Had a car battery needing replacement with lots of corrosion on the positive terminal. Larry took extra time to clean off all the corrosion on my battery terminal and did not charge extra for the installation. A few months later, Larry took time out of his day to help me diagnose an electrical leak in my vehicle that was draining the battery when vehicle was not driven for several days.
