Update: after posting this review I was contacted by a manger. He was very apologetic. I was issued a full refund and a store credit. Hopefully they can complete the repair. I appreciate management taking the time to read reviews and address issues.I will never go back to any Rapid iPhone Repair store. I took in a video game console that was not charging. A part needed to be ordered so I had to put $45 down. I called the store a week later and was told my console was ready for pick up. But no repair was done, they told me I only needed a new charger. I asked about a refund over the phone since no work was done and they said they would call back. No one did so I went into the store. I was told the same thing, the technician got the console to charge and no repair was done. I explained we have 2 chargers at home and 2 other consoles that charge just fine. I asked to be shown that console would charge but was told they didn’t have the type of charger in store. At this point I was so frustrated I asked for a refund. The cashier said “I can’t give it back to you for nothing”. I was only refunded $25 for them doing literally nothing. Very disappointed as the cashier made to effort to offer a solution or to go ahead with replacing the charging port. Would give zero stars if possible.

I have used these guys on more than one occasion and for the same device many times! I have never felt overcharged or that they were maximizing their profit margins. They respond quickly, their work is A1, they are super friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them (and do often). Got water damage on my iPhone XS Max. Was stuck in the boot loop of death. Took it here at 10Am today, was done in under 30 minutes. They fixed the problem, was super cheap, and more importantly is I didnt lose the photos from the past 3 years. Backing those up as I type this.Hope I never have to visit them again, but if I do, I will do so happily. :)

I have sent several I phones and also 2 ipads. They are excellent quality screens and top service. I have also phoned up with a query and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I honestly cant recommend enough. I definitely will continue to use them.

Just your average Joe. For easy task like changing my iPhone battery. They are quick. But for change my iPad glass, not a rapid service. The glass was smashed and the back of the iPad was a little dented due to some hit. The first tech told me they might try to bend it straight to help it reshape. Next day the other tech told me that after taking down the glasses, and bent the back straight, they found the LCD also wrapped and need to replace, otherwise they can’t guarantee the glass repair. Total cost is $290 + tax. It’s almost the cost of my $300+ iPad. I asked why they didn’t give me a heads-up before or give me a notice before taking down the glass. If I was aware of this. I might just buy a new one. Later the manager was able to offer me a $50 off total. I went to the store and observe the LCD. Not quite bent as I feel, so I request to only change the glass and see how it works. So far it functions fine, but during the repair, the tech scratched the power button at side and another corner as in the photo, not to mention when he handed me back, 5-7 finger smudges still on the screen. Also when I first arrive at the store, 3 groups of customers ahead of me. One talking with the tech at front, a lady with crying boy and a daughter sitting at left corner seat. A man sit at right corner. To keep social distance and wait in line, I choose to stand besides right wall. Then another man came in and have nowhere seem to fit, he just stop right after open the door. Owner- if you think you just have few customers, keep like this and you’ll see fewer biz, otherwise please add more seats or make the store more inviting.

Genuine people! Iphone had stopped charging so took it in to try to get it fixed, he took one look and said its just dirty. Cleaned it up real quick, and it worked! No charge he said. I made an appointment to repair the broken screen on my wifes iphone repaired. When we arrived the agent was waiting to meet us, she was very polite and explained the whole process including cost of the repair. We ran a few errands and in about 90 minutes received a call that the repair was completed. Upon returning to the store the agent helped us restore all of her data. I would recommend the Geek Squad for any repair that you may need.

This place is perfect for families with Apple products. In one day I bought a new I phone screen for my 16 yr old and then made a trip back to get my 14yr old a new I phone battery. Super professional and very skilled at doing the correct repair and getting you out the in 15 minutes.

We brought in our sons iPhone for a new screen and glass for the back of the phone. We wanted it repaired so we could trade it in because of a new purchase. We were quoted $190 and about an hour wait. We decided to leave it and pick it up the following day because they looked busy. We received a call that the phone was ready. Our son picked it up and said it works and looks great. Would definitely recommend.

My iPhone 6 plus finally caved to bend-gate after 6 years and I needed to get the touch IC chip replaced. My phone battery was dead, this time instead of paying $800 upwards for a new phone, I paid $100 to have a new battery installed, it can be a risk it may not work so I went in prepared to by a new phone if it did not work out. Very pleased with the work done. I made an appointment the night before and showed up about 15 min early. I had two phones fixed for cracked screens and the work was done within the hour as promised. Time will tell as to the quality of the work. Based on my interaction and the explanations given before starting, I felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing and did not feel they were ripping me off at all. Very friendly and polite and would highly recommend others to try them out. I checked in and they installed a tempered glass screen protector on both phones for free as advertised. I hope to not see them again but if my kids crack the screens again I will be back again.

I got my 8 plus screen replaced today. The owner is very friendly and explained to me in detail on not only my screen cracked. The Led light on one spot also got damage and the sensor has not performed at the best function. I, of course, paid extra to fix Led light. Still, the price is reasonable. I chose the premium screen which cheaper than an authentic apple screen. But I am kind of regret it. The apple screen looks way better than this premium screen. Anyway, I recommend this place! Nice, Friendly, and reasonable price.

My daughter dropped her phone. I took it to Apple and they couldnt fix the screen as we didnt have the password and my daughter had not backed up her phone. Then life got busy and not knowing what to do, I did nothing. Today is her birthday so I made the repair a priority and found this shop in Professional iPhone. By chance, my iPhone 6 Plus stopped working last night. The home button broke on my phone. In one hour both phones were fixed. So fantastic! Lovely and friendly and super knowledgeable owner. I dont usually do reviews but this guy deserves it! Awesome service matches the awesome pricing. I felt he was really genuine about the repairs that need to be done on my phone. Couldve told me to replace my whole LCD part & screen which wouldve cost the 200+ I was trying to avoid from other places but he didnt. Instead he said there were minor problems with the LCD part and that he can fix it rather than replacing the whole thing in a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
