Fairly good but they are not local to West Virginia as some mistakenly think. Donut Connection is a chain started out of Pennsylvania. The best local donuts come from Springfield Pastry shop.

Passing through town, and wanted a local donut. This was a slice of heaven! I tried the peanut butter donut: chocolate frosted (like fudge), thick PB frosting-like filling, and an airy yeast dough. Soooo good!

I had a delicious cold mocha latte and some chocolate donut holes!! Nice customer service, friendly and clean!! I was wanting a long John with custard but they were sold out and she offered to take a few minutes and make me a custard filled donut!! Pleasantly surprised ❤ I will be going back ❤

Love love love, fresh plain glazed doughnuts 🍩😋. There are two stores that I go to. One is in Kanawha City. The other is in Charleston, just off Pennsylvania Ave. This one has a drive-thru. Doughnuts and other delicious treats are always freash. If you want a sweet snack, stop in and try them out! You wont regret it!

Staff was super friendly and the selection of donuts, drinks, and baked goods was impressive for the location and the exterior look. Dont be fooled by the outside.As for their apple fritter, it was okay. Fresh, okay size, with a decent flavor, but nothing spectacular or noteworthy. The rest of the donuts looked to be fresh and the donuts holes told me they have a good recipe.

Customer service is the best of any donut shop that Ive been to. Apple fritters especially good! And dont forget to try the fresh made scones.

I love the many different varieties of donuts they make, and the donuts are much larger than others you find. They stay super busy, but they will get you through fairly quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Love all the sweets of donut connection. My family and I think that the Apple Fritters are the best in the valley. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and bright environment. We will continue to buy our confections from Donut Connection.

Biggest orange cranberry muffins in the valley. Coffee is HOT! Restroom is large and clean. Easy access parking lot. Employees and owners are very nice

I used the drive thru and they were fast and efficient, the donuts were fresh and the cashier was really nice. Ill be stopping here more often it was a nice change from Tim Hortons.
