Who doesnt love fresh hot Krispy Kreme donuts? Im happy I live right across the street

Hot n now doughnut are always the best. But the customer service could use some work they messed my order up then when I said something they had an attitude about fixing it. So just make sure you order is correct and you wont have any complaints.

OMG I HATE TO DO THISI love Krispy kreme but we asked for 2 dozen glaze donuts and the girl says we dont have any asked for lemon filled she says we dont have any asked for chocolate covered she says we dont have any, so my husband says should I ask what you do have, we got 4 strawberry then when we get to the window he asked will you have glaze later and she said we have glaze they just came out, with an attitude and had he not asked we would have missed out and that is money in Krisy kremes pocket, plus the strawberry donuts were hard.Not a good visit.I know these years have been rough for everyone but kindness is always a plus in my bookThis pic is 3 boxes,again money spent, please be nice 🍩 donutsmake you happy 😊

SHAME ON THIS KRISPY KREME FRANCHISE!!!The Krispy Kreme on Savannah Hwy in Charleston, SC. does NOT need your business!How can I try an advertised limited edition item if you NEVER have them during the week or month they are featured? On my THIRD try to get a NEW featured item, this time the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cinnamon roll. I tried to buy the almost $3 item and of course they are out. The national advertisment says it supposed to be around for a few more days. Not clear if the sold out a few days into the special OR too lazy to put the cereal on top of the available plain roll. Sold out??? EASY FIX GUYS.Walmart has a regular box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch for $2.98. If I bought 1 special roll today, it would have bought them an entire box of cereal to make at least 100+ rolls. ($300+ in profits). They have a whole catering van that can easily make the trip to the store to replinish the simple topping. The employee that took my order shrugged her shoulders when I asked why they werent making the new CTC roll. I hope the manager, owner, CEO and fellow Krispy Kreme lovers read this sad but hilarious money missed opportunity on the Savannah Hwy location in South Carolinas part. The location in Ladson seems to have it together. Cant wait to get the rug pulled again next time. Ill keep you posted.THINK OUTSIDE THE CEREAL BOX, TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE!

Delicious Donuts. Probably the best in the area especially fresh and warm. Literally so good

Went for fresh donuts during the time they make them. They were good as always, but not as hot and fresh as Id expected considering they were coming off the conveyor. More like warm. Probably best to go inside to make sure youre really getting the freshest.

Krispy Kreme on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is one of my favorite places to stop at any time of the day. Their donuts are always good and I like getting some fresh ones. I like the open layout of the store and getting to watch the donuts being made. Sometimes I find myself just sitting there and watching the process for long periods of time as it is very relaxing and fascinating. The service here is quick, efficient, and friendly as you can choose your donuts and be on your way in a short amount of time. It is always fun and enjoyable to come here and enjoy the best of what Krispy Kreme has to offer. Krispy Kreme never fails to put a smile on my face and they never let you down with their consistent quality.

Got to drive thru line at 7:49. I was 3 cars deep from the order window. It took almost 15 min to get to the order window. Then I sat for another 5 then someone came on and said Sorry we close at 8. There were 4 other cars behind me. What terrible customer service. We were there well before 8.

Donuts are smaller prices up if you going to charge more at least leave the size of the donuts alone still good but leave them alone

Waited in drive up line 20 minutes and then order was wrong. Had to wait for new coffee too be made and correct the bill. Food was good, but I wouldnt wait EVER again. This place is always super busy.

They are never open, it says they close at 8 but I went through at 730 last night and they turned me away because we close. I know a little 3 year old who was disappointed this morning on his birthday because we close

Refused service for no reason. Then told me they were closed, at 6:47pm. I demanded service and the employe Destiny, tried to over charge me by $5. When I told her that was not the correct amount, she said that she knew she was over charging me and didn’t care. Then said she was just joking. Then told me the she refused to give me my order because of MY attitude, after she was rude to me and lied and said they were closed when they were not. And continued to take orders after mine.

Wrong doughnuts were put in our box and we didnt realize until we got down the street.. just tasted dry as well.. Drive thru attendant sounded dry too & I guess took the right order yet boxed the completely wrong doughnut. We ordered two of those apple cider doughnuts, one glazed and one filled.. Yet we received that little confetti doughnut mess.. Highly disappointed and we werent from there so we drove all the way back to where we were staying just to see it was the wrong doughnut.

Drinks and donuts were good but service...OMG!! We waited in drive up 10-15 minutes for 2 coffees and a 10 piece donut holes. Only 2 cars in front of us!!

Check your order before you drive off! Ordered 6 chocolate glazed donuts and received 6 plain. Luckily we were close and turned around. Went back thru the drive thru to show receipt and what we had received. The young woman reached into car to take it back, went and got correct order, passed it to us and said, here. No apology and a pretty flat affect. This does not speak to the entire store only drive thru experience. The donuts were delicious

The folks here are always so nice. Catching them during Hot Donuts is always a pleasure. We always get a dozen hot donuts, half no glaze & half glazed. Every time we visit my folks in Charleston this is a must stop for fresh, hot donuts. Thank you Krispy Kreme Team!

After waiting at drive thru for for awhile, someone finally came across speaker and informed it was closed. That I needed to come inside. Once inside, had to wait in line for 10 minutes and as I was standing there, they opened the drive thru back up. Very disappointed at the experience.

Always a great place to visit, customer service has always been good & very considerate staff. Tried their lemon glazed donuts and I love it.

The Best Doughnuts in the world

I arrived at the location at 9:12pm The store doesn’t close until 10:00pm.We drove up to the intercom and the person told us that they were closed so we pulled off. We curiously went back around after they had already sent 5 -7 people away including us and we saw someone pull up to the drive thru after they SAID they were closed. When we got to the intercom for the second time we asked what time do they close and a young lady Angrily responds WE’RE CLOSED NOW!! It was only 9:15 The website says 10:00 and so does the door This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I’m definitely calling corporate.

Have been to this place twice over the years and ordered Kreme-filled doughnuts. Each time they have not had any filling. The employees in the drive thru have been pretty rude on both occasions.

Whether the hot and fresh light is on or not, these doughnuts are always fresh and scrumptious!! Im not the biggest fan of doughnuts (I know, I know!) but I cannot resist a Krispy Kreme doughnut. Especially a melt-in-your-mouth original glazed Krispy Kreme doughnut! This location is also very clean - definitely important and a plus.

Krispy Kreme is always been my favorite donut and this particular location in the best Ive ever been to. Fast and courteous service with a smile! And the chocolate iced custard filled are my favorite!

I got 2 assorted dozen donuts and all were plain except for 1 donut that was plain with chocolate drizzle. This is the third time they have either messed up my order or didn’t give me what I ordered. Super rude staff. I love Krispy Kreme, but I just can’t stand the staff so I’m done

The Key Lime doughnuts werent that wonderful. There was not much key lime taste. I was disappointed as I love key lime pie. The chocolate covered with white stuff in the center will remain my favorite with the classic glazed in 2nd.

That day was very busy green donuts. And people Wall to Wall but everyone was patient and waiting to get their orders. I and another dasher waiting and I had to step up and speak for us, due to being so so busy. But they retrieved our orders and away we went. Great job Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.

Donuts are always fresh! There is plenty of seating (even with some of the spots being reserved to allow spacing between patrons.)

The coffee and donuts are excellent. The drive thru is horribly SLOW! Please do something about this.

Hot and Now Irish Green donuts! Festive, fun and yummy. Great place for treating your kids to a yummy surprise. Hot and Now glazzed donuts are worth turning around for. Sweet, indulgent, soft, harm...its a heavenly bite!

Due to covid (so tired of this phrase)....but due to covid they are sorely understaffed, as most places are. Lobby is closed, drive-thru line is out onto Savannah Hwy. The line moves, albiet slowly. The donuts are good...typical Krispy Kreme. Coffee sucks. Check your bill....I am almost ALWAYS overcharged. Ive learned not to pull away from the drive-thru window until I look at my receipt first!

Best donuts in the world lol but they are specific kind, like they are glazed all the way unlike other donuts that only have a glaze on the very top. Personally I prefer Krispy Kreme over anywhere else, especially the classic glazed when theyre hot!

Visited here a few times. Always very poor customer service that can barely operate the drive through speaker and mumble a few words at the window. 50% of the time if the “HOT SIGN” sign is on the donuts aren’t actually hot... I love Krispy Kreme as much as the next person but this place needs some help.

The donuts were normal but it is a bit of an older location. The restrooms could use and update and the service was a bit slow (all we ordered was a couple donuts).

Great, friendly help. They had me served quickly and thehot now sign was on so I got some great, melt-in-your-mouth, doughnuts.

The hot now sign was lit! So of course I put on my blinker and made a smooth right turn into the KriKre. There was a few cars ahead of me, who we obviously also folks of fine culture. Soon I was at the menu, and I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who took my order. My favorite is the raspberry jelly filled, but I had to get those freshies! Soon I was at the window, greeted by a friendly young lady in a covid mask, I paid, and my order was ready. Ah, the gloriousness awaits! They were hot, they were fresh, they were amazing! If you are reading this, and have never had a Krispy Kreme original glazed - you cant go wrong. If you see the hot now sign is lit, you are in for a special treat. Donuts are bad for you, but in times like this, I dont wanna be good.

Ordered a dozen customized. They were out of the ones we wanted but didnt tell us til we got to the window. None were fresh as the glaze was already stuff. They gave us minis of some. The kreme filled had very little kreme

Donuts were great, the special Christmas present donut was waaaayyyy too sweet. Made my teeth hurt. Coffee was not fresh nor very hot. The other donuts were great though.

We were greeted, though unenthusiastic, still greeted. We were quickly helped which was great. The young man was quiet but prompt. My favorite part was the young lady at the register. She was sweet and super helpful. Least favorite part, masks were required for all guest, which is great, but all the employees had them under their chins. I also work fast food and we are diligent about face cover and hand washing and cleanliness. Little things like this lead me to believe cleanliness and safety are being ignored. Ill probably wait a good bit before returning to this location. I know there is always a risk to go out and eat but when the bare minimum isnt being done, Id rather not risk it.

Had an awesome experience, I was totally indecisive and the employee didnt get mad, she laughed at my ridiculous jokes (probably not very funny, but she laughed so bonus points) ... Soo many choices... I struggled, to decide ..smh. but finally we reached the goal and after 20 min....I walked out with 4 dozen donuts 😂🤦

One of my favorite donut place, period. Donuts are fresh to order. You can see them made fresh which is awesome. They change the flavors so you dont get tired and gets to try new ones. Love this place.

Nearly an hour for drive Thru. Sad but couldn’t pay these people more to care any less about their profession... arrived at drive Thru on a Fri morning at 7:45am. Out of drive Thru line at 8:40. Longest drive thru... wouldn’t have been so bad if the folks were pleasant. I was waved off and told “go” when I received my order.

Omg it was awful, we waited for like 20 mins on coffee, noone said anything to us, when my husband went inside to find out what happened they didnt even know anything. So many workers and noone can do their job. Awful
