I love this store !!! Every Cell phone you could want or fix..always there during business hours.. always willing to work for you/help you

The staff was very polite but my phone stopped working a couple of months after it was fixed. My screen would make clicking sounds and, every time my phone went dead the screen would freeze and I couldn’t touch it, I would have to shut my phone off more than one time. And one night I went to sleep I woke up and my phone froze completely and it still doesn’t work. although my phone was cracked a little bit at the bottom I honestly don’t think that is the reason why my phone stopped working.

Zack is great at what he does and is willing to help people get the right phone for them.

Unfortunately this establishment over charges for basic repairs on electronics and has terrible customer service. Also, they try to offer you the least amount of money for buying almost excellent condition electronics. I would not recommend doing business with them at all.

The mute/ring switch on the left side of my Apple XS Max would not stay on the ring side of the switch. The end result was my phone was always on silent. The phone was only five months old and covered under Apple’s warranty.I first went to Verizon, my cell service provider, for assistance with my problem. Verizon told me that the phone was not covered under the warranty and because I had not purchased insurance on my phone my only option would be to get an upgrade.I then went to a cell repair shop. They told me they could repair the switch for $150. They reminded me that once the repair was made the warranty on my phone would be void.My next stop was an authorized Apple repair shop. The gentleman at the shop told me they would have to mail it to Apple and I would be without a phone for at least five days. He then warned that in all likelihood Apple would not honor the warranty contending that the phone was damagedI finally went to Wireless Depot. Zak looked at the phone and saw no evidence of damage. He was confident that Apple would honor the warranty. I told him I was going to Pittsburgh for the weekend, so he encouraged me to call Apple Care and schedule an apt at one of the three Apple retail stores in the area. I scheduled an appt for the next day. Zak also told me that in the unlikely event Apple denied coverage under the warranty, he would fix the switch for $100.At the Apple store, I was immediately greeted by a technician. She took a few minutes to try and remove any debris that might have been impeding the switch. When she was unable to repair the phone on the spot, she swapped me out a brand new phone. She also told me that should the phone break again outside of the warranty period, Apple would replace it for $600, or half the price for a new one.I am eternally grateful to the fellas at Wireless Depot. They were honest, helpful, and obviously knew what they were talking about. These guys understand the value of good customer service.

My phone’s charging port stopped working. Sprint told me to come to Wireless Depot for help. They were able to fix my phone and help me get set back up. Zach was very patient with me and I greatly appreciate his help and Jordan’s help, as well. I will be back.

They were fast, friendly and very helpful. The customer service was professional. Any issues I had were promptly taken care of. Phone service is great too!

Wireless depot has made to sure fix any iPhone I’ve brought in and answered all questions about their services. Jordan and Zach are both great people that are willing to help on and off the clock. I won’t go anywhere else now that i have found this wonderful place of business. I recommend to every one that is on the hunt for anything technology wise.

Got a good deal on my phone upgrade and the accessories for it. Large selection of phones and cases. They do repair to which I havent used personally but watched while I was in there and the guy seemed knowledgeable and upfront. Definitely check em out.

Excellent service. There actually turned out to be a problem with the replacement of my phones screen. When the problem couldnt be fixed, instead of debating over whose fault it was, they switched me into a new replacement phone at no extra charge. Good experience.

Word on the street this is not a fact they was taking too many cell phones that possibly was stolen they couldnt keep track of things and they shut down I dont know if thats true or not. They can fix a lot of issues though. It’s for people that don’t have insurance. That’s my opinion. Not a phone store like boost etc.

Two employees work here. The smaller guy is great super helpful polite respectful and super knowledgable of his job . Larger man, well yes he has some knowledge is assume since smaller guy hired him but as for me all five times Ive been there he is loud least helpful and alot of his responses to customers including myself is very abrasive, rude and somewhat obnoxious. Not to mention he locked up my I pad forever and it being his fault 98% his and 2% mine for letting him work on my equipment in the first place, and all he had to say was well Im sorry thats how it goes sometimes when I missunderstood you. Dude learn this, when in doubt ask again. Comprende. You cost me 200 bucks and just sent me right out the door empty handed and with mother but a broken tablet and arrogant fake goodbye. So if anyone goes there make ure the small brown haired guy works on you stuff he is great at his job

Exceptional service and price

I purchased two iPhone 7 Plus phones there and the employees there was very helpful and seemed to know what they were doing, they did more then they had to to help set up are new phones and they setup everything on the phones, when we walked out are phone were up and running with no problems... we will buy from them again.
