I literally wish 0 stars was a thing. My fiancé and I got a phone plan through Verizon. We were told our phone bill would be like $260 ish. We get our phones everything is fine UNTIL we get our first phone bill which just so happens to be $400+. My fiancé calls and they say they’ll fix the issue whatever. A day goes by, a week, another month, we still owe $400+ PLUS an additional $260 for the correct bill. The problem was never solved, they didn’t even make an effort to try and fix it. I understand that there’s taxes and everything but the first months payment in EVERYTHING said it’s only going to be $260. Save your time and your money and go through another provider.

Todd in the Charleston Wv Town Center Mall was amazing. He was very professional and friendly. My Mom has service with a different carrier and bought a new phone. I brought it in to Verizon to have the clear glass protector put on it. He was so helpful with that and also took the extra time to go over my account to see if he can help make sure I had the best service and plan for my family. I am ALWAYS so pleased with the service I get from Verizon. I have been with the company for 13 years.

The other VZW authorized dealers in the Charleston vicinity were crowded and at one particular store the sales reps werent wearing masks which is a mandate by the Governor of WV. This store was cleaned after each guest and everyone was wearing masks. The customer service was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We left the one store where mask compliance by the agents was only at 25%. When the one rep indicated to another she needed to mask, she ignored the rep although she was working with an elderly couple. Good customer service and the mask compliance mandate are not rocket science. If you want a safe and superior experience, head to the Town Center store.

My in store experience was fine . But I am in happy with the price of my phone bill after being a customer for so long. I see people come in and sign up as new customers and get unlimited everything for half of what I pay so I will be changing companies very soon .

I have been using an IPhone 5, which probably shouldnt have been functional by now, but I was apprehensive about upgrading, afraid I would lose valuable things in the transfer. My worries were unfounded! Hannah was able to allay my fears, provided me with lots of very good information...understandable to even a Luddite such as I, and was incredibly patient...both in explaining things to me AND in working with my sometimes recalcitrant IPhone....which will be unusable by the end of the year. Her co-worker John, who helped me when Hannah was at lunch on the second day I needed to come in, was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both Hannah and John inspired trust and confidence, making a semi-traumatic transaction truly enjoyable.

I go out of my way to visit this store. I don’t particularly enjoy going to the town center but I will always visit this Verizon store over all others. The GM and her employees are the most helpful, friendly, and pleasant to work with. They put up with all of my dumb dad jokes and snarky comments with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend everyone to do their shopping here for all of their mobile needs.

Ordered IPhone Pro. Received notification with tracking information. Received a call that phone arrived and an email with confirmation that it was delivered. Drove an hour to Charleston Town Center to pick it up and they had sold it. The guy said they wouldn’t have done that, they called us because one came in but not ours. So I showed him the tracking info showing our phone delivery confirmation. He said he didn’t know what happened because he doesn’t usually work there. I told him what happened is they sold my phone. He repeated he didn’t know because he works at store in parkersville and was just filling in.I’m not sure if I’m more angry that they sold my phone and I wasted a trip which is an hour each way or because he took no responsibility on the stores behalf. Just SAY what happened, take responsibility and only give me one thing to be mad about instead of making it a toss up!Now I have to decide where I will take my business, because it won’t be there. Thanks guy who doesn’t work at that store.

Staff was respectful and did their best to help, although Verizon Customer Service disconnected the call. Issue left unresolved. The tech did tell me I would get a greater discount for my Veteran status than my current state employee discount. Would have been nice to know that when I signed up with them years ago! Of course, theyre not going to back date it OR pay the $5.00 parking ticket I got because my meter ran out waiting for them to resolve the problem.

Phone didnt work in certain ways and they didnt figure out; my sister did! I like their mobile data access so why its 4 stars however the abilities to solve connection issues or use of capabilities,is give it a 2 star rating. Didnt ask the right questions you determine what I was trying to do and why it would not work. Cell companies could figure it out but people dont report things, get others to fix or give up when lay people can not figure out.

Im one of those weird people that take forever to upgrade old phones because Im super impatient and I dont really like dealing with upsales and the in-store experience. However, Ryan N was so awesome when I was there last week that I wanted to write this review. I told him what phone I was thinking about and he kindly asked me how I planned on using it. He then made a recommendation. He didnt take me to the most expensive phone for an upsale and he didnt automatically try to give me something cheap -- he listened and was awesome. The process was fast and easy. If I trusted every salesperson as much as Ryan Id visit brick-and-mortar locations more often.

Horrible! I was sold a deal that was not actually authorized and ended up getting charged double what was expected. The manager, Ashley, was supposed to make an attempt at rectifying the situation and never bothered. This team is not only not knowledgeable about their own products but has zero integrity.

My experience has been nothing less of infuriating. Do not do business here. Their sole intention is to rip you off and to pull as much money as possible from your unsuspecting hands. I had to upgrade from my current device and went to the new Pixel 2 XL. I am very satisfied with the device (i.e. Google), but the accessories Verizon sells are PURE GARBAGE, SPECIFICALLY the PureGear screen protectors. DO NOT PURCHASE ONE. $50 for a screen protector that falls off your phone from a 2 foot fall the following day isnt worth any one persons penny or time. I called the next day and was told to contact the company, did so and was charged for a replacement THAT WASNT EVEN IN STOCK and has been backordered (was informed through email a week after payment had already been sent). Also, Verizon has an accessory return policy that specifically excludes these screen protectors and wont even swap one out (even in my case). So now my phone is unprotected for who knows how long (until PureGear gets their act together) and Verizon literally told me to deal with the hand that Ive been dealt. Horrific customer service and an even more horrific way to run a business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I know Ill certianly think twice about which cell phone provider Ill be taking my business to next time.

Rude and didnt know how to reinsert sim card into tray. Sim cards were located in the bottom of a pin holder. Charged $20 service fee for fumbling with sim and porting a number for a total of 5 minutes. All A wireless stores follow same practices
