My experience here at MB of Northlake was AMAZING! Out of all of my car shopping experiences throughout the years, this was by far the best! Paul Alfieri was extremely pleasant and kind as well as everyone else. Paul exceeded my expectations with info, history and management of my new vehicle. He did not try to put me into of what was not in my interest and I loved that! I would definitely come back to MB of Northlake in the future for a new vehicle. This was my first car buying experience and I’m so glad to have found Andy Duong. He was the absolute best!! Any questions I had he was there to answer them and if he didn’t know the answers he assured me that he would find out! Andy assisted with finding the perfect car that suited my lifestyle. He continues to amaze me with follow up calls to make sure Im happy with my purchase and if I need more technical support dealing with the car to call any time for assistance. Ive had my car under a year and I just love it. I didnt write a review when I first purchased it, but the process was seamless, quick, and I drove my new car home in under 2 hours after walking into the dealership.Recently Ive had my car serviced for the first time and it was an awesome experience! I received a very thorough video outlining what was done under the hood. I received a report outlining everything as well. So pleased with my experience at Mercedes-Benz Northlake. Paul, my client advisor, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He made the experience fun! I found a great car and he was very attentive to my every need. Paul genuinely wants to help customers find the right car for them and is very sincerely helpful. The product concierge, Rachel, was so kind and a lot of fun. She showed me all the tech on the car I purchased and made sure I understood how to work everything. When I noticed I lost a diamond out of my wedding band, Rachel showed genuine concern and care - then celebrated with me when it was found. At the end of my experience, I truly felt confident in my purchase. I was treated with the utmost respect. Paul even checked in with me the following day to make sure I was still loving my car. My next car will be a Mercedes-Benz from the Northlake dealership with Paul and Rachel, for sure!

Paul was so helpful yesterday with me buying my Nissan. I found the car online and with all the negotiating and everything that took place with text messages and calls everything was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership to take possession of my car. It was such a pleasant experience. Even with the sign ants already being taken care of before he and it was just a matter of signing the paperwork and it was in and out very quickly and very professional. This was probably my best experience and buying a vehicle Im very pleased and I really like my car

Paul Alfieri was the manager, and we started this conversation in March of 2021. Due to limited inventory, there was not a match with what I was initially looking to purchase. He was highly professional and took a low pressure approach. His follow up was spot on. Over the months he would check in to see if a vehicle stood out, and in August we found the perfect car. Although Hendricks main service phone number is never answered even after several attempts, I fortunately had direct line to Mike Stanwyck. He returned call immediately and took care my concern immediately. Scheduled service and arranged for car pick up and return. Service pick up tech was extremely professional. I was looking for a 2021 S580 for a client. I called in and spoke with Paul, who shares the same name as I, so that was good sign from the beginning. Paul had exactly the car I wanted my client to take a test drive and it became available for purchase the same morning I inquired. Paul rolled out the red carpet for my VIP Client. Zahrea, product concierge, was absolutely the nicest and most patient person I have ever met at any car dealership. When we had questions and she had to go back and repeat herself over she never got frustrated. Her #1 priority was to make sure we knew and felt comfortable with everything on the car. She has the best, most outgoing personality and smiled and laughed the whole time which made us feel so much more comfortable as well. Even after driving off we had to call her back about 10 minutes later and she was still so happy to help in any way she could. She made the car buying process so much better!! And Chris, the retail sales consultant, had everything organized and ready before we even stepped through the door. LOVE ORGANIZATION!! He was always two steps ahead of the step we were on. His professionalism and time management impressed us so much and made the buying process so much less daunting and we didn’t have to spend hours at the dealership. He also wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied before even driving off the lot! These two employees made the process so easy and great!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle at this location. After meeting John Sims on an initial visit to look at the car our subsequent dialogue was professional and timely. I was looking at two practically identical used vehicles at this and another Hendrick sister store. My experience with John was by far the better one. I was blown away by how quickly and professionally they were able to get work done for me. I work for a local body shop, and we had a 2018 C class that needed calibration after some repairs that we had done. I called the service department, was transferred to Michael Stanwyck, and he took care of it immediately. He told me to come in, and that he would make something happen. I was informed that it would be same day if they could, at the latest next morning. Michael called me same day around 4, saying it was done. We use Mercedes North Lake for all of our OEM parts as well and they have never once dropped the ball. I would recommend them on all fronts.

I was going through something when he called me and told me about the cost of my car and I went from 0 to 100 on him and it wasn’t his fault, but Chris didn’t get out of character with me at all. Chris actually calm me down and listen to my concerns and work things out for me. What an angel he is and a true blessing he was to me. Chris workout a great cost for on my car repairs and I’m thankful for that. I ran over some debris and got a flat in my run flat tire. I called DeMarco Crump, unaware that it was his day off! This man called his co-worker then came in to handle my car personally. Working with Taylor Martino was a truly an amazing experience!! I originally came in for a new fuel filter and a B3 service. I was provided a loaner car so I didnt have to wait and could complete all my errands.During the technicians evaluation they realized I didnt need a new fuel filter but they did identify an oil leak. Not something you want to hear, but of course we had to fix it.During the time my car was in the shop Taylor provided exceptional service. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, explained everything so that it was easy to understand, and even looked into my warranty (which I didnt even realize I had). Taylor made a potentially difficult situation easy, and I didnt skip a beat in my busy life.I could go on about the exceptional experience but I will end saying this: I wouldnt trust my car or my familys safety with anyone another than Taylor or Mercedes-Benz of Northlake. They operate with professionalism and integrity.

I spent $1200+ on new tires and hate them. Called them about noise issues not even a mile after i left the service department. I had to wait 4 weeks to take it back, to be told the new tires tend to be loud on highway and I can purchase another set if I dont like how loud they are. All I want is for my car to drive/sound the same as they have for the last year. I dont think Ill ever buy a Mercedes considering the quality of the car and the service department couldnt give me a logical solution.

I have to say I hardly write reviews but my experience with the team at Northlake is worth all the stars and words. I worked with Paul, he was very knowledgeable and professional, answered all questions. Paul even does magic, when it looked like what I was looking for wasn’t on the lot... he made a few moves and my dream car appeared. The finance team is amazing too! Joe got me approved with a great rate in no time. He made the paperwork process, which could normally be a nightmare, the exact opposite. After I was handed the keys, I was introduced to Ms. Rachel... She’s the car whisperer and a complete vibe! She explained and went in-depth of all the car’s features. This was my first time purchasing a Mercedes and they made sure it won’t be my last.

This rating is purely for the car buying experience at Hendrick Mercedes. Our sales person was Christopher Scotti and I can honestly say that neither my husband nor I have had such a great car buying experience. In most cases I’ve dreaded having to look for a new vehicle but this was an exception.It took us a few months to find the right vehicle but Chris was always super responsive and quite helpful. He had immense patience and was very knowledgeable on different models.We had a 6 PM appointment with him and both he and Nancy in finance stayed to finalize everything that night which they certainly didn’t have to do.If you’re in the market for a luxury vehicle, definitely call Chris Scotti. I can’t recommend him enough!
