These people did excellent work on my car,They replaced my rear drivers seat tire for an incredibly reasonable price and got my battery working when the AAA Car Care Center right around the corner told me that it was dead and I had to buy a new one from them. I take solace knowing that I can trust these Mechanics at the very least.Three words: Trustworthy, Fast, and Reasonable.

I called about 4 tires that they said they had. I asked them what time do you close? They said 7pm. I get my car towed there at 5:30pm and they tell me services end at 5pm. Also I cant leave the car there to have the tries put on in the morning. So I kindly left and posted this.

Went this morning to have two tires put on. We waited over 3 hours. Had my three small children with me. After about two hours or so, we went to check on our car, and they hadnt even started it. Mumbled something about how they were waiting for the tires. When actually, they were checked in by an associate shortly after their arrival, confirmed by Rose the auto center manager. We saw several others that walked in later leave before us. When I asked to speak to a manager (twice) and she finally showed, she looked down at the receipt and mumbled oh she only been here two hours- turned around and walked away. Her name is Regina. She did not even have the professionalism to look at me, or hear my concern. The time-stamped receipt is not accurate of the time we waited and all we went through. The cameras will show everything. Very disappointed. Please dont waste your time, go somewhere else. Even if it costs a bit more, its worth it.

Waited three and half hours. Their “time stamped receipts” did not reflect the total time we waited which was three and a half hours. Had my three small kids with me and they did NOT set an expectation. We saw several people get done in front of us. Rose the Automotive Manager was not helpful and Regina the store manager wouldn’t even look at me when I voiced my concern. I’m sure it’s all on camera. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I bought two tires from Walmart.com and i asked for installation and tire balancing services! They only replace one tire saying they cannot remove the other one, i should look for another car shop! Walmart Auto Care Center.

Dona Hayward at the counter and Ralph Cooper the manager were both very accommodating and friendly. They made sure the experience there was a good one! I would recommend this facility. It was quick, friendly and efficient. Also good value for money! 👍

All the staff was likable. They were polite, answered all my questions, and had a happy attitude. However, for my oil change, I was there for one hour and 45 minutes. I didn’t think there are many cars in front of me, but maybe I missed them? Regardless, it seems like it took a very long time.

Closed the auto shop early with my car inside and didn’t tell me, I came back at 530 after all my calls were ignored and they said they closed the shop early due to not having enough employees. They said they left a message but did not. I need my car for work, I dropped it off at noon, now it will take them over 24 hours to change 2 tires. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and I can’t believe you run a business like this.

Tina was extremely patient and helpful. Service was well explained and exactly as described ahead of time. I Experienced Tina and two gentlemen in the service area who took care of my vehicle. All were so very kind, knowledgeable, and super lovely!!! I will absolutely use this service center again, if need be, in the future.

I got a set of new tires, bought and installed literally in 20 minutes. Thats just crazy, I didnt know it was possible! Apparently it took the team 16 minutes and 30 seconds to switch out my old tires for the new set. I am still blown away. Plus, the price was great and the whole department was friendly and helpful.

Never take your vehicle to any Walmart tire and lube. I used to manage one years ago i had only had 1 or 2 techs that were dependable. This place doesnt have quality techs or greeters at counter. 3 hours before closing and they wont except any more work no matter how small the job. Its always we are short staffed today.ALWAYS. THERE IS NO DRIVE FOR EXCELLENTS HERE OUT THERE ABSOLUTELY NONE.

I dont know who is answering the calls, but this lady, as soon as she answered the phone put me on hold. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes. So while I was on hold, I decided to call again. She answered with an attitude and asked me for the size of the tire I wanted. As I was telling her, I guess she couldnt hear me, and started yelling at me to tell her the number ... Talking to me like she was my mom. I never been so disrespected before in my LIFE. I immediately hung up after that. She was super rude and nasty.

Only good thing is that I happened to find two tires I needed on clearance. The price was unheard of for two new tires. As for service, it was sub par. Had an extremely long wait. I asked about having my battery checked, but when I learned I would have to wait for them to fully charge it ( I was on my way out of town and in a hurry), I told them not to worry about it. An hour goes by and I inquire to see if the car is ready and I am told I am waiting on my battery to charge to be checked. Also when I went to pay the guy helping me was clueless. I told him I wanted to pay part cash and put the rest on my debit. The guy went to take my debit first and I told him I needed to pay part cash because my account couldnt cover the full expense with other scheduled payments I had set up. He told me I was wrong and that he needed to do the card first and I, knowing better, handed him my card. Needless to say he charged the entire amount to my card which ended up causing my account to overdraft, leaving me with multiple overdraft fees from my bank. This is just a snip it of the comedy of errors I witnessed while there. Do yourself a favor and take your auto business somewhere else. Youll save yourself time and sanity.

Car was finished for an hour and a half before I had to ask the nice lady at the desk Charity to check on it only to find that the technician had simply never bothered to report the paper work. Save yourself the trouble and dont trust the one or two good reviews up front.

After coming here at noon multiple times just to be turned away(even though they close at 5pm), we finally got them to take our car when we came in at 9am and waited 3 hours to have them tell us someone else already bought the tires we wanted. Ridiculous unprofessionalism most famously found at Walmart. I will pay extra money next time and take my business elsewhere.

We took my husbands truck in for a nail in the tire that needed to be patched. We were told that it would take four hours so we paid for a ride home while we waited. At 8pm, we never received a call about the car so we called and after a long wait, they told us that the car was ready for pick up and that customer service had the key because the auto center was closed.The auto center determined that the leak couldnt be patched and we need a brand new tire, so no fix was made. To make matters worse, the car had been reviewed at 6:30pm and no one bothered to let us know that the car was finished. They closed the auto center and never let us know that it was done, without giving us our car back, and didnt even fix anything. Were not even really upset about the lack of a patch, seeing as we just purchased the car recently and wouldnt have minded replacing all of the tires for new ones. Thankfully we know now to avoid trusting them with our cars because the lack of care in how they handled the situation leaves little faith in any other maintenance that would need to be done. Now that we know it needs a new tire, well happily purchase them from somewhere else.

If you want to waste 3 hours of your precious time, take your car here for service.I brought my car in at 8:30am for an oil change and tire rotation.THEY JUST TOOK IT BACK AT 11:20am. What ever the issue is: slow workers,short staffed, whatever the case is, DONT TAKE IN WORK YOU CANNOT DO IN A REASONABLE TIME!!!!Not only have I wasted time, but Im going to be an hour late for work.The best part is I still had to pay full price!

Awful. Please do not come here. I am currently sitting in the waiting room where I have been waiting for 2 hours. I was just in here yesterday where I waited for 3 hours to get all new tires put on. I was okay with the wait yesterday, they dont take appoinments, so I figured it would be awhile. When I left yesterday I realized there was something not right. Every time I hit my brakes or would drive in reverse, there was a very loud grinding sound coming from underneath. So, here I am back here today. I thought FOR SURE they would give me some sort of priority since I was just here yesterday, spent a substaintial amount of money, and they did something to f up my car. To put it nicely. 2 hours later.. here I sit.. my car isnt even in the garage yet. I would try to ask someone the status or to express my frustration, but there is no one at the front desk....

Incredibly disappointing. I bought my vehicle in for an oil change and to fix a slow tire leak. They put the vehicle on the lift for an hour then pulled it back into the parking lot. When I inquired, they stated they had not worked on it. I asked for my keys and they returned to me a broken FOB. I spoken with Marvin (Dept. Mgr. /agitated) and Joey (ASM / indifferent) neither of which could explain or apologize why there was no work completed on the vehicle and the FOB was broken. They handed me the pieces and left me to figure it out. Horrific customer service....beware!!

Took a tire to get repaired. Guy asked for paperwork so he could fix the tire with their tire program. Told him I didnt get the tire from Walmart. Then he said I need to by a new tire. I said a second ago you were going to fix it if I got it from Walmart. Said do you want to buy a tire. or not? . Shady shady bad attitude from the get go. This was my last straw with Walmart. UPDATE next day went to another place patched it for $20. Thanks for nothing Walmart.

Just moved to area....2 flat tires in two weeks! One got a $10 patch, 2nd flattened thru sidewall? (I didn’t see it, or how, given 4 brand new tire 1 month earlier) I let em order a replacement. Quick service! (Warning: don’t leave service area and go into store...your $10 patch will cost much more...cause you’ll buy more waiting)

Got here just after open for an oil change. Was told there were two people ahead of me and it would be 1 to 1.5 hours. Here I sit, over two hours later, still waiting. Employees are screwing around and the lines are insane at this point. My car has been done for at least 15 minutes but still nothing. I was already hesitant about Wal Mart oil changes and this seals the deal.Follow up. They did none of the ancillary services such as top off the washer fluid and vacuum AND only put 3.5 quarts of oil when the car takes 4.5.

Called and after about a minute of ringing, the phone went to the sitting room. Then back on ringing at the tire center... After just under 5 minutes, I thanked the guy in the sitting room, and said goodbye. I will try calling again. Depending on the response, I will update.

First off before I write this bad review let me say that the girl that works at the front LaShonda is a very friendly person and this has nothing to do with her. So I went to Walmart for an oil change and was told that my oil drain plug was stripping off and I need to go get a new one. They told me they did not want to risk taking my drain plug off and not being able to put it back on so I would have to get a new one first. I went to the local auto parts store and picked up the part and brought it back within 15 to 20 minutes. Upon my arrival I drop my vehicle off again and I get called back within the next 30 minutes. The manager told me that they noticed that I have the wrong part. He also said he did not want to risk breaking my bolt. He showed me the bolt and in my opinion it was not that bad. They told me it would be about 10 minutes while they did my tire rotation so I went and researched the part that I purchased. Upon conducting my research I realized that I did have the right part. I told the manager every single website I came to showed that is the right part. He still insisted that he did not want to take liability for breaking my drain plug. I then took my vehicle to the local Jiffy Lube where they told me they had no problem getting the bolt off and they did admit it was a little stripped but not to the point Wal-Mart made it seem. To top all that off when I was almost finished with my oil change another customer I saw at Walmart was coming in saying that Walmart would not change his oil either.
