I went here to have my phone repaired by KC and what a wonderful experience. My phone phone was repaired within an hours time. Ive had experience with other repair shop bad customer service you wont deal with that here what a great bunch of guys

**SCAM ALERT! Be VERY CAREFUL with this company.**This place is a SCAM. Be CAREFUL!!!I scheduled my appointment and waited for 2 hours after the scheduled time for a tech to show up. My repair was for a brand new I-Phone 7 Plus. He fixed my screen very fast. But that is where anything good STOPPED.I turned my phone on and immediately noticed that the colors and touch we not normal. The tech informed me that the phone needed to re-calibrate to the new screen and that would happen within a couple minutes. The tech then left and told me to call if the issue did not fix itself. I called 4 Days in a row with very polite and complete messages about why was going wrong. Lastly, I paid the extra money to have their screen protector put on and on day three it started peeling off on the top right corner.To this day, Dec 18, 2017 I have still not heard anything from the tech or the “company manager”. According to Apple, there is not a fix for whatever happen and if I want my phone to work properly, I must purchase a NEW PHONE.Make your own decisions, but I don’t want other people to be victimized by this company. I really hope this post helps would be customers and severely hinders any possible business to this company.**SCAM ALERT! Be VERY CAREFUL with this company.**

Horrible. I scheduled my appointment online yesterday and received a confirmation email. However they never showed up for my appointment and I called 3 times and left messages, no return call.
