I can’t speak highly enough of Chantilly Repair Center. Omar and Z and their staff are highly professional, skilled, and most importantly operate with integrity. They have always been honest and fair; they have never tried to upsell or push on me an unneeded service. I trust them completely. Highly recommend them!

My entire family trusts no one more than Z & Omar. We’ve taken our vehicles to this shop for 10+ years and have never been disappointed. My car has been in multiple accidents, one of which bent the entire back frame, but the guys did an amazing job at repairing my car to where she still runs like new. They have taught me the importance of being diligent with bringing my car in for routine services and the results are always rewarding. Z and Omar are masters of their craft and their humbleness, honesty, ability to educate, and willingness to provide quality, affordable service is truly one of a kind. I recommend Chantilly Repair Center Express to anyone who wants their car to run for a lifetime!

Zia always takes are the whats needed in a reasonable price and, in quick turn around. In addition, he gives advises on how to properly maintain so that the truck can last longer. I have been sending my cars to his shop for about 7 years, starting when Omar was in the shop. Example: Omar sent someone to my rescue when I locked my key inside the truck without charging a penny. They told me nothing was wrong with electric system - just need to re-program when I sent my car for electric repair, again, no charge. My nieces car needed a break light before she headed back to NYC, they got it done in 20 minutes with an reasonable charge - which was amazing, to her, it would cost at least $300 in NYC. Zia and Omar both are honest and good at what they are doing. I am glad I find a good and trustworthy service like this.

Similar to the other posts, the common theme at Chantilly Repair Center is trust. They wont try to up-sell you. In fact, they will offer options to save money. You wont pay for things that are not needed. Their prices are definitely lower than the dealer and probably lower than most reputable repair shops. Additionally if you have an issue with your car. They will find out what is wrong.

Went in to get State inspection done without prior appointment. Not only Zee (the lead mechanic) was nice enough to accommodate my request, but he was super nice to say i needed to replace wipers and one of the tail lights and asked if i could fix them on my own. I was able to fix by myself and went back the next day and got the new sticker.I have never seen anyone more honest and a better gentleman than him. The entire staff is very polite and welcoming. I recommend this place highly.

I have been going to Chantilly Repair Center for over 13 years. My main contact is Omar. I started working in Chanitlly over 13 years ago and need to find a repair shop close to work. I found Omar and started taking all our cars to him (I have 4). He is always professional and is always looking out for the customer. Since April 2019. I stopped using Omar because I stopped working in Chantilly and had bought several new cars that didnt need to be in the shop as much. I live in Vienna.Recently I had the opportunity to bring in my wifes Audi A7. Her car needed brakes which for Audi is expensive. The dealer wanted over $2000 and my local Sunoco repair shop wanted $1650. Needless to say, Omar took care of the brakes, using better parts than the Sunoco was going to use, and saved my a lot of money. He even sent someone to pick up the car from the Sunoco in Vienna.I am a customer for life.

This is, hands down, the best garage Ive ever found. The team goes out of their way to properly diagnose any problem and is honest and ethical when it comes to repairs. I first went to them for oil changes but, more recently, had a major engine issue. Z was patient when it came to explaining the issue, ethical and honest in making sure the problem was fully repaired, and provided me next steps to ensure proper maintenance going forward. They do a phenomenal job of balancing quality repairs with budget in mind. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

Honest mechanic with reasonable prices. Chantilly Repair Center conducted a thorough vehicle pre-purchase inspection and diagnosed several issues with the car that I wouldnt have looked for or found. Would highly recommend him for automobile service as well. The waiting area was very upscaled and comfortable. Something you dont usually find at a mechanic shop. This is one mechanic shop you can trust!

This shop is everything and more. Omar does wonderful work and is, above all, HONEST. He knew every single one of his customers by name, and that spoke volumes to me. Being new to the area, I wanted a second opinion on my failed inspection, and was also looking for a new home shop. I saved a good chunk of change on the repair, and Omar was kind enough to let me watch his team work on the car. I cant imagine going anywhere else for repairs to my vehicle, and Ive already told my roommates to come to this shop - youll get fair and honest work at a great price, and a friendly atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere.

Trustworthy, honest mechanics can be hard to find - so many will tell you they need to fix something just so they can get more on the bill. Omar and his team are nothing like that: theyre efficient, likely to do something for free just because it was easy to fix, and treat every customer who comes in like family. If I am anywhere within a 200 mile radius, even if it has to be towed forever to get there, there is no question that any issues with my car are going to Omar to handle. The best repair center Ive ever found in all my years of driving.

Omar patiently explains from beginning to end what he and his team will do and what it will cost. Every time yes every time, we get the car back earlier then expected and the price on point (we take all our cars there). He does what he says hes going to do and doesnt tell you the usual and by the way this is broken, that is very worn down and btw its going to cost another $500. I am always confident and secure that Chantilly Repair Ctr will fix the problem the first time and at reasonable cost...cant say that about very many repair shops. Great customer service highly recommend!

Omar and Z have always been very responsive and professional. I actually found them when the Toyota place I went to get my airbag checked tried charging me $1800 just to check and see what was wrong with my airbags, but even to fix them. I called the small shop that I bought my van from and they told me about Chantilly Repair Center. I brought the van in and Omar knew right away that there was a loose wire under the drivers seat. He said that Toyota’s from that year we’re known to have this problem. He didn’t even charge me. That was about 8 years ago and I still drive all the way from Springfield because they are the only place I trust.

I was told to come for a 1 oclock appointment and then when I got there I was told that there was nobody available to take care of the service and I was told to go somewhere else. You will get straight answers to issues about your car. And you wont be charged unnecessarily. The location is not the most convenient (no shuttle service) - and I think they are understaffed (Phone access is less than ideal). And they may not specialize in every type of car . But those are minor quibbles. If you have a car problem and are tired of getting big bills form a dealer, this place might help.

My recommend for your auto repair needs in the Chantilly area of Virginia as Omar (the owner) is super nice and patient as he explains to you any mechanical issues he and his mechanics found and provides you with the recommended repair services that are very reasonably priced and necessary as oppose to some other repair shops that recommend extraneous repair service items. Chantilly Repair Center is my go-to auto repair shop!

Omar is an extremely adept mechanic, who has uncanny ability. He finished a 6 hour timing belt job in about 3 hours---with distractions! He quickly solved any missing part issues, and even gave me a drive belt for free! Furthermore, I got to watch the whole service get done, which corroborated their honest endeavors. Their free diagnostic was indispensable for getting all the necessary repairs, so that my car would be ready for a cross-country trip. Lastly, he indirectly got rid of my annoying check engine light!I would try to advise buying parts online that are ok for Omar since its way cheaper than their prices if you are on a budget. However, thats not a knock against Omars parts(his is OEM standard) which is always top quality. They were inundated with several cars that needed to be worked on, so I did feel a bit rushed.

Heres the difference between CRC and everywhere else:I had a Jeep Cherokee that idled roughly and didnt feel right when driving below a certain speed. I took it across the street to another shop at first (I wont name the shop, but theyre the ones with the big sign out front and really nice waiting room). They told me that it could be one of several things, but they wouldnt be able to diagnose it without taking everything apart and that would be I think, $199 (I dont remember exactly) diagnosis fee. I bit the bullet and had them diagnose it. They told me that the transmission needed to be replaced. For some reason, I didnt believe them. I could tell that the mechanic pegged me as somebody who was clueless on cars and he was right.Despite having already paid money to have it diagnosed, I decided to get a 2nd opinion and thats when I met Omar for the first time. He said that he was pretty busy, but if I left the car with him, he would take a look when he got a chance. The next day, he called me and said that I threw a rod in the engine and had two options. I could junk the car or replace the engine. He explained to me in detail what he did and why he came to the conclusion that he did. I called my mechanic friend who lives in CA and he confirmed that that made sense with the symptoms. I arrived at CRC to pick up my car so he could explain it to me in person again and lay out how much it would cost for an engine replacement versus junking the car. I decided that I would take it CarMax and junk it which is what Omar recommended given the age and condition of the car. When I asked him how much I owed, he had a confused look on his face and said, oh, uh theres no charge, I didnt fix anything. I insisted that I pay him something for the time spent on diagnosing the problem, he refused saying that wasnt how he conducted his business. I was blown away. Ive never come across a mechanic that basically didnt try to milk you for all they could. I also come to find out, that Omar is probably the ONLY mechanic that doesnt charge that bullshit diagnostic fee for a check engine light, since you can just go to AutoZone or Advanced Auto Parts and diagnose it for free. I remember that I got a code from the free AutoZone check engine light tester saying it was a specific fuel injector and took it to the place across the street. They STILL tried to charge me a $100+ diagnostic fee because they said it was their policy and that the ODB code scanner from AutoZone is not as reliable as their ODB code scanner. I understand that shops need to make money, but they dont have to straight up lie to you to increase their bottom line. Omar and CRC dont need to charge BS diagnostic fees because they get plenty of business from word of mouth and from being straight with the customer.3 years later, I still take my car to CRC for everything and am constantly rewarded with fairly priced honest service.

Came to Chantilly Repair Center upon a former customers recommendation. I was blown away by their customer service and their mechanic abilities. Im a car guy and a wannabe mechanic and pretty much know if a mechanic is BSing me. Took my 4Runner in because I messed up a valve cover gasket repair myself and caused a massive fuel leak in the rear of the engine (turned out the main injector line). I had the vehicle towed in the morning and the mechanic asks me if I had an appointment? I said no, it wasnt specified on the website. They proceed to tell me they cant promised me they will work on the vehicle and maybe they will repair 2 days later. I said that was fine because I didnt know about the appointment policy. We got talking and the shop admire my honesty for screwing up and informed me that appointment is needed because of the availablity of parking spaces around the shop.So 3 hours later, I get a call from Omar and gave me the rundown of whats going on and the cost. The cost was very reasonable and I said go ahead and repair. Before I hung up, I mentioned that theres another nagging oil leak near the front of the engine to have them look at it.Another 1 hours later, I get another call from Omar and gave me the run down on the the repair and cost for the oil leak near the front of the engine and the vehicle will be ready for pick up at 2pm. This is done on the SAME day! When I picked up the vehicle I hit them up on cost for replacing a timing belt for a Lexus and was provided the cost. They informed me that they only use OEM parts and dont use aftermarket. I was surprised that since this is not a very big shop, I figure they would cut cost by using aftermarket parts and charging OEM prices. I was wrong! When I returned Home, I noticed that there was an invoice for oil filter change for the 4runner and since I have to clean thing up and re-install the engine skid plate for the 4runner and I noticed the black Toyota OEM filter. Thumbs Up.My Lexus is going in today for timing belt replacement after the appointment I made when I picked up the 4Runner.

Fantasic and honest! I am not a car guy but I have a Prius and Highlander Hybrid. My first experience I took the Prius in at ~115,00 miles because it has never really been looked at and Jiffy Lube told me it needed some sort of flush. I gave it to Omar and told him to check it out and do whatever is necessary. I came back and all it needed was an oil change and the flush Jiffy Lube recommended is never done on the Prius. He told me to come back at 120,000 for the big service which I did.I then brought in the Highlander which we had just bought and the emissions/check engine light came on. He took the car and an hour or so later the problem was fixed. I picked the car up and there was no charge because I had only miscrewed the gas cap on. In kinder terms Omar said he doesnt charge for that kind of owner stupidity :) The system was cleared and I was not even charged for the labor, which is amazing in my opinion! The other day I was having problems with the Prius down in OBX (300 miles from home) so I called Omar for advice (not that he would remember me). He advised me where to take my car, NOT to tow it back home because of the extreme cost, and he asked me to tell him the codes the dealership pulls, the work they recommend, and the cost so he can tell me if it is correct/make sure I dont get ripped off. If they wouldnt do that he was willing to talk to them himself technician to technician to work through the repair. If need be he said he would ship a battery down to them for them to repair so that I could save thousands of dollars. The Lord ended up providing a way for me to tow the vehicle home to Omar with a truck we had and a UHaul trailer. What a wonderful and honest guy!
