This is the best GameStop location period. The representatives and management are very knowledgeable about the industry. Just let them know your interest and youll be taken care of.

Good customer service .. Clean and fun atmosphere

Usually very happy with this location, however on this visit I purchased a pair of slippers for my daughter which were a clearance item for $29.97 only to find out the original sticker price was still attached, so I decided to see what they cost before clearance. To my surprise the price was $29.99. Really, you clearanced an item for 2 pennies. Not happy with this at all

Very helpful staff. Told me multiple ways to save money/earn free stuff that I had never heard of.

I recommend this location its just that the staff there was just really unresponsive and ignorent

I cannot say enough good stuff about this is GameStop location. Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. You can trust them even though you dont know a lot about games as a parent thats a nice option to have.

GameStop is great, but this one in particular has a store manager that is WAY too enthusiastic. Hes nice, but hes trying way too hard. If hes there when I go in, it doesnt matter how many other people are in there, he will talk the entire time. Never a break. Constantly harassing you about upcoming games and trying to get you to put a reserve down on one. He is knowledgeable, but he needs to dial it back and just talk to people in a non-maniacal way. Not AT them constantly. I have even walked right back out before when I see hes working and have gone to the GameStop in the mall.

Bought a used dualshock 4 (black) and was surprised that left analog stick didnt work when connected. When I returned the controller the clerk didnt even bother to ask what was wrong with it. Buying used is already a risk in my opinion just wondering if they test refurbished products properly.

Feels like they are trying to force you out the door instead of helping you find what you are looking for.

The sales rep John who works here on Saturdays does not know what he is doing. I went in to check prices of headsets for xbox and he offered his opinions without my asking. Even though he was pushy and kept providing info unsolicited, I decided to follow his suggestion for a hyper x cloud core headset. He told me it had adjustable settings and it did not. He told me the product was new and it was not it had been opened and used already. He blamed everything on oh it must have been someone else when I came back only minutes later to return it after testing it. The headset was extremely quiet with no adjustable controls and he sold it as if it had built in stereo sound and would be the last headset I would need to buy. Very unsatisfied with this location and this sales person. Will not be returning to this gamestop.

I have been a long time customer but going to this location I see why the news of them closing stores makes sense... always a terrible experience sales people are rude and treat you like you are not smart and less then them in a day an age where people can spend money in a thousand of choices maybe you shouldn’t treat customers like garbage just saying

Best place EVER!! tis my second home. I love the employees. They NEVER leave u hangin, even if its super busy. Eventhe new people i see are happy as can be. Nothing better than video games and awesome new friends.

Customer service is above and beyond I will only shop at this location from now on, called 10 stores for MW and this location had it and said they would hold it for us. awesome awesome guys thank you!

The staff is friendly and love talking about the latest releases. The wait can be a bit long when someone is trading in a console or a bunch of games, but its like that at all locations.

The people are awesome, the merchandise is top notch, and above all, its a great store!

You can get good used games here, but selling your games here is usually a ripoff. One time I came here to sell a game and the staff was so arrogant and snooty, telling me I couldnt sell it because I wasnt 18. I was with an adult and I handed off the game to him so that he could sell it, and the staff was still pompous saying he couldnt sell the game because the game belonged to me. It almost seemed like the guy got some satisfaction out of telling me I couldnt sell the game. I hope he quit or was fired.

We have always shopped Gamestop, and we alway go when the are having a free Pokémon Event card for the DS. We always get as many Pokémon card codes as we ask, as it is a free and first come event. My husband went to go get the cards and he asked for 4 cards and a rude employee said Do you have the games well no as we dont carry all our DS with us and he only gave us 2. And he said come back later with the games to get more. Now I alway get the Pokémon cards for my kids and nieces, so this was very disappointed. Wont be shopping at this location.

I am 45 year old mother of two pre teens. I rode my bike with my son to purchase 2 new games. Riding our bikes over I did not have my purse with my ID. They refused to sell us the games because I did not have an ID for mature rated game.I respect the rules and policies in place to prevent minors from purchasing mature games that parents do not want their children playing, but where is the common sense in regards to exercising these policies?There is no mistaking me for an adult over 17 years old. There is a difference between having a policy in place to protect a minor and using the policy to be a jerk...it is obvious that I am a parent giving my child permission to buy a game.Where are we in this world when young sales associates cannot utilize common sense to the customers in relation to store policies?So for that my customer experience at this store is not one I enjoyed and will not be back. I will just go online and purchase my games without any requirements and say so long to a brick and morter stores giving young people jobs so they can continue to ruin my shopping experience.
