Mitsubishi Connect tech support was just as awesome. We had issues getting my email to connect to the system. They worked and keep in contact with us until the issue was resolved. We bought our car from a traveling sales man but the team at the store didn’t let us feel left out. They continued to give great costumer service to us even though it wasn’t their sale. Brittany was a great help on all my needs after sale.

Most everything went really well during my recent car purchase. Brittany our sales associate was very knowledgeable and honest with us. The sales manager was very friendly as well. My only complaint is how long the entire process took. Especially since we gave a lot of our information over the phone prior to arriving and had our own financing. Overall it was a really good experience but again time spent dealing with paperwork seemed excessive.

It was my first time doing it on my own so I was definitely overwhelmed, but Brittany’s knowledge and the overall experience I had with her took a lot of the stress and pressure off the whole experience. The place is great. The salesman I met, Toy, he is a great guy. He is really helpful and friendly, and accommodating to our requests. He helped us to find a great car that runs well, looks great, and fit into our budget. The process of choosing the perfect car is smooth, and other salesman are also very friendly to us. The car have some minor things to fix, but they fix it for us for free.The purchase process runs smoothly, though they are a bit late when dealing with the title, but you can do it yourself.The place is nice, plenty of seating space if you need to wait. Toilets are very clean, plenty of parking space available.Great place!

If I was able to give -0 these people would deserve it. Brittany sold us a Honda Crosstour that was in a mild accident with one airbag deployed. She claims she told us about all three, than said well I told you about two of them lies Brittany! it was only one. Courtesy of the bank, they asked us if we had read the accident report? We told them we had not but Brittany had told us about the one. They told us to get a report. Come to find out the car has been in 4 ACCIDENTS. Needless to say we took the car back. Jeff, the finance guy said the were keeping $300 because they had to clean the car. I had to call the police to get them to release my funds. These people are horrible.

They will say anything to get you in there. Tried to charge me $3000 more than the online Internet MSRP. I only took the appointment because they said they were not raising the prices above MSRP. They tried to negotiate a higher price - crazy and waste of my time. I know this is a pandemic and the other people are doing that and getting away with it, but I have a choice whether I want to make a stupid decision about buying a car that’s above MSRP. They should not have advertised online a different price and then told me there was an addendum that should have been put on that car that wasn’t added to the online price. Don’t speak to Jonathan- He had no idea what he was talking about, gave me wrong information. I don’t know if he was in training but he certainly didn’t have anybody with him to help him along.

These guys are scammers. Sent me a poster claiming that I won 600 dollars and 3 night vacation. When I went to the delearship, they gave me knockoff iphone Bluetooth headset. The vacation is to promote some kind of time share. If they send you a mail stating that you won a scratch off and 500 dollars including vacation, ignore it and throw in the garbage. I know nothing about their cars and service but I wouldnt trust them.

My first experience here was amazing! I had circumstances that I was sure would make it difficult to get me in a car that I could afford but Robert and Brittany worked very diligently to help me find something that I was extremely happy with, and took the time to explain everything from beginning to end in detail. I have purchased multiple cars before and never had a experience as good as that one. However when I returned a year later and traded in the car in the picture for a 2021 model, I have had nothing but issues from them. I was only given one key to a brand new vehicle and promised a second one. I purchased the vehicle in April 2021 and as of now (September 15, 2021) I still do no have a second key! I have been bounced around and told multiple things by the manager Jamin who has yet to resolve my issue. First he told me it was mailed to me, then it was that I would get it at my first oil change; but of course when I arrived I was told by the service department that they don’t make keys on sight. Jamin then sent me on a wild goose chase to a place that makes keys to order it and pick it up, but the place called me back the next day to say they haven’t received payment and would not be making the key. Called the manager back for a resolution and still have yet to hear anything back over a month later. 5 months after purchasing a brand new vehicle from them and I still don’t have what was promised to me. This is completely unacceptable in my book and I honestly regret purchasing another vehicle from them even though I love the car itself. I will not be returning to purchase again after this one

Went here to get a new car for the wife expecting the stereotypical dealership experience where you feel like youre being held semi-hostage and have to fight tooth and nail to get the numbers you want and spend the whole day there negotiating. Got there at 1:30 and left with the car by 4-5 I believe, which is a pretty quick turn around for a dealership in my experience. Worked with Barry for sales and Caleb for financing and both were very good to work with. Barry handled the sales process very well, and is apparently new to car sales which surprised me. Caleb listened to the exact numbers we said we needed to make a deal happen and got them for us, and even beat some of the numbers we were wanting. Overall, probably the best dealership experience Ive had so far.

Will NEVER purchase another Mitsubishi vehicle. Their cars are becoming less durable and have sooooo many recalls (I have had at least 4 since I purchased). I have a 2016 Outlander, purchased brand new. Started having issue with my air blowing cold air. Took it here to Planet Mitsubishi to have them take and look and was told that I have a leak in my A/C condenser where it is welded to another part - not a bad part but a leak where two parts are welded together. The Service Manager told me it would be $1,000 to fix - replace the parts that they didn’t weld together good enough when making my car (less durable). I reached out to Mitsubishi and this dealership (by email, in writing) to discuss them fixing the issue due to it being a manufacturer defect - well, that was a month ago and haven’t heard from either (poor customer service). Will def purchase American made vehicles going forward!!!!I see the response! How about you get my contact info off the previous emails I have submitted regarding this matter and give me a call. I look forward to hearing from you!!

My car wouldnt start this morning- very inconvenient. I called for a jump start and went to Planet Mitsubishi for them to check my car out. They were able to see me right then. Come to find out, my battery was bad. Lucky for me it was still under warranty. Whenever I have an issue with my Mitsubishi Lancer, I know Planet Mitsubishi will have me back on the road. Horrible! I walked in one day to look at a couple used cars. They wanted me to test drive something new, so they pulled up a 2020 Eclipse. Then after the test drive, we sit down and talk, next thing you know Im approved for 0$ down 497$ a month. I drive off the lot, and I think I have a new car. Wasnt the car I wanted, but hey, its brand new.3 weeks later Im being harassed for $2,000 down b/c they never got me financed with those terms in the first place. I said I wasnt going to pay $2,000 down after signing a deal for 0$. They then came and picked up their vehicle very early this AM, in a cowardly manner, and left me with a set of keys.Horrible way to conduct business. Get your Sh__ together Planet Mitsubishi.

Had my car towed here on 04/7/2017 due to a no-crank condition that has been frustratingly intermittent and was unable to be diagnosed by a local shop, hoping a dealership for my make of car would be able to assist. Nicky let me know they would be busy and it might not get looked at until the following day but this was fine. Fast forward to Monday and I still havent received even a courtesy call to let me know it may take a while. I call around 9:00AM and am told a diagnosis should be found soon as the car is currently being tested and they would leave me a message. I received no message, called back after class around 5 and was put on multiple 10+ minute holds to be told the issue had appeared to be resolved and I could come pick it up.Quite dissatisfied I went to pick up my car and the only person who seemed to show me any respect as a customer was Nicky who said the problem had appeared to have gone away after replacing some old, loose battery terminals and that due to the very cheap price of the parts she would gladly front the cost to get me back on the road which made me feel a lot better. I found it strange they provided me with no paperwork detailing any work done or any diagnostics as most shops do but I was just happy to be mobile again.So today, 04/14/2017 as Im getting in my car to leave work it fails to start. Confused I open the hood to find that not only had the issue not been resolved but the battery terminals, shown in the picture below, had not even been replaced! I played with the terminals until I could get it to crank and made it home just in time for the battery connection to fail again.This was completely unexpected and very unprofessional. I expected to pay a premium for quality service and was prepared for that but I did not think I would be mistreated and that someone would lie to my face and watch me drive away, issue still unresolved, to leave me stranded on the road and/or unable to get to work and class.As it stands I would not recommend attempting to receive service here, especially if you have an older model car, like my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse, as I feel my time and my vehicle were not respected.

Overall the purchase experience was fine. The customer service after the purchase however, is horrible. I purchase a used vehicle from this dealership on the 19th of February, and traded in a vehicle at the same time. Whoever is responsible for payoffs for trade-ins failed to include my account number on the payoff check, so the financing bank was unable to apply the pay off to my account. I found this out through the original financing bank of the trade in by the way after I was receiving calls from their collections department. I have been calling Planet Mitsubishi about this issue for the past two and a half weeks, however all I get are answering machines or people claiming they are taking my information and they will get back in touch with me. I’ve spoken with a salesman, the financing manager, and someone in the accounting department, left several voicemails and yet I can’t get anyone to help me or to call me back to resolve the issue. All they have to do is send the financing bank a copy of the payoff check with my account number and an address to send the title to. I’m now collecting late fees from the financing bank since my payment was due on March 12th. It’s now the 30th. They really get no stars but it wont let me post the review until I click a star)They acted as if they willing to take my 2014 Hyundai sonata for a trade in the guy said that he was doing the paperwork but it would take too long because of the time of the day to come back in the morning and everything will be ready but when I got there it was a different story they didnt want to take my car mind you nothing was wrong with it 70k miles and then told me I would have to put $2,000 down on the vehicle that I looked at that we did the paperwork on I wouldnt recommend anyone go here
