Get this straight. Emmanuel is the glue of this store. I have been going there for years and he’s been the only thing that’s been consistent with this store.Over the years there’s been multiple different store managers and I hope that they can find someone who fits the position properly. Although if word on the street around town is true then it’s because of who they have as the district manager is the cause of this experience.Only time I’ve had a good experience here is when I have worked with Emmanuel. I’d recommend requesting him. Otherwise you are better off going to the Russel Cellular store on Lincoln.

All I wanted was a hot spot. Its like 200 down n 100 a Month.Felt like I was not important. Everyone was talking to each other and the sole attention was not given to me. I think she was trying to sell me a package deal. Thats not what I came in for. Anyways I got my hot spot. But. Not very impressed with the customer service.

Ashlyn was wonderful! They were incredibly patient and informative, and helped me set up an account for the first time and choose a phone that suited me!

I was nervous about transferring all the information from my old phone to my new phone. Alex was understanding and put me at ease. She demonstrated that she was capable of executing the transfer and set up thoroughly. She explained the differences between the two phones and answered all my questions. She definitely earned a 5 star rating.

Whitney was great. I had a complicated issue with my Verizon lines and she figured out how to solve the problem. She explained everything to me and took time to find a solution that I was happy with. I ended up buying a new tablet and upgrading my phone. Very pleased. Thanks

I went in to pay for a phone I had ordered. She typed for 20 minutes and kept saying that is wierd I left because I had other things that needed doing. Now my current phone doesnt work

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been waiting to pay my bill for almost 45 minutes while the employees all joke and laugh, and act like we are not here standing in line. One of the employees is sitting here flirting with a girl and has not said anything about phones nor Verizon for almost 30 minutes. This is ridiculous.
