Amy was extremely helpful and kind! We walked into the store having issues with 2 of our phones and she solved the issues very quickly! She was very understanding and polite when we were explaining what happened with the phones although it was very confusing. She set up my new SIM card. This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had with Boost Mobile, all thanks to Amy!!
It was during the afternoon I visited this store and that is the wrong time to go because the traffic is horrible on US 17 during this time. As I walked inside the door, I noticed how dirty the windows was and made me hesitant about touching anything else in this store. The associate that was working at the time was really helpful in explaining how everything work at Boost Mobile. She explained that their $50 plan automatically came with 15gb of hotspot, which other carries charge $60 a month to enjoy this feature. While it was great to know that, I must admit that my main concern was activating a phone that I already owned and unfortunately they could not use my phone to do it. Therefore, I did not go with them, bit if I ever needed a new phone, I think I would go with this plan.
Employee was smoking, seemed furious, screamed Maam at me over my question like a detention officer would, and then again and again. I just backed out before finishing my sentence about the phone, no one deserves to be spoken to that way, ever. You have someone abusive at the store Boost told me to visit.
Devon was extremely helpful over the phone! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and helped me decide which options would work best for me without making me feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I will be choosing to get my WiFi through y’all bc of his wonderful service. You now have a loyal customer! Thanks Devon 😁
I visited boost mobile last week with my sister and I must say we received the best customer service we’ve ever had! The employee Danielle was so sweet she took her time with my sister answered questions, gave great suggestions, and did more than we asked. The boss was very nice. Great great customer service!
I had an amazing experience the gentleman there was very honest about my old phones performance details and the new phones performance details as well as battery life and Camera functions extremely knowledgeable and honest I didnt get the phone I wanted there but he did have me go to a different location and have my phone put on hold only wish I had the capability to give that boy a sale
Needed to get a new SIM card for my phone for the new Enhanced Network and this location on Savanah Hwy in West Ashley was open until 8 pm on the 4th of July! Good customer service, quick and easy!
Danielle was great to work with. Friendly, helpful, and great customer service. The owner was just as pleasant to talk to. I highly recommended them!

Extremely poor customer service. I have been a boost mobile customer for over 9 years and I will soon be changing providers. What good is a phone company that cant help you when you have issues with your phone? We purchased a SIM Card in store with Danielle that did not work with our phone after we were at home and called customer service to activate. So we called Danielle back and she said that it should work and she would check into it and call us back. She never called. We talked multiple times on the phone with customer service and they said the SIM wouldnt work. So we went back to the store a few days later and the manger was there. His body language told us that he would have rather been anywhere but at his job. He told us they could not return our money for the SIM card because it should work. They have no idea why it doesnt work, maybe we should call customer service..... So since Danielle was present we asked her what she was able to find out for us, since she told us she would check into it. She lied and said she never told us she would call us back and that it is tax season, so she is really busy. The manager than told us that they have no idea if the SIM cards are going to work when they sell them, they just do what the company tells them and the company will not give us a refund for our SIM Card that is not compatible with our phone. He DID NOT try to help us solve the problem. He DID NOT offer to talk to customer service. He DID NOT apologize for selling us a faulty product. He DID NOT care that we were frustrated and unsure about what we should do. We walked about of the store extremely disappointed in Boost Mobile and absolute lack of customer service and knowledge of their products.
