I went in and right away was greeted with a smile the owner was amazing assisting with every question I had. Sometimes you walk into a place not expecting to find such a gem! I highly recommend and would suggest you visiting Fontera in Chandler Great service from a great lady!!!!!

Wish i could put no stars . Maria D is a total unprofessional nightmare. A total of 8 hours on the phone. Were moving out of state and they cancelled service 3 weeks earlier than we requested . Asked for service to be turned back on since they screwed up the date and they couldnt do it. Had to start a new account was told it would be on right away internet and tv. It was not, was told 1pm not on, told again 6pm not on. The next day not on either . They argued on the phone with each other technical support and customer service . Our service is still not on and i currently have a ton of recorded conversations and lies from these joke of people who cannot be professional at all. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE

I have never made a complaint on a company but am so aggravated with Fontera Chandler I felt compelled to do so. Contacted Fontera to inquire about other data packages. Customer service agent was supposed to call back at a specific day/time but didn’t. Tried calling back. Talked to Rosa who said he would follow up with supervisor and call back and didn’t. Talked with Maria Durazo on 6/17 who said I would receive a call back within 3-5 days and never did. If you call you will be on hold for 30 mins or longer and then they give you the runaround and won’t let you speak to a supervisor. I plan on giving reviews on every website I can find and every social media site so others will know what type of company they are dealing with before they sign up. I will be ending my service with them as soon my contract is up. I gave a rating of 1 star because there wasn’t anything lower and had to give some type of rating.

The associate dropped my NEW iPhone7 plus on the floor without a case!!! I waited 3 weeks to get in the mail and I went to activate it and he dropped my phone!! Then they activated my phone with the wrong number and the SIM card mixed up with someone else! Then he put on my glass screen protector on wrong! I spoke with the manager and he didnt seem like he care. Worst experience do NOT go here!

Maria gives terrible customer service. I have called three times this week and I have waited hours and hours for someone to pick up the phone on hold. Then when it comes the time to pay the bill they want full price for a service they did not provide. I dont know how this place stays open. Would not recommended this place to my worst enemy.

Stay AWAY from this Business This is a scam. They will take your money and rip you off.

Awful, slow, and broken is how I describe this store. I wont be coming back nor would I recommend it to anyone.
