Juan at the Sam Rittenberg store by TJ Maxx was awesome!! We came to get a replacement SIM card for my boyfriends phone today and he handled it quickly with absolute care and he has a awesome aurora and personality. Definitely go see him. And give him a raise! Lol. We will definitely request him when we go back 😊

Wow!!! My experience at this location was beyond amazing! First of all, I was spotted by an associate and taken cared of in a matter of seconds of walking in the door. Even though Diana was a newly trained employee, she answered every single one of my questions, and for those questions she didnt know the answer to, she asked her manager. She helped me understand my options clearly and I was able to make a decision of becoming a customer almost immediately. Because they was able to use my phone, which was a BIG determining factor for me. Plus, they were able to get me started for the best price possible. Before coming to cricket, I shopped around at two other phone stores. One store said that they wouldnt be able to use my own phone and it would be $110 to get started with a new phone with them. The other place agreed to use my phone, but it would have been $104 to get started. Cricket was the only one offering reasonable prices because I was able to keep my own phone, buy a new sim card, pay an activation fee AND the first month bill, all for just $75. I LOVE THEM! Not to mention Diane and her co worker, Aleah was so professional, friendly and accommodating. Great customer service, great products and great prices. You cant get no better than that! I truly wish I could leave them more stars because they rocked it today!!!! #ayterrell

Awful experience. Be careful from this store.Visited the store 03-22-2021 in afternoon. 1st she got my id when in prepaid no company wants id. Suspected scam from here Than she forced me to buy unlimited plan when I refused as my mom doesnt need that plan, the lady got rude with me, than she denied to give me the plan of $30 ( when cricket website willing to ship me the sim card and plan to my house) (may be the lady is not getting much in this plan). Than she charged me $25 for activation and $20 for sim card plus the plan price $40. Man altogether $75 and tried to make me fool. ( a regular customer). She is literally rude and never willing to sell the plan. Please be careful. Hopefully she will not misuse my id. Finally I got verizon card for $35 for 2 months. If you are big fan of cricket try buy from its website not from this store atleast. Definitely not recommend this store. But cricket yes its a good company. Just try to avoid this store and save your money. Worst Worst Worst experience ever from this store. Suggestion, Please be respectful with customers, the reason happy customers make a good company.

Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is a great place to go for quality wireless service at a really good price and value. The staff here is very knowledgeable and professional and is able to help you with just about any wireless and phone need you may have. I have had a really good experience every time I have been to this location.

Cricket service is good not great. Had service for 10 months. Disappointed in quality of the Nokia C-5 endi and the Nokia 3. One phone work for 8 months and one phone quit working after 23 days.

This place is simply amazing! I went in to activate a new line of service on an unlocked phone the sales rep wanted so bad to sell me a $10 Sim card adapter after I explained to him I did not need it because I have the same adapter is yours at my office he refused to activate my service because he said he had no way to test the phone before I left. I tried to explain to him that if it did not work without phone I would just have to go out and buy a phone that it would work with all I wanted was the service set up.Still for some reason this guy could not understand that so after being frustrated I left I went across the street to Best Buy and bought a cricket wireless bring your own device Sim card went back to my office activated my phone all the while circumventing the $25 activation fee that he wanted to charge me

Worst store ever ban my mom from the store when she was out side the store not out side the manager screwed uw djdp her phone now shes going to Verizon oh and they called the cops on her

This place is staffed by lazy people who will flat out lie to your face to avoid working or upsale things to you that you dont need. If you have elderly parents or grandparents dont let them go into this store. They will be taken advantage of. Do yourself a favor, buy your phones online, pay online. Pay your parents bills for them online. Do not give this store business. The management must encourage this behavior because between two locations and numerous employees the same nonsense has gone on for years.
