Never had good experience with this Toyota part department, last time they charged me over $1000 for some thing not even related it. this time, with the same issue, the track off, vsc, Nd check engine light coming back again. Brought it back to the Toyota part department,couple hours later called by the service maneger and said need to replace the canister total cast $1400. I decided not to fixed the problem. Later I search online what cause those lights, one of them is fuel cap old/ not tight up. then I realized that I was not even tight the cap after I pump the gas at that night. Then I bring to another manchanic, they said there is no need to replace the charcoal canister, it just looked old.
