Update 5/17/2019 the check arrived with an issue date of 5/13/2019 and a postage print date for the same day. The check amount was for $77.61. A check for $77.61 was never discussed. What was discussed was ALL much higher than $77.61.Opening the check and seeing that it was for much less than what was expected was felt as a HUGE MIDDLE FINGER TO MY FACE AND THEY MADE ME WAIT A MONTH TO GET.I immediately drove to the dealership where Curtis Skousen acted like he didnt understand why I was unhappy.Shout out to Sales Manager James Cloer hearing the exchange pulled out his wallet and gave me the $21.57 (totaling $99.18 when including the check).5/15/2019 Got a voicemail from GM Mike Wasserman saying he saw my updated post and wanted to make sure they had the right address.5/14/2019 I got a response to my original review saying I should have received the check in the mail by now, if not its in todays mail.5/7/2019@3:46p: Curtis responds to the email chain:My apologies for the delay on this. I have spoken with my accounting office concerning your reimbursement and I am being told that the check has been approved and is waiting to be cut. I will make sure it gets cut and mailed out tomorrow.5/6/2019 I followed up with Service Manager Curtis Skousen, being sure GM Mike Wasserman were included, I expected to hear from you today about the status of the reimbursement. Its unfortunate I didnt get any update from you today, even though you said you would update today.5/4/2019 I followed up with Kendyl again, including Service Manager Curtis Skousen, and General Manager Mike Wasserman in the email asking them to add $35 for a late payment fee and my own pain and suffering, to the check amount making and spelling out the total out by saying, Total is $99.18+$35=$134.18.Later that day I got a response from SM Curtis Skousen. His response was: My apologies by Kendyl is no longer here at the store.I have procced your reimbursement for the device sometime ago, allow me to follow up with our accounting office on Monday to find out what the status is. I know these things normally take up to two weeks for the checks to be cut and mailed.I will give you an update on Monday afternoon after our accounting office opens.4/29/2019 I followed up with Kendyl via email to ask him to take charge over the matter. Reason being SM Curtis Skousen was failing to follow through on any of his promises of communication and the check.________________________Update:5/14/2019 still no check received as of todays mail delivery.________________________On April 16th I took my vehicle in for a routine service appointment which was prepaid for when I purchased my vehicle. When completed, and I was retrieving my keys from the employee, Kendyl, he informed me that they broke my T-Mobile SyncUp Drive by kicking it. Kendyl said theyd give me a store credit of whatever it took to fix it.T-Mobile doesnt sell the version of the SyncUp Drive that they broke. I asked if they would cover the cost of the newer model and gave them the estimate from T-Mobile (over $100) and asked them if theyd reimburse me via check. After checking with his manager, he said yes. And informed me they would just need the receipt.I made the purchase at T-Mobile the next day, April 17th. I hand delivered the bill ($99.18) to Curtis that same day. Because Kendyl said in his email said, Bring in the receipt to our Service Manager Curtis Skousen and we will reimburse you.Curtis said hed mail me the check and follow up with me on its status in a day or two. Three days ago I followed up with Kendyl via email to inform him that Ive not had any follow up from his manager, nor a check show up in the mail. Ive yet to receive any response from anyone at Subaru.Also, they broke the the port on the vehicle too. The port now wobbles and easily can come out of where it is supposed to clip into to be stationary. They didnt report to me that they broke the port, itself also. I stand hopeful that they will step up to their promises and responsibilities to me.
