. I was about to check out a Honda Civic ( 2012 ) for $6,000; completely expensive where anyone can find a car like that for lower price from an auction. The managers were looking at me with a weird distinct expression of tricking. Wouldn’t come back. When I went to see the honda civic, it wasn’t even done building; they was quote on quote “fixing the air” which isn’t appealing for a buyer.

They sold me a Honda Accord 2016 beautiful car no mechanical issues just like they said, very affordable and friendly people !!!! Highly recommend their services

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu on 12/12/20. On 12/14/20, I had the brakes and the rotators repaired. They kept the car for a week. On 12/28/20, the transmission and radiator went out. They kept the car for another week. Between 1/1/21-1/10/21, my heat constantly would turn off and on. On 1/11/21, heat went out and would not come back on. I took the car back and the heat was repaired. The owner stated the he has lost money on selling me the car and the 90 day bumper to bumper warranty only covers the transmission and motor. With the transmission being replace, I need to file a claim with the warranty company. On 2/3/21, the heat went completely out again, took the car to CHEVY, the car has the wrong tires on it (need 2 tires), missing 1 air filter, needs a 2nd air filter, needs a tune up, needs an alignment, and a heater blower relay. With the extended warranty, I am still out of pocket $400. with only have the car a total of 6 weeks, I AM NOT HAPPY!!!! Places like this makes it hard to support the small business.

I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I financed financed a Jeep here and encountered problems with the vehicle within the first month. Engine light going on and off. Engine failing to start at all sometimes. Worst of all, the sliding roof broke, allowing rain into the vehicle. I was told on the phone to bring the vehicle there to have it looked at and after driving 40 minutes there the mechanics wouldnt help. Girl at the desk called the owner and he said nothing I can do, I dont fix vehicles. Even she was angry about his attitude and lack of care. After looking at the roof myself, it seemed like it had broken before and been temporarily fixed.If all thats not bad enough, one day I was driving to work and a device got caught under the brake pedal almost causing me to have an accident. I found out it was a GPS tracking device that was attached under the steering column and came loose. It was installed without my knowledge (wasnt mentioned at any time and nowhere in the documents) when I went to get the tags from the owner, under the pretense that he had to fix something with the computer. Looking back, I should have filed a lawsuit.Vehicle ended up being totaled by my insurance company due to the malfunctioning roof while I was still making payments. At least they payed me a fair value and I never have to deal with this place or that vehicle ever again. Definition of a shady dealership. Be aware, the vehicles are priced low and may look nice at first glance, but the owner buys them cheap from auctions and they will have hidden problems that are sure to surface at some point. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Vehicles are priced almost 100% over market value and interest rates are through the roof. Lots better places to buy a car, like craigslist.Unless you absolutely cant get a loan anywhere else dont buy here.
