Sams Auto Body was recommended to me through a friend and did not disappoint!! I had scratched the front bumper of my Nissan Versa on both sides and needed to get a quick, cheap fix. Sams came through in both ways. I got it fixed in a little over 24 hours and for $300! It looks like my scratches never even happened! They were excellent to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto body work in the area!

Presented them with a tricky leaking problem and they were able to find the source and fix it. Quality work at a reasonable price. Not much more that you can ask for from an establishment. Definitely recommended.

My bumper was damaged and the lady who hit it didnt want to file with the insurance because she was driving her friends car. I had an estimate from another auto body. They want more than $1000 and will take a week. I am glad I found Sams Auto Body. Sam is super nice and gave me a very reasonable price. He said his shop can do it in half a day so I dont need to get a rental car. The lady called in with her credit card and was happy with the price. I am impressed with Sams workmanship. Been there twice and need to take another car in the near future. They do great work and their rates are good. The repairs they did for me were done with care and my car was returned super clean. I did not have insurance coverage for the repairs so price was important to me. I didnt meet Sam himself, but I felt taken care of. There wasnt much communication during the week my car was there. I called the morning the work was supposed to be completed and it was done later that day.

The best body shop in the DMV area. They fixed my car at less than half the cost the insurance originally priced it for. The fix was for the back bumper and taillight, but they vacuumed and put Rain-X on my windshields without me asking and without charging me. Amazing, quality, and quick service! Great family owned shop. Reasonable prices with an interest in performing quality work. Whats even better, they delivered on time (three days) which is amazing by most auto body standards. This was for a bumper replacement, with quarter panel repair and paint work. Also, new tail light for Subaru Forester. Brought in a Toyota Corolla with front end damaged by my careless teenager and a much larger truck. Sam did exactly what he said, on cost and on schedule. Aside from having to realign a headlight, the work he/his shop did was excellent and exceeded our expectations. What other shops said would take 3+ wks, his did in 1 wk. They really did a terrific job for the price.

So glad I found this place after being rear-ended at a held sign and having my bumper messed up! Fuad arranged everything with the other insurance company and with enterprise for my rental when the car was in the shop. Fuad kept me updated the entire time and was quick to fix my car. The best part is that when I picked up my car it looked brand new with not only the bumper but they had also detailed my car for free!I can highly recommend this auto shop what a gem!

So, I drove all the way from PA to Sams Auto Body because I was referred to them by a friend of mind and I have not regretted. I got in touch with Fuad on the phone for rough estimate, and he was patience and scheduled me in the next week. He beat every other body shop price and got the job done perfectly.I highly really recommend going there.

First, got my front bumper and lip repainted through Fuad. Im very particular about my car, so i was looking for a near perfect work. I told Fuad specific directions on which part of the bumper to paint the body color and which needed to be painted black(it was easy to tell by the lines/parts of the bumper/lip). Also, I had told them to fill in the holes for where the Honda badge and license plate hold. The painters there did not speak English at all so it was Fuads job to relay my directions to them. He promised me if they dont do a perfect job, that I dont have to pay him. So when it comes to picking up the bumper/lip, I noticed that they didnt paint the lip correctly and the paint lines were very sloppy on both the bumper and lip. Fuad understood that they had messed up but the painters there, shouting in Arabic, acting like they did not do anything wrong. Fuad offered a discount of the work and i keep the bumper/lip as is but I said I would rather pay the full price and have it fixed. Fuad agreed to fix only the lip, not the bumper so i went with that. The next visit, everything was done correctly on the lip. After fully inspecting the bumper, I noticed that the bumper was not reflecting as much as the hood and fenders and Fuad told me to let the paint cure for a couple months and itll come out normal. He also added that if it did not come out good, he would fix it. So fast forward to several months, I noticed the reflection of the paint to be very blurry and the area where they filled in were not done correctly. I took it to the shop couple hours ago and since Fuad was out of town, Sam(owner) was there to talk to me. He glanced at the paint and quickly said its normal but I showed him the immense amount of orange peel and the area where it wasnt properly filled in. After that, he said Im not a millionaire, you have to pay again....No warranty! All while this was happening, the painters there was talking to each other in Arabic and sounded as if they were insulting me. Sam kept saying, No Warranty! No Warranty! No Warranty! as he was walking away.

Quick and good services. They done a nice job of my car even make It look like a new car after fixed. I am very happy and appreciate their help.

The customer service at Sams is 5-star. I took my truck to Sams because of the estimate on budget and time. I have to knock off a star and make this a 4 star review since there was paint over-spray that coated the inside of my trucks interior and the dings at the bottom of the tailgate were not fixed. I am sure they would resolve if I took back, but given this is my work truck, I could not afford the time for another appointment.

Great experience! Fuad provided me a detailed cost sheet to replace and paint my damaged car door. His estimate was $1,200 LESS than a body shop down the street that has a 5-star rating! Fuad came across much more honest than the other body shop and was pleasant and professional throughout the repair process. He ordered the door first so I didnt have to drop my car off until he was ready to work on it. He also finished the car sooner than expected and the paint matched perfectly! I highly recommend Sams Auto Body as they are skilled in auto body repair and customer service oriented.

Not only did I get a great service and my car looked brand new, but also the staff at Sams Auto went FAR & BEYOND to make sure everything was going well. They made sure I get the right quote, even if it meant extra work for them and another inspection from the insurance company. They communicated very frequently to check on my status, and to let me know what was going on. They even helped me get a rental car until my car gets fixed.I definitely recommend them, not only because theyre good at what they do, but because they also care and provide a lot of help for their clients.Probably one of the vest services Ive ever gotten in the past couple of years.

Customer service is suck, service is bad, they will told you the part they will replace for you is new which is not true everything they use is used. They lies about everything. They give me a price for some repairs I need for my car and when I did went there to pick it up one of them names hussam had a big argument with me because he denied the price he gives me at the first place and he charged me $$$ more money plus he said he found other things in my car that needs repair which is not true. However I dont recommend anyone to go there because this place is like trash for me.

They worked on my car, I had a shopping cart that was ran into my car because of the wind, it was winter and I had a deep ding and required paint, after doing the work I had a problem with the paint color and now its been 2 years and the whole side of the car is peeling off, Im saying the passenger and rear side peeling off looks like the clear coat they used is not quality paint, would not do business with them again
