I dislike giving 1-star reviews, so I am giving two stars. I wish I had read reviews before ordering a part. Please do not email the company, pick up the phone and call. When you call, be patient with argumentative customer service, and they will win or you will give in to a compromise leaning in their favor. If I had to do it again, I would not have ordered.

Absolutely terrible customer service. When you call, it’s like they don’t want to be bothered. Why even be in business at that point. I also paid for FedEx shipping and they shipped USPS. They didn’t care when I called and made multiple excuses why USPS is better and costs the exact same. They never respond to emails when you reach out. I’ll happily do business with much better company’s like JDM Ohio or H Motors. If you’re looking for parts, just read all their reviews and take your money elsewhere.

I have emailed several times regarding two items and if they are in stock and fitment. Emails were sent in 6/2018, it is now 4/2020. How the hell does this place stay in business if they dont respond to request. I was ready to spend $$ on Civic EP3 wheels.. I thought they closed, but I see the yahoo store was recently updated, so I guess they are open..? Please get better customer service!!

I’m from Ireland and warning any1 not to buy anything of (Icb motorsport). I ordered jdm dc5 window visors Of these A while ago now I paid 210$ For them and despite MATT saying I will get shipping estimates in 48 hours haven’t heard a thing Back about them since. I texted number of times and no reply back in my eyes any nearly every 1 eles who deals with them they rip customers off if I had of read the reviews befor I wouldn’t of ever placed a order with them . They do not email you back about anything they don’t send your orders they just take your moneyBUYERS BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE

Ive tried getting information about a part ill like to purchase but he ignores me? what kind of thing is that? we had convo about a part and afterwords he stop messaging me and i dont know if he can get the part or not. i keep messaging him but he rather keep people waiting. bad customer service. These guys are one of the OGs of rare honda parts and I figured itd be a good place to order some legit stuff. Placed an order using my credit card - a week later the order was still pending review. Called them up and was told that the addresses didnt match so they didnt confirm the order - well they never decided to try and contact me about the issue either and seemed content to just let it sit as a pending charge on my account - good thing I called and wound up canceling it. Lazy customer service.

Bought shift sports fender, over $600 and this things did not fit AT ALL, returned them no problem, bought a shift sport vented hood which is in my opinion easier to make to fit to perfection and when i tell you the manufacturer under cut this thing, where do i go with this? well Matt is very helpful and really stands behind their product, thoe its not his fault how the product comes out because he doesnt make it, he will always find a way to help you out. Beautiful shop too btw

Never doing business with them again I call in the morning to see if they had a lip in stock they said to call them back in 5 hours so I did and they told me they were to busy to look at it I told them can I go in and buy it they said no you cant not. I have bought 3 sets of authentic rims from them I refer alot of friends but today they let me down never know they would reject someones service

Ordered a item online, they didnt pay for proper postage, so I had to go pick up at post office and pay for additional postage. Emailed support 5 days ago and no response. Wont be doing business here again
