Walked in with my family..no one in the store but employees . 5 of us. 3 adults plus two kids. Getting ready to order and told, you need to have masks or leave. So we left. I have been coming here for 5 years. With friends, family, colleagues. Governor said masks aren’t required and well they don’t stop anything. But here we are leaving. I know the kids working there could care less but to the owners, I have bought ice cream here for 5 years. You just lost a good customer and my friends and my colleagues for believing the nonsense. I hope you don’t close due to stupidity.

Just came from the store and saw that our order is wrong! The cherries are on the wrong split and there was no fudge at all! And we got toppings we didn’t order! Way to much money for that service! I would give way less then no stars ! But one star is required...

I love this location. I dont know what their hiring process is but they consistently have the kindest, most customer service oriented people working. Today Amber spent several minutes with me on the phone, going well above and beyond her call of duty, to help me place an order for the cake I needed for my daughters birthday. I wasnt too keen on the Frozen 2 design offered online (too plain) and told her as much, but I had to have a Frozen 2 cake because for whatever reason my daughter is obsessed. I specifically chose Baskin Robbins and this location because they have done such a fantastic job with her cakes before. Amber went through several design options with me, even going so far as to text me pictures of some of their photo designs and offering to go through the ice cream flavor list with me. She was AMAZING and helped me breathe a deep sigh of relief knowing that at least this one aspect of the party is going to be top notch. (Have you had their ice cream cakes??? So good.) I cant say it enough, I love this location, I love their staff, and THANK YOU *ESPECIALLY* to Amber for all of your help (without even once making me feel like a burden or a hassle)!!

I havent been to a Baskin-Robbins in nearly 15 years but had great memories. This location did a great job of standing up to them. Although the experience was different due to COVID (the store is drive-thru only) the staff was very friendly and helpful. The list of ice cream flavors was posted on the window for convenience and the young woman working was kind enough to show my son the different cones as well as a rundown of each available topping. I had anticipated our order ( 2 waffle cones with 2 scoops of ice cream and toppings) to cost $20.00 or close to it, but the bill was half that amount. That was a nice change from the $20 plus Im used to paying at the froyo place we opt for when we want something sweet. I was also pleased with the measures taken to keep employees and customers protected. The employees were gloved and masked, even those who werent directly helping with orders. I was able to glimpse inside and the store looked immaculately cleaned! The only downside was the lack of toppings. My son had hoped to have a few different opinions but there were only 3 types of candy to choose from, 2 types of fruit, and 3 sauces to pick from. This may have been the case because its winter and only the drive-thru is open but it would have been nice to have more options. Either way, another trip to this location will be in our future.

We went to BR today to reward our son for his soccer game performance and realized the time on Google was incorrect. We were 1/2 an hour early. The owner was prepping for the day but still took our order. Great guy, very personable, our 7yro even stated that he was a very nice guy. Easy drive thru to take the family!

Great workers!! Place was very clean and kept. I noticed that there are some people that come in and forget that these are first time workers, and some of their demands are a bit much. Don’t treat people the way you wouldn’t want to be treated. This is an ice cream shop not a 5 star restaurant. Don’t make ordering ice cream a death sentence gosh🤦‍♂️

We placed an order of 1 polar pizza and 1 pie online and when we arrived the next day to pick it up the workers said they only had the polar pizza available. They gave us another polar pizza to replace they pie THEY misplaced. They called me later that day and said they found our pie and we can come pick it up and we didn’t have to return the second one they gave us as a replacement. We went there to pick the pie up and the manager or owner was very rude and disrespectful. She was not being polite and was yelling at us saying that we had to give her the replacement pizza in order for her to give us the pie we already payed for. The replacement pizza was already gone because we were told we didn’t have to return it. She was screaming that we need to tell her what happened because someone was going to get fired. She kept blaming us for their mistakes. After we left she messaged me saying that their sorry that the person picking up the order didn’t know what to get and they hope we enjoy all 3 of our items. They went out of their way to blame us instead of putting themselves at fault. The online ordering system is very unorganized and obviously it doesn’t send the order to the system because we had to show them our order and they still couldn’t get it correct. They could find my number to message me after they were being disrespectful but they couldn’t get the order correct? We did what the person on the phone advised us to and the manager was very irate with us when we arrived. The customer service is absolutely terrible. It was our first time going there and we will definitely not be returning.

Went to this location to cap a wonderful night out just to be disappointed. Googled and called the location to confirm they would be open when we got there and travelled over 30 miles to the store. The lobby was closed which is okay in todays climate, so we pulled into the drive thru lane. There was another car in front of us. The cashier described items they had to the driver (who I assume was their friend) and gave them the order and said they didnt have to pay. They wave goodbye and drive off we pull up and the first thing out of her mouth was were closed! So you give away ice-cream to your friends but are closed to paying customers? Shameful

It takes forever to order. They work to slow, I was watching them; they’re playing, dancing, they don’t work! It’s unrespectful!

I hope everyone has the chance to encounter Lawson at this location. Such a sunny soulshine kind of person! He made our simple trip to a simple ice cream shop feel like an actual experience, and one we were happy to enjoy. Ashlyn (probably butchering the spelling) helped us last time and shes also a happy, joyful person. Quick and efficient. Have never had a bad experience at this location.Actually GETTING to this location is pretty horrific, but nothing can be done about that. Just be aware.I also ordered my daughters unicorn ice cream cake from this location, and on short notice, and whoever created that masterpiece knocked it out of the park! Everyone at the party complimented how beautiful AND delicious it was.But it was our wonderful experience with Lawson who made me take the time to write a review. He put a smile on our faces and an extra pep in our step.

What a great staff. They were so helpful with everything and got our ice cream cake right. Asked for some writing and they wrote it perfectly on the outside rim of the cake perfectly to not mess up the cake. 100% would go back. Just shows what a little extra can do to make someones day better. Ice cream sandwiches we grabbed were gone in 5 min after getting home. The blueberry muffin icecream tasted like blueberries. The lady behind the counter was super helpful, wish I got her name.

This is a nice location run by a very courteous staff. They assisted my family with their orders quickly and politely. The tables and chairs looked a bit uncleaned, but the place was otherwise orderly. There was no wait on this Valentines Day visit. My daughter loved the ice cream. We may visit again soon.

Best flavor is Love Potion #31 which unfortunately only comes out in February. It would be excellent if it could be carried year round. I do like the Mt. Pleasant store better than West Ashley just bc location is harder to get in and out of but is more convenient. I love the great ice cream smell when walking into these stores and gave always been treated very well

Extremely rude staff! Asked to have Happy Birthday written on an ice cream cake that I just purchased tonight. The reply I received was (and I quote), We aint cake decorators here! Been here many times for both ice cream stops with the kids and ice cream cakes (with them writing Happy Birthday on it) but, will not anymore! Not the representation I would want at my business!

B&R hire a lot of young people to keep up with hot days and cool cones. Each staff member seems friendly prompt taking order and preparing it. Can just being around all that ice cream keep you happy.

Never had it..now i need it more! My mother in law and I went here yesterday (9.2.18) and we didnt know what we wanted because we had never been. The cashier wasnt rushing us to make a decision at all. I ordered the warm cookie sundae. My m-i-l had the hot fudge sundae and the price of our products was well worth it. Not to mention, it was super good!

Asked for strawberry and rocky road banana royale. Girl at window says, uhhh we put those flavors up already, soooo we can’t make that one. It was 9pm. Then I asked if they had any flavors with peanut butter “out”. Uhhhhh yea, but we put that one up to. After I managed to get an order placed, she asked for the paper I had in my hand with my order on it. Made the sundaes with those flavors, that she said were up. Got home and itt sucked and was very small scoops half melted. Yuk!

My wife and I stopped for a quick treat and cup of coffee. There was no one else in the store but we quickly learned why. The single employee could not speak very good English and he was possibly not trained on how to operate the facility. Besides the donuts we had were awful!

Theres this one worker there that was so polite and caring . It was mmy first time there and so I took decades trying to figure out what I wanted and he was so polite. It seems like he was new there but he knew what he was doing. And the place is so clean and the people there are so nice this will be the place I permanently get my ice-cream from .

We went on a Saturday night with a big group of us around 9:45pm. There were 3 teenagers working all of whom were busy cleaning or helping the one family in front of us. We were told after that family left that they closed in 5 minutes yet there were no posted hours. There were 2 families of our group still waiting and while one employee help one of us, the others were too busy cleaning to help the other. I was very disappointed with their priorities while they were still open. The customer was not their first but rather cleaning up so they could close. Weve been there prior to this around the same time and were not rushed, ignored and told they were closing. We should have been allowed to order our ice crean and enjoy it inside especially since no store hours were posted. Luckily it was a nice night and we were able to use their outdoor seating. The employees did however lock up and leave before we were done.
