The service rep/writer, Bryant did a great job taking care of my needs. He was very accommodating and was able to get my truck in for services and out the same day without making an appointment in advance. Pohanka should hire more service personnel like Bryant.
From the time I pulled into the Service drive, my experience was great. I was greeted immediately by a representative named Devon. He was great at making me feel comfortable, and like was actually appreciated for being there.I have been to 2 other Chevrolet dealers in the area for service because they were so close to where I lived and they did not provide quality service.It was very nice to feel like they were happy to have me as a customer at Pohanka Chevrolet. Devon did an exceptionally great job at keeping me informed and comfortable.I will definitely be returning to them for all of my future service needs and when it’s time to get a new vehicle Pohanka has my business. My daughter leased an Acura from them and has had the same wonderful experience that I did and that’s what made me go to Pohanka for service.
First of all I was impressed that I was seen immediately since I didn’t have an appointment. The service area and waiting lounge was very clean and comfortable.Bryant was outstanding with his cheerful voice and welcoming demeanor. I noticed he was very attentive to all his customers. He kept me informed of what was being done and didn’t pressure me about other issues that were noticed.I really felt that I could trust him so l’ll be back in two weeks to get the recommendations he suggested done.The cashier was very friendly and helped me apply the correct coupon.All in all, this dealership ranks #1 in my book.
Had a major fuel leak on my cobalt - brought it in and Art the service manager was great. Got the repair covered under an extended warranty and made himself available the entire time my car was in the shop.Kept me updated with what was going on. The shop guys did an amazing job on the repair as well. Shout out to Jack the mechanic.All in all great service. Super timely - they took my car on the spot.Also everyone was really friendly which goes a long way with me.Hopefully I don’t need to use them again for a repair - but if I do their the best choice for Chevy.
I had the pleasure to work with Mike at Pohanka Chevrolet and had the best experience! I had seen a used Challenger that they were selling online, and decided to go see it in person. From the time that I stepped foot onto the lot, to driving off in the Challenger, I received the best customer service that Ive ever experienced at a dealership. They were very accommodating and did everything they could to make sure I left happy! Mike was so easy to talk to and did everything in his power to make it a good experience, and even checked to make sure it drove home fine!
Service Rep Bryant was awesome. When I first walked into the service bay he got right up out of his seat and met me with a hand shake. I told him my issue he quickly started my repair process. My vehicle was left at the dealership and Bryant keep me informed of each step of the process. I highly recommend using Bryant as your service rep.

All in all a great experience. Nate was very courteous and explained everything that was needed for my Avalanche.The only two issues that I had was the Lyft took some time arriving and the verbiage on the initial quote should’ve been written differently. It stated that I didn’t want the problem fixed when in fact I actually did (words have meaning) One of the items needed was on back order; luckily I was able to find a local exhaust shot to fix 1/2 problems and was able to get the GM part installed the next day by Pohanka.
I have had to use your service center two times so far. Both experiences were great. Bryant was such a nice man. Great customer service and got my car back to me in under the time he had originally though. Thank you so much and see you in a few months!!
Worked with Bryant on getting major service on my wifes 2013 Tahoe. Bryant went the extra mile in making sure my wife and I were satisfied with our service visit and made sure the service was done quickly and correctly.In my future visits I will make sure to always request Bryant as my technical rep.
Bought a used car about 2 weeks ago from here and the engine malfunctioned in the middle of the road. Only Steve Hoggles, the sales manager, was helpful and kind. The other managers do not care for you and are just greedy for your money.

During this time, when chip shortages caused low vehicle inventories, Andrew Brunt, salesman, was extremely helpful by constantly keeping me informed of any vehicles that were inbound for their dealership and especially the make and model I was looking for. Without his help, my search for the perfect vehicle would have taken longer. Once purchased, Andrew followed up with me to see how like the vehicle and if I had and questions. I dealt with Bryant and he was the best! Ive been to this dealership service department often and always happy to come here. Bryant was professional and helped me every step along the way. He even called my extended warranty number and dealt with the agent to see if what work needed done would be covered. He also communicated everything all the way and was great to work with! Service has always been extremely simple and fast to get taken care of here at this location of compared to some other Chevy dealerships in the area. Only issues I’ve had here was awhile back I brought my car in for a coolant flush & ever since, it left this weird brown/rusty colored powder all over my engine bay. This was a couple years back, obviously way past the time to even care about it anymore but I’ve had a couple small encounters here & there that raised my eyebrows a bit but overall the crew is awesome and the service manager is an absolute professional. Built like Bill Goldberg in the 90’s.

I mean it when I say the worst customer service is at the Rosenthal Chevrolet Service and the Ourisman Chevrolet Buick GMC of Alexandria Service. I had visited both dealerships on two different occasions(different dates) and I was never greeted by any of the service reps or advisors. Regardless, I walked out of the car and in to the service dept. at Rosenthal Chevrolet Service. I told the rep assisting me that I have an issue with my engine, it struggles while in drive and going uphill it makes a rattling noise. The representative advised I leave my car in order for them to run a diagnostic, once diagnostics was done they could tell me what would need to be done. When Rosenthal Chevrolet Service finished it diagnostics, they stated that the car had an issue with the engine mount, and needed a new one alongside a new exhaust system. And thats what was causing the issue/noise driving uphill. They suggested if I would like they could start working on it immediately. I had work that day so I said I would prefer to bring it in another day. As anyone should and would do I wanted another opinion, so I decided to take it to the Ourisman Chevrolet Buick GMC of Alexandria. Once I arrived at the service department, I also was not greeted at the service bay at this dealership. After about 5-7 minutes I walked out of my car and to one of the reps. The rep; Jeff Johnson, rudely turned me away by saying Stay in your car until someone comes to you. Taken back I walked to another rep Emilee McGregor, who quickly assisted me after seeing how, the advisor Jeff Johnson treated a longtime loyal customer. She stated that I would need to leave the vehicle due to the wait on vehicles being serviced. An advisor came to assist her and noticed that the vehicle would not be able to be looked at until another 2 days or so. I was already frustrated with the way I was treated, so I told the Emilee I would have to go else where. I went back to Rosenthal Chevrolet Service because unlike Ourisman Chevrolet Buick GMC of Alexandria, despite not being greeted at the service bays, at least I was not wrongfully treated at their service dept. The rep advised that unfortunately due to the results of the previous diagnostics they know what the issue is. He also stated that they would be happy to run another diagnostic test but I would have to pay out of pocket. Frustrated at the lack of customer assistance and disregard of customer loyalty, I decided I had to go to another dealership. Off to CHANTILLY.When I arrived at Pohanka Chevrolet in Chantilly, honestly, I FELT welcomed. As soon as the garage doors of the service bay opened up, one of the reps assisted me by guiding my vehicle in the right direction to park. Once I parked, the rep who greeted me asked if I could kindly wait until the service advisor would walk up to assist me. Not even 30 seconds after that conversation, the service advisor/super hero Bryant Burrill walks right up to the window. After hearing my negative experience at the other Chevrolet dealerships, Bryant Burrill assured me that they would get to the bottom of the issue and I need not worry. He asked me to leave the car with his service department to have a diagnostics run. The next afternoon I received a call from Bryant stating that there was an issue with the transmission and that the gear was slipping from 1st gear to 2nd gear to 3rd gear, thats what causing the noise and also the reason why it is struggling to move uphill. He said he could order parts in and have his transmissions guy work on it and finish it within 3 days of parts delivery. In exactly two days of parts arrival I get a call from Bryant saying my car is done and is ready for pick up. I cannot begin to explain the gratitude and the support I have for Bryant. My car felt, smelled, and looked brand new when I picked it up. If I could leave Bryant 10 stars for his customer service I would. Hes awesome and one of the many reasons Chevrolet stays great in this industry. Stay positive and a million thanks from me and mine!

As always, Pohanka welcomed me for an oil change, fluid check, and my annual safety and emissions inspection with no appointment. I got checked in right away and was able to watch Wimbledon on ESPN in the waiting room (per request). Service was completed in a timely manner, my coupon was accepted, and my final bill was very reasonable. All service was offered with a smile, and I was back on the road in no time. I have been here several times and although I work with a different person in the service department every time, the process is always easy and seamless. There are other Chevy dealerships closer to my home but I will drive here for their excellent customer service!

Informed alignment would take an hour and half prior to arrival. An hour and 20 minutes after dropping the vehicle off for service I was informed that one of brake caliper is seized and if I wanted to continue with the service. Then it took 2 and half hour or more to complete the service. When service was complete, copy of alignment report was not left in the vehicle as it always should so I had to ask for it.
Service was prompt and the agent was helpful. However, the water wash and vacuum was not complete and was superficial. Is it because it was complimentary? Not sure.Other mechanical adjustments were done very professionally. Good job!!!
All I can say is Wowwww!!!! My experience was at Pohanka Chevrolet in Chantilly was phenomenal!! I found the truck on Wednesday and sent an inquiry about the vehicle that night. The next day, David (a pure sweetheart) called me Thursday at 9:07am answering my inquiry. All I can say, that’s when the process started and David had taken great care of me. Lastly, the finance manager Hunter had taken great care of me too! He worked the numbers to get exactly what I wanted with no hesitation. Overall, this dealership will go above and beyond to help you and make sure you walk out a happy and smiling customer 😄 A customer for life!!
My Air Conditioning went out on the hottest day, I called Pohanka and spoke to Art in the service department and brought my truck into him. Art handled the situation with speed, accuracy and professionalism. He called my warranty company and got the repair covered. My recommendation to Pohanka is keep Art on board hes good at what he does Thank you Art
Great Dealership! Awesome… Awesome Service Department!!!!! I took my car in for service on a Saturday. I ended up waiting there for a few hours. Bryant kept me updated as much as possible. Even though he was busy, his customer service is excellent! I also notice Hubert, he’s the customer service man I first see there. He greets you and asks you to pull forward the car if needed. I watched Hubert worked is pants off. He always smiled and has such fast pace energy. I actually enjoyed watching him work! Truthfully, all the service representatives work well. I’ve been to another dealership for my daughter’s car (horrible service) but this dealership service is did a great, great job. I recommend 10 star rating for the service crew at Pohanka Chevrolet.P.S….. Yes, I did buy my 2021 Tahoe (last year) from Pohanka Chevy and Yes, I do live 1.5 hours away! If I have a problem, they fix it. Got a good deal for a Tahoe and I love it. It normally takes bout 1 to 1.5 hours for oil change, liquids topped off, and to see if there are any manufacturers notifications. Love this place. Go here, even though there is one 3 miles from house.

Took our vehicle for several service points - oil change, VA inspection, & nail in front right tire.Our service consultant, Bryant Burrill, was very good. After the initial inspection of the vehicle, he came to let me know about the punctured tire and additionally, the right rear tire, also had a nail/bolt in the sidewall. Obviously, both tires were unrepairable. However, I did purchase the extended tire warranty at the time of buying my Equinox from Pohanka Chevrolet. After filing the tire claim with the insurance provider, he was able to replace the tires at no cost to me. I also took his recommendation of tire rotation, wheel alignment, and replacing both the cabin and engine filters. The wait was worth the results.
Not the cheapest but always efficient and trustworthy. Work is top notch. But I believe in you get what you pay for. Never been disappointed. Plus during COVID the pick up and drop off was an invaluable service. Highly recommend.

I have my 2006 Impala SS and my Equinox Serviced Regularly at Pohanka Chevrolet. The Service Department Hours are extremely convenient for me especially with my work schedule and personal commitments. During the Weekdays they are open until 11pm. The Staff is friendly; communicate with you directly during your Vehicle’s Service. Pricing is Very Good especially with their Special Offerings. If you do encounter a problem, my experience has been the Management will work with you in correcting any issues. I have enjoyed my relationship with the Service Department as a customer. I recommend giving the Service Department a try … I have had great success and am pleased with the Service Repairs on my Vehicles.
Been here a few times now with a C8. Bryant and Art are fantastic. 10/10. Both kept me in the loop. When I went with a different advisor there was one issue where a wrong part was ordered. Art took over and it was resolved.I think they really need to keep the corvettes inside overnight to keep them away from the elements.Text/email from GM doesnt really work apparently. But phone works great with Art and text works great with Bryant. As long as they are proactive like they were then either way is good.

Pohanka Chevrolet allows customers to bring in their cars and trucks anytime. They don’t have appointments. It was very easy and convenient to drive my truck in when it was best for me. They worked on a warranty repair and even though it was a holiday weekend, they were still able to get it back a day earlier than first promised. I had a great experience.
Booked service for an oil change. Bryant Burrill assisted me and noticed 2 recalls that were outstanding. We added that to the service requests and tire rotation. Bryant made sure I was transported home and back to Pohanka once the service was complete.The service team without being asked, recalibrated TPMS and performed my state inspection which was due. This was fantastic and going the extra mile!

I had been working with Jason for a few months as I wasnt in a rush to purchase, but he did a great job of sending me updates on inventory and kept an eye for the specific trim that I wanted. New Vehicle Purchase: I bought my 2021 Traverse back in Feb 2021. On the first visit, I walked out after receiving such a low offer on my trade. However, after a couple of days, the dealership reached out and offered a fair price for my trade. The pricing on the 2021 Traverse was a good deal for the area. I give four stars to the service I receive in the initial purchase of the vehicle.First visit to service: Since I had purchased my vehicle in the evening, on a timeline, and I live a reasonable distance away, I returned to get the vehicle protection applied to my car. I was told this would take no longer than 30mins. Well, at the 75min mark, I kept bothering the service team. I could tell they were frustrated as well. After another 15mins my vehicle was done. Or was it? Other than a vehicle wash that I could tell had been completed, I saw no signs or smells of a protection package. Based on this visit, 1 star. The second visit was for an oil change that is offered with new vehicle purchases. On this visit, I had no complaints and would give the service team five stars.Sales/Parts/Management Team: About a week after my first service visit to get the protection package applied, I noticed I had a white and yellow sticky spot in the driver door jam. I reached to my salesperson, and we figured out through text what sticker I was missing. After a month or so, the salesperson did not respond any longer. After a couple of months, I reached out to the parts department. They had no orders in my name. They said it could be under the sales team, and it would take a bit to locate. At this time, I emailed the sales managers and the GM. I received a call from the internet sales manager. She said she would take care of it. I am now over seven months since purchasing my new vehicle, and they are still unable to replace it. Today, I reached out again. She told me they could not get the sticker. I reached out to GM to open a case. I provided a follow-up text to the manager, and no response. I also notice a lot of reviews have responses from the management team. However, the post from 4 months ago has no response....ZERO starsLeaving my overall review at two stars for Pohanka Chevrolet
Absolutely Horrible Experience.I went to the service department on April 13 2021 and specifically told the service person that I came in for the free in warranty 10,000 mile service. He said no problem it would only take approx. one (1) hour.He asked if I also wanted the free car wash and vacuum which comes as a courtesy. I initially told him yes. I went to customer waiting area. Im very particular about my vehicle, so while in the waiting area, I changed my mind about the car wash and vacuum. I told the service guy that I did not want the car washed or vacuumed and he said that was no problem, he would make sure there was no car wash or vacuum. I also told him that when I stop the car, place it in park and turn off the ignition the car gives a message that it still needs to be shifted to park. The service guy makes a note and later returns saying it is a common problem with Chevrolet vehicles and they will have to order a new gear shifter.Finally, my vehicle is ready so they call me to the counter. The price for the free in warranty service that I requested is now approx. $88.00. Of course I request to speak with the manager and he adjust the price to $0.00.They also attempted to wash the car but it was very poorly done, even after I request for the car not to be washed or vacuumed. When I got home (my mistake for not thoroughly inspecting my vehicle while at the dealership) I notice that the paint is chipped in several places on the hood of the car. Because one of the paint chips is on the front edge of the hood, Im not sure if this was done when they were changing the oil and possible raised the car too high on the lift with the hood open and hit something or if this was done during the car wash. I now have to call the dealership and show them the new chips on the black paint that go all the way down to the metal on the car.How can something seemingly so simple turn into such a fiasco? This is Totally Ridiculous!

19 July 2021 - I was traveling through the area on a trip from the Midwest when I had some indicators activate and my car had trouble starting. I called multiple Chevy dealers in the area and even went into one of their service shops. None took the time to take a quick look to help me out. At one I couldnt even get help to start my car (2019 Malibu Premier). I called Pohanka and the service team said they would find time to help me out. They squeezed my diagnostic into their schedule, found it was a bad battery under warranty, replaced it for free with a new warranty on the parts and labor, and sent me on my way. Keep in mind it was already after 6pm when they saw me. Their team was awesome and they have a great waiting area with wifi, power, and drinks for those that have to wait. Thanks a ton to Adam L. and the service team.
I don’t, as a rule, like car dealerships. Everything is an angle and everyone is creatively telling a version of the ‘truth’. However if we must buy cars this way Pohanka, in my experience, is was a much better experience.
My saleman, SCOTT MOORE, was extremely helpful and friendly. Scott managed to make the purchase a breeze and a pleasure.He was very responsive from the initial phone call, a video tour of the vehicle, cell phone calls, email exchanges and throughout the in-person buying experience.Scott addressed every concern or question and was focused on helping the customer, not selling the customer. TL;DR: I got an excellent vehicle at a fair price.I work night shift. Tuesday night I sent this dealership a message through cars.com saying that I was interested in a vehicle they had. A little after 9 on Wednesday morning I got a call saying the vehicle was in stock. The salesman, Caleb, told me hed have the car ready for a test drive and that hed meet me out front. He was as good as his word on every front. The dealership tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff that I didnt feel I needed, but thats how they make money.
Mike Waters Did a great job of helping us by our By our new used Subaru from Pohanka Chevrolet he had the car ready and clean for us to drive knew about the features of the car and helped us with the paperwork all in all a good experience!
This is the first time we have bought a new truck, also first time buying without test driving and trading in two vehicles! Got there the guy had us waiting after repeat calls. Then the guy tried to tell me the push button witch was missing on car that the car didn’t come with witch even in car details said was there and was just missing then after sales when showed him he says well I’m not too familiar with Mercedes. But friendly environment and car was clean that’s why 2 stars. Then they don’t communicate cause i still get calls about the car…

Very satisfied. While I was getting some other work done on the SUV the Pohanka service team found a leak from the oil filter that was just replaced by another shop during an oil change and called it to my attention. They agreed to correct the problem for me at minimal cost. I am very appreciative of their excellent service.
The work was done efficiently, effectively and in good time. The service rep, Nathan, was attentive and kept me informed. (Also, what I prefer with Pohanka - unlike some other dealerships - is that there was not an attempt to up-sell me on services that werent due or not necessary.) The only criticism - and a small one - is that there seemed to be a delay in getting the vehicle back after I was told the work was complete and it was in the wash. Nathan, to his credit, noticed I was waiting and retrieved the vehicle himself. This is not the first time Ive had a hiccup in getting the vehicle after the wash. Overall, though, well done.
Too bad as always! wait three hours most of the time for only oil change, chevy do not have coffee to offer for customers nothing to eat etc. dont tell me its because of the Covid!! ...Two weeks ago I took my wife car to the INFINITI workshop in Chantilly for oil change and they had everything coffe, tea,snacks etc, a nice place to wait for the vehicle, only take(90)minutes for oil change...if every time I take my vehicle to the Chevrolet shop they take 3 to 4 hours they should worry more about the customers service. This is a more decent place to wait for your car, dont you think ?... after all the money I spend on this kind of business, a more decent place to wait, this is Infinity Chantilly pictures

I brought in my 2020 Equinox for a standard oil change & tire rotation. I also noted that my usb port in the front dash was not working properly. The service took a lot longer than I expected, but I know they were short-handed that day. Additionally, no one came to talk to me about the USB port issue and I drove off thinking it was fixed. It was not. I looked at the very bottom of the paperwork and the tech wrote that it was MY issue with my cord. Ive tried six different USB cords and it just doesnt work. Im disappointed that this was not addressed with me before I drove away.

It went smoothly. I knew what I wanted and was able to get the price I needed. I will say after driving off the lot I left with a lot of questions with all what my traverse had to offer. Brian my sales person didn’t go through any of the bells and whistles. I went back the next day and Stephen, was wonderful and went over everything. I love my new car. Terry, who processed all the paperwork was very informative and professional. Overall my experience was great. I just wish Brian would have gone over the entire and what the traverse has because there is so much!
