I have never been to a more unprofessional auto center. The people that work here are so incompetent that they can’t even answer a phone. And the work still wasn’t done properly on my car so I have to take it to another body shop again because of the level of incompetence

Was really disappointed with the fact that if i bought my tire online it doesnt give me an option to add the install and it was alot of fees to install. Wont ever buy tires online again. Not to mention it took atleast 45 min to get it once i had gotten the notification it was ready

I did oil change and battery replacement here 2 weeks ago and now my oillife is 10% and I don’t drive a lot. However, they constantly told me that I drove a lot but i know how much i drove. Here is the tip for oil change for you all in the future, remember to check your car odometer and the one on the receipt, if you see it doesn’t match, immediately return to them, don’t wait for 2 weeks later like me because they told me that i drove 5k miles in 2 weeks, which is 357 miles per day.

I showed up there 4 times!!!! to get my freaking tires installed what I ordered online already payed. First try i got 4 new tires from 2015. They were sorry and order new ones for me. 4 days later i showed up they have only one instead of 4. I left and wait for the other 3..... i got a call my tires arrived. Yay I showed up guess what? Just one tire there. I said ok please install at least 2 on the front and we replaced the rear tires when they come. One week later i showed up but they can install because of a bee swarm. Ok it happens. Next day they were not enough people and I have to wait 3 hours and there was just my car... :-O Another week later finally after 4 weeks and 5 hours waiting I got 4 new tires.Do yourself a favor. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even a oilchange takes hours.

Old lady that works Saturday with the white and colored hair at the front is always rude and dismissive. She always tries to get out of doing a service that Walmart Auto Care has always provided. Had to talk to the manager before my battery was replaced. Miserable experience

I called Walmart and spoke to a very helpful woman who found the tires I wanted and set an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived, half an hour early for my appointment, I waited in a long line then, when it was my turn, I was notified that there was no appointment in the book for me. They offered to put me in as a walk-in, but told me it would be 4-5 hours. I decided to leave the car and catch a ride to work. Why bother taking appointments if they dont intend to put them in the book?

So I drop the car off, no problem. Im quoted two hours. 3 hours later, I call, no answer. About an hour later, I call, no answer, another hour later I call 3x in a row and get someone. They say its been ready for over 2 hours and that they called me. I have no missed call and no voicemail and they never tried again.Then I go in to pick it up and stay in line for 20 mins (1 person at the counter with a line of 6-7 people) and finally its my turn. I go to sign my receipts and theyre already signed by another customer...so someone, somewhere may have been charged wrong for my services, who knows.Last time Im going there.

Seems to always be an issue. Have came on at least 2 separate occasions,if not more where I’ve been told they’re not seeing anymore cars. On other occasions when I’ve came and can actually be seen it takes hours, a whole afternoon for the oil change or tire work to be done. Time to start going elsewhere. Staff is alright.

I have taken my car to be seen by this Walmart Auto Care Center 3 times (tire rotation, low tire pressure light on and installation of 4 new tires). I have never had a problem with them. Every customer service representative has been friendly and I’ve gotten in and out in less than 2 hours, specifically with the tire installation, while the Black Friday swamp deal was going on.You can tell they get over swamped at times, and I’ve witnessed some people throw their fits, but I rather be patient and wait, and have them do the job right, then for them to rush through it, just because customers don’t have the patience.Many customers have been downright rude and have attitude towards the staff, and I still haven’t seen them get smart back; they remained calm and friendly.Take into consideration the things going on behind the scene (whether it’s issues with other cars one as a customer wouldn’t know anything about, or maybe short staffed times) and have patience, and you’ll see that they actually give good services.

Honest opinion? I arrived early in the morning for a car battery as instructed. No other cars accept one being finished. Yet, I was told AFTER I handed my key over that it would be 2 hours! Why? Because the manager disappeared and a few of their mechanics were late arriving. 2 hours for a battery!

Why isnt no stars an option? Absolute garbage customer service. Nobody at the lube desk to answer the phone so you will be transferred around until you give up. Lack of skilled/enough employees cause wait times to soar into the hours. If you appreciate good customer service and your valuable time you will not use these services.

After trying to get my tires rotated here for over three weeks only to be turned away because of too-long queues, I got up early and drove 15 miles to get here right as it opened and beat the line. Even with this, I had to wait for half an hour to have my name registered and was told it would be a two hour wait. After two hours with no call, I went back to check on the status of my car and found that it hadnt even been taken to the garage yet and was still sitting where Id parked it. They told me my car was next in the queue and so I decided to wait around a little longer. I ended up waiting for over four hours for a simple tire rotation and it wasnt until an hour later that I received a call telling me my car was ready to be picked up (at this point I was home and my car was sitting in my garage). The employees were distant and cold at best and the entire process was such an unpleasant waste of time and energy that I would rather drive into the ocean than take my car here again.

One of the worst experiences ever!!One of my tires leaked air so came here today at 7:30am. I was told that they have 5 cars before me and the wait could be as long as1 1/2hrs. My car finally got serviced after 2 1/2hrs. The problem was cause by a mistake at installation that was done at the same Walmart location. I had all 4 tires purchased and installed only two days ago. After the repair was done, I was asked to pay for the repair because I didn’t purchase the road hazard warranty. It’s ridiculous that they didn’t install it properly at first place but they were insisting to charge me. After a long argument, they ended up waiving the charge but it should’ve handled better. So.. dear Walmart, you are lucky that there “no star” in the review system.

I went to this tire center at 3:40..... They close at 6. They had 3 open bays and said they couldnt take me. They said they had a lot full of cars to work on. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes they did not come get another car...... Besides they were rude too!

I bought my car battery June 4th but was told they couldn’t take anymore cars, which was fine because it was there closing time. I came back today as soon as they opened and was told the mechanics there were not certified and could not change the battery in a Ford Focus 2016. There was only one certified mechanic there who was changing the tires on an RV which I was told it would take him 3 hours. I had to get to work so I left but when I came back an hour later the RV was gone 😑. So basically I couldn’t get the service I was owed due to someone’s laziness and I won’t be returning. Poor customer service.

I have written close to a hundred reviews and my this is my second negative review because of the headache. The general manager of this store needs to figure out the staffing issues.We went to Walmart auto on Friday night for a new tires and were told they do not have enough staff to take me and to come back. We wake up at 5am on Saturday morning and return to the auto center at 6am and were told the same thing. We do not have enough staff to take you. So twice within 24 hours they cant figure out staffing. Disappointing lack of leadership, management, and poor customer service.

My battery was still under warranty and needed to be replaced because it would not turn on unless we passed charge to it every time. We came back to this Walmart Auto Center, waited 2 hours, was told we had to buy our own tools to take out the battery ourselves (SO WE DID-MORE $$ SPENT), only to be told that all the battery needed was a recharge. No, the battery needed to be replaced. They were not helpful at all and made me waste my time and money. Will not be coming back to this Walmart Auto Center.

STOP, STOP, STOP.... Turn around!!! Let me preface this by saying Ive worked in automotive industry over a dozen years (in the past) and have plenty of knowledge and experience. Typically, I do my own services but this time but since I was faced with a busy weekend and since Walmart was relatively close to my house I opted to bring it there. I mean, come on, could they screw up an oil change?? The answer is YES, YES THEY CAN. When I was walking in I should have turned around when I saw a tech screw up backing a truck out of a bay. He clipped a lift arm, tried to power over it then got sideways in the bay. (((Oh why did I go in after seeing this))). Well, I walked in and was told there was a three and a half hour wait. No problem, I had a ride coming anyhow and like I said, I had a busy weekend at home so my truck was not needed. While waiting to get picked up I hear the same sales person tell the customer behind me that it will take two and a half hours. Hmm, did I miss something? They added a vehicle and the time went down, weird. Anyway, hours went by and I received a call informing me that I should come down to talk to them about my truck. First of all, WHAT?! My next thought was they drove it in the pit. Well, I was immediately passed to the service manager and he informed me that my truck will need to be towed. He said the oil pan stripped as they removed the drain plug and Ill need it towed to the shop that installed the plug to take care of the costs. I asked at what point does your tech stop trying to remove it if the plug is too tight? (fyi, I bought the truck 5 months ago and it never leaked a drop / 2007 Avalanche). I asked what they can do to remedy this. His response nothing, were not responsible. Its six oclock Friday evening, I now have a truck that has a stripped oil pan and Walmart accepting ZERO accountability. To sum it up, they pushed my truck out in the parking lot where I retapped the oil pan on my back in order to get it home, decide on a time and place to replace the oil pan. A $40 oil change turned into my $500 issue. Never again.

Well, this is a nice store and nice location. Only wish they would answer the phone on Saturdays. Usually just rings and rings. Maybe Walmart could hire someone to answer phones. As an owner of stock in Walmart it does bother me with the potential for lost business. But for all out there, yes, there are in the shop, just drop by.

I was there to replace one of my busted tires .They aksed me to leave the wheel there so that they can replace the tire and call me when it is ready. When I went there to pick up my wheel,they told me that they can not install the wheel back on my car. For installation I have to be in the line again. Supposedly my car has to be present there at the shop to get the wheel installed.Very poor customer service.There is always long wait time (2-3 hrs) no matter when you go there.
