We were greeted immediately even though the associate was very busy. He had great multi tasking skills. Very impressed. We picked up our order of golf cart batteries, turned in the old ones and was in and out in less than 30 minutes although there were multiple customers in the store at the same time.

I needed a bulb for my antique floor length. They had it. I needed a specific uncommon battery for my watch. They had it. They were out of stock on an item. I had a really, really bad experience. A customer should not feel like they lose when doing business. I definitely did. I had called twice before inquiring about cost and STILL got wrong information. Then I was given a refund that did NOT equal the total amount charged. I am so disappointed. Never going back.

I have never been a patient person but to have to wait in a store staffed with at least 3 or 4 people...it is unacceptable to be forced to wait over 30 mins to deal with one person as the rest walk the the store. Ironically in a field where I would expect to see men be very dominant in..it is funny to see that a woman(Sable) was the one who I found to be knowledgeable, friendly and sympathetic toward all the customers who were forced to wait because the other guys in the store decided not to work. I would never go back to this store. My visit was not my best experience and I hope they do something with their lazy staff

Fixed 2 ipad screens and did a good job

I had a remote car starter that was broken but still had the computer part attached. I left this store with a brand new remote car starter and battery within a few minutes. The staff was very polite and courteous. I highly recommend this store

Batteries Plus in West Ashley, Charleston, SC. Excellent service. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had my cell phone screen replaced in 45 minutes. Ill be a customer for life. ThanksUPDATE...After using my iphone for about a week, it started ghost dialing. Ended up going to Apple Store. They said second party installed screens sometimes do not work with an iphone...so Apple worked with me to replace the phone rather than charge me for installing another screen.

The Batteries Plus Bulbs location in West Ashley is a great place for all things batteries and electronic repair. If you need some answers or help on electronics they are a good response to check out as the staff here is very knowledgeable and patient with you.It is good to get important electronics functional again when they are not working and they have come to the rescue on more than one occasion. I have been impressed with their level of customer service that they have provided and it is good to know that there is a consistent place to go when you need electronics assistance.

I dropped off an old car charger battery. They took it no questions for free. I didnt know they had that service. I would recommend and will be returning.

Count me in as a customer for life. I spoke with James on the phone who very quickly identified an odd sized replacement battery for my generator, took my card over the phone, and then offered to bring it out to the car so I didnt have to unload the kids. Not all heros wear capes.

Great place if you need a key fob or a key fob program or a copy of your car key made. Plus the workers know everything about phones, batteries, bulbs and key fobs.Dont pay crazy money at your auto dealer shop...They will fix your broken, cracked screen on your cell phone for approximately $100 give or take. And they do it pretty fast as well. I went and got a key fob for my Outback. It didnt come with one. Look for a coupon and your local junk mail. I saved about $25 for half-priced key fob programming. 😁

Your store employee Andre couldn’t take a few seconds to close the door on the car he doing a diagnostic on or perhaps step out long enough for me to enter the parking space. He pretty ignores me until I tapped the horn and then I just barely squeezed by. I had some choice sailor word I shared with his coworker and I was moments away from just asking for a refund. I’m in the middle of a battle with the VA so my patience is thin so when employees are not attentive to customers well, I’m an angry man. I believe I will skip the next few purchases.

If you are looking to get you phone screen replaced, AVOID BATTERIES PLUS AT ALL COST. I would give 0 stars if I could. They replaced the screen on my Samsung 8 phone. Within 24 hours after the replacement, I saw a crack on the new screen. I took my phone back to Batteries Plus and made them aware of this issue. I explained that the phone was placed in an otter phone case with a screen protector, but within 24 hours of the replacement, I noticed a crack on the new screen. THE MANAGER ACCUSED ME OF DAMAGING THE PHONE AFTER THE NEW REPLACEMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS. I was also told that it was NOT COVER UNDER THE WARRANTY. The manager offered to fix the screen again at a discounted price. So basically, I was offered to spend more money to fix a defective screen that was provided by Batteries Plus. I spent over $250 to have the original screens (front and back) replaced and I refuse to spend any more money with this company. The screen that they provided was defective and no effort was made to replace the defective screen or provide any type of refund. Not even with the screen being under warranty. There are better phone repair shops in the area, so stay away from Batteries Plus.

Great place to find specialized bulbs & batteries that are not junk. Everything has proven to be good quality & lasted much longer than I ever expected them to! I wish I could support them with more business. But the store brand batteries just last too long to be a constant repeat customer.

Im very pleased with the service I received here when I needed to replace the battery on my KLR 650. Their site pointed me directly to the different options that would work for my bike and after placing the online order for store pickup, the store called to verify it was the right battery before activating it. We decided it would be best for me to bring my old battery in (just to make sure) before activating it, and while it was the correct battery size, I decided to go with a slightly higher-end, maintenance free model which Im very happy with.

I bobbled an online order for boat batteries, getting both the store location and the battery size wrong.Flynn got my mess straightened, though he had to send me to the N. Charleston store for the size it turned out I needed. Up there, Carson was also very helpful.The next day I ordered a battery for my Mercedes, online, for pickup at the W. Ashley location. No other local discount store stocks that particular battery, as far as I could determine on the web, and the Batteries Plus Bulbs unit was reasonable and an exact match, aside from labeling. I was helped again by Flynn, who decided he could install it (for free) even though it was buried under the floor below the passenger seat. He connected a device to the diagnostic port to maintain memory for radio presets, nav. preferences, etc. and had to spend a good 40 minutes swapping the batteries.I am very satisfied with Flynns work, and with the patience and courtesy I received in both locations.Dan O.

This store took 2 days to replace my screen and ended up leaving the phone unrepairable for life. They offered no refund either which has ended up costing me over $600 all in to get back to a working phone. There are better places around town. This place is a scam!! Avoid at all costs.

Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Replacing glass screen on my Galaxy S9+ took only 90 minutes. They charged about $40 less than other places I called.Matt told me to bring it back if any of the functions did not work and they would make it good. I do not consider it their fault that these screens replacements cost $300.It generally takes almost a year before Samsung makes replacement glass available for its newest models. That is to say I broke this screen the 1st month I had it--at this time last year and they just got the screens in last month. BUY INSURANCE! Even though insurance at $12 a month will end up costing you $288 on your 2 year plan track to pay off your $835 Galaxy S9 plus or S10 It will be $12 a month for peace of mind rather than having to come up with $300 when you break the glass and all the hassle to go without your phone while it is being arranged to be fixed, fixed, and picked up.

Only place I could find with a car battery with a full 4 year warranty. Auto parts stores had 3 year max. Service was excellent. Matt installed my battery in about 10 minutes and I was on my way. I would recommend highly.

You need a battery? What kind? They dont need to check twice, if it isnt in the building, theyll send out for either a nearby store to bring it by, or get it dropped straight from space. At least, Im pretty sure its from space— they come in quickly. No need to check any other place for anything you might ever need to give your gadgets custom-made or rebuilt cells.Rad stuff.

Remarkably professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. They were willing to look at an issue I was experiencing after a screen replacement even without a warranty. They even ran some tests to diagnose the issue.

My iPhone 6s LCD was done for! I didn’t know if it was the screen or the phone itself. I set an appointment online and promptly they put me in the queue when I arrived. I was walking in 90 mins later and James handed my phone over with a beautiful clean new screen. Pleasant experience. Wait times can get up to seven minutes or so but it’s not bad. Honestly I didn’t mind waiting at all. Especially to find out my phone is fixed and I don’t have to replace it!Will return here for all future mishaps.

My phone charge port wasn’t working, I brought it in they took a look at it turned out to be full of debris. They cleaned it out free of charge. Excellent customer service.

The bald guy with the glasses was a creep, he tried to charge me to open my own keyless remote to check the battery when i knew how to open it myself and knew the battery was dead. He tried to over charge me for a simple battery and get me to join some club for extra fees, like i go through batteries like that. I denied everything and got the battery myself for less then $5 behind the counter. He tried to scam so call gullible people like he is doing an up sell, be careful everyone if you go here better be knowledgeable about the battery you need so you can save time and money.

Fast friendly service

My 86 year old grandmother had her phone battery replaced and the battery they put in exploded destroying her phone that had minor cosmetic scratches on the edges and offered to replace the back screen and battery again for her and they said they wouldnt do a refund. She had to go out and buy a whole new phone so she could have a way to get in touch with family and they wont just refund her money??
