Justin was very helpful. I informed him that I didnt want my phone bill to increase to much and I just wanted to upgrade to iPhone 12 but he informed me about the trade in deal. He was able to order the iPhone 13 for me which was a better deal monthly. The were short staffed but the manger explained that to me and offered to make an appointment for me if I wasnt able to wait and I appreciate that as well. My wait wasnt hardly as long as he projected. That store is my favorite store to visit anytime I have an issues or wanting to upgrade.

We had been having a difficult time trying to place our order online due to being away from our usual residence. We went into the AT&T store and John helped us right away. He recommended certain things which turned out to be perfect and assisted us with loading all of the information from our old phones on the new. He gave us helpful tips about how to sync the watch that I already owned. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend it

To be honest I was really on the fence about switching to AT&T but the knowledge and overall customer service that Johnny provided me was simply outstanding . Without Johnny’s help, I would still be using this cracked track phone from the dollar general on Johns Island. Tough to find true genuine people that care more about the customer than the commission they’re making off them.

Chris the store manager of this location truly cares about all AT&T customers! I was having issues with my TV and Internet service since November. I had been on countless calls with customer service and chat conversations. I reached out to my local store as you can understand I was left really with no where else to turn. My account was charged a fee of over $100.00 and I was promised a refund that NEVER came..When I called Chris and told him about what happened he really cared about my frustration, and did all he could to help me. He was patient and companionate. He spent quit sometime on my account and was finally able to resolve the issue and was finally able to apply my internet account with the credit I have be waiting on over 2 months!! Thank you Chris keep up the good work. You are making a difference!

I have no idea why this store has so many positive reviews. My girlfriend and I went on a Sunday afternoon because I wanted to switch to AT&T from a competitor. We figured it wouldn’t be so busy. There appeared to be at least 3-4 associates assisting people when we walked in, and not a single one of them greeted us or even let us know they’d be assisting us shortly. We browsed around the store for at least 20-25 minutes and not a single “Hello, we’ll be right with you,” or any kind of acknowledgment that we even existed. I myself work in the customer service industry and would NEVER treat a potential customer like this. I finally gave up and walked out of the store shaking my head. I will take my business somewhere else.

John is incredibly helpful, professional and kind. He helped us switch lines with no problems. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of ATT and made us feel very confident in switching over. I later had to go back for additional help and watch a lady be extremely rude and disrespectful to John for simply doing his job. During that time John never lost his composure and was just trying to be helpful and for that I respect John even more. A+ employee!!

As a current Verizon customer I went into the store to find out what my options were. The individual I worked with, Jared, immediately caught my attention with his level of customer service by greeting me at the door and welcoming me into the store. I spent a decent amount of time with Jared but not so much that it took away from the rest of my day. He looked over what my current plans and installments look like with my current carrier and he built me several quotes for what my plan would look like with AT&T. I feel like he was really looking out for me, giving me real advice and not just trying to sell me something. Jared was able to give me a quote showing that I could actually even have more lines on my account than I currently do and still pay less than when Im currently paying. The absolute only reason I did not Do business with him is just because of my out-of-pocket costs to my current carrier. However, if you are looking for an honest and reputable person to do business with, Jared is your guy. He made me feel comfortable, went over all the fees and little tidbits that usually get overlooked, wasnt an aggressive salesman but just seemed honestly and genuinely care about making sure that I got the best value that I could get. You better believe that I will visit again in the future.

I have been a loyal customer of AT&T for over a decade. They have always been on point with everything from getting the newest Galaxy phone to bill adjustments or adding a new line. Even helping my older family members set up their phones. On March 8th I went to the actual brick and mortar store to get a new phone bc my current one had just ceased to take a charge bc it was just beat up. Well Mister David provided incredible customer service 👏 in process of helping me find the best value in my price range even going so far as to working his magic in helping me do a work around to get a new 5G phone which is just about perfect game wise and phone wise as well. I am tech savvy but Mister Davids knowledge and customer service skills were perfect. I am a Level 6 Local Guide for Google Maps and really wanted to give Mister David the credit he is due. I am a 4th generation Charlestonian and love ny city so much that I feel it is my duty to clue visitors and locals alike in to what spots to bless with their patronage. Bottom line for anything phone related Mister David is THE MAN

I went in to the store with my friend who needed a new phone with no intentions of purchasing anything myself. I was a Verizon customer for years and with the help of Tyler, I decided it was a no brainer to switch carriers and upgrade my phone and internet! Tyler was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, personable and not pushy at all having my best interest in mind. Explained how the switch would benefit me, rather than just benefitting him and the business. He gave me his business card in case I had any questions (which I did) and he was still willing to help me. Highly recommend AT&T and go see Tyler if you are ever in need of any assistance!

Had a problem on a Sunday that the store could not complete fixing due to the account not updating due to the weekend, no problem at all. Came back on a Monday with all of the confirmations and information from customer service and the person I worked with could not be bothered to help at all. After it was very clear he was only going to be rude and condescending, I went to another location in town where they actually helped fix the issue. Will forever dive the extra few miles to not go back here for any issue that I have.

I have been impressed with all of the help I have received from here over the years as they have been able to solve just about any situation or issue that I bring their way. I absolutely cannot express how much I loathe having to deal with AT&T, both this location and over the phone. Every time you go in, the information changes and they seem to have no idea what you are talking about when you reference a past explanation you were given. The experience always starts out pleasant enough but usually ends with the customer frustrated that they are being screwed over once again. Today was just the final straw which is making me write this review. When I purchased my new phone, I purchased a screen protector. It was the AT&T brand and I asked what I needed to do for the life time warranty. I was told that it would reflect on my account, it didn’t need to be registered, so just come in and we will replace it. Pretty soon the protector started to flake and chip and after it finally cracked I decided to bring it in to be replaced. I’m then told I have to pay for a replacement or have a new one sent if it was registered online. Of course this is completely contradictory to what I was told when I bought it. The box was thrown away by an employee when I bought the phone and the protector so I have absolutely nothing to go by to register it. At this point it’s not even the small price of a replacement that frustrates me, but the continual lack of consistency in what is communicated to the customer. We always have to double check our bill because things are constantly being changed without our consent. Packages we have for life have been removed only for someone to have to go back and fix it after hours on the phone after denying they ever did anything wrong. And god help you if you have to call because it will take 5+ transfers and 2+ hours on hold before you ever get to someone who MIGHT be able to help you. Then when you finally get to someone, they always put you on hold and then hang up, starting the process all over again. It is times like this I question why we ever left Verizon.

After initially thinking that I had an excellent experience, I discovered that I was lied to about how much my new plan and phone would cost monthly ($30 more than promised), was billed an extra two months for the device I turned in, and when I was told I would be refunded an amount to make that right, only received a little more than half the promised credit. IN SHORT, DONT BELIEVE A THING YOU ARE TOLD AT THIS STORE. GET IT IN WRITING, AND READ IT. DONT SIGN ANYTHING ELECTRONICALLY. INSIST THEY PRINT IT OUT AND PROVIDE YOU A COPY. They are laughing at their customers all the way to the bank - at your expense.

Staff is everything and John T was awesome!! He answered my questions even when I thought I knew the answer he was never condescending or rude, more helpful and pleasant. I have had service for about 10 years now with AT&T and am happy most of the time. Let’s be honest nobody’s happy 100% of the time we all have problems. But I was with another company for about 15 years and left them because of the customer support. I do admit sometimes I call and when I cannot understand the person on the other end because of the accent is so heavy that frustrates me that’s not the company that’s who they employ the company is awesome. I highly recommend AT&T you can get a cheaper plan but you’re not gonna get a better company in my opinion I’m a happy customer

Jared was amazing. I was having trouble getting my content switched to my new phone (iphone to Samsung, it was more complicated than I expected to get everything transferred). I had been trying for a week to no avail, despite online chats and phone calls to customer service. I was frustrated and annoyed and Jared took the time not only to figure out how to fix the problem but also to talk to me and make me feel better about the situation. Hes unbelievably good at what he does. I cant thank him enough for the way he handled everything, while also helping other customers :)

This was a great experience for me because my phone went south on me unexpectedly and I was not from Charleston but had seen the store on prior visit. My phone could not give me location or number, it was pretty much dead. The associate, Brashad was able to get my contacts and pictures and it was not easy. He had to go beyond normal to get them. I knew almost no numbers and would have had to build all thise cintacts again. It took him a while but he showed no lack of patience. I think he was supposed to be off and he was late doing so for at least and hour. I cannot thank him enough. He wasgreat and deserve a raise. Thank you young man!

Very nice professional looking facility unfortunately the employees inside need to learn a little bit better customer service skills. I stood in the store for 10 minutes and was not acknowledged. There is no sign in area there is not a receptionist taking information or giving ETA‘s. You just stand there and hope someone looks in your direction and speaks. I was passed by two different employees of the store and not a one even made eye contact. A simple hello we’ll be with you shortly would have been suffice.

The best customer service from any Carrier Store I have been to. I cannot remember their names but everyone there was so helpful and knowledgeable. My phone had been locked to another carrier and it had taken longer than anticipated to remove their service. While I was in the store they offered me a few options as I was going out of the state the next day. They gave me their SIM card to take with me and told me to keep trying over the next few days. One day after my visit the SIM worked perfectly. They set me up with a super economical prepaid plan that is perfect for my needs. I am so glad I switched to AT&T!

Service “beyond the call of duty” from Kyle! We had been trying to discontinue Data Connect service on an old iPad which we haven’t used in 7-8 years but have been paying $30/month all these years. We have multiple AT&T accounts and had tried multiple times online and calling customer service but no one at AT&T tried hard enough to resolve the situation. Was close to cancelling ALL of our AT&T/U-verse accounts ($500+/month) because it was ridiculous no one could/would help. Thanks again to Kyle at the AT&T store on Savannah Highway in Charleston.

The worst experience I have ever had with a internet provider. I called to set up internet 3 weeks ago and was told it would be installed in 3 days. I have been given the run around by everyone I have talked to. They have left open wires on our house, and claimed it was fixed...then they told me they could come back out in a week to try and fixe the problem so they could install internet I another few days.At one point a costumer service rep hung up on me when I was asking a question about what is happening.

ATT has no fiber optic service where our new office is located. The salesperson talked us into a nighthawk hot spot with cell phones. I dont know how we fell for this, except that we were desperate to get the office up and running. Of course, we could not run an office on a hot spot with one bar. We returned everything and was assured that our account would be credited.Our account was not credited. Four phone calls later (hours spent on hold and talking to people who said it was resolved when it wasnt) and many threatening letters, we found out that the store never recorded restocking our equipment. Got that resolved. Then they had some imaginary charges they tacked on.I am now one hour and 40 minutes into another call with ATT. Help!

Wait times are always long at this store. You have one representative that just stands waiting to check people in, but when there are four customers waiting and no one has walked in for 15 minutes, you’d think they would help out. This is my go to Att store, the staff is normally appreciative and knowledgeable. The new store manager, a lady of strong constitution (did not say her name) manages the “walk ins” after waiting for 25 minutes she accommodated 3 Caucasian gentlemen who walked in after me and after the lady who came behind me.When confronted she was not polite nor offered to amend.The 3 people pushed aside were African American.I don’t like to point out these differences, but 3 in a row was a bit much to ignore.Very disappointed.

This store is the worst, they advertise for phones they dont have in stock, I went in here today and all 3 phones i wanted to buy were out of stock. They also have signs up saying no deposit for signing up which is also a lie. Stay away.
