My wife went in to purchase a brake and turn indicator bulb for our 2007 F-150 yesterday. The younger and shorter employee that works there insisted that it was a fuse not the bulb. Well, I can tell you that it definitely was not a fuse. The bulb was bad. The last time I checked the fuse for the left rear turn signal is the same as all of the rest of the signal indicators. How can three work and one not work if a fuse is damaged? Not only was the associate full of bad information but he was argumentative and would not sell her the bulb. Highly disappointed at the lack of professionalism and as far as Im concerned I dont believe we will be giving AutoZone any more business in the future. And disgusted by peoples attitudes and conceptions. Especially when theyre conception of a woman with an accent turns them into fools. He should be embarrassed!

Customers please ensure not to ask for discount or they will start joking behind your back to go to Walmart for batteries.That’s happens when you hire kids…I explained the situation in the survey at the receipt, hope ur customer service QA follow it up .. your employees can’t mock or laugh on your customers back . First time to this location and I had a bad experience. In a completive market, I can see no reason to ever return to this location. Parts manager got all upset and need to mansplain about how available for curbside didnt necessarily mean the part was available in the store, again and again and again... He has to educate (his actual words) all of his customers about this. It was my mistake misreading the website but I didnt need a condescending lecture. Good customer service would have been: Im sorry we dont have that part right now, a lot of customers have this issue with our website, I can order the part from our hub and have it here by X. Two stars instead of one because if you can find the part on the shelf, the store is fine.

By far the worst location out of all locations! I’ve spent a lot of money here and they sold me broken product. I asked for help and gave meAttitude. U asked for a manager cause he’s seen me there a bunch and he said we so rude and was ghetto AF and totally unprofessional. Don’t shop here! Total Scam!

Went to get battery tested. The Autozoner was very helpful. Tested the battery, gave me several suggestions, then gave me a jump so I could get back home. He was not pushy, he did not try to sell me a battery when obviously I needed one, and he did not snicker at me when giving me a jump!

I received excellent customer service from Axcel today! I brought in my car battery to get it replaced, and without having to ask he offered to take it my vehicle and bring the old one in. He also noticed that I failed to take the clamps off the battery I was returning and removed them for me and put them on my new one. Great customer service!What he didnt know was that I actually didnt go to the auto repair shop nearest me b/c last time I needed a battery for my daughters vehicle the CSR made her carry it to the car. They didnt even offer to help her.

I want to give a quick shout out to Oscar. My battery was having problems, and before doing anything he checked the warranty and found my battery was still covered. So he tested, the battery was bad and he put a new one in in no time at all. He was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and it was a great experience.

Its better to know what you need before you walk into this place. I would say try and call ahead of time to verify inventory or maybe check online. Staff isnt exactly most knowledgeable but that doesnt mean they are of no help. Get duralast gold or whatever comes with lifetime warranty. They beat OReillys on price on most parts. This place can end up looking like a DES office sometimes so be prepared to wait in line.

I felt like such an “Adult” for jump starting a car well “supervising” then headed to Autozone for a battery swap since it was still under warranty and was helped by Eric! Let me tell you he’s a Ninja at Customer Service and effectively communicating! He switched out the batteries and was detailed in communicating the process and the flow overall very nice experience!

I’ve had 2 bad experiences at the same Autozone. The first time I got a windshield washer pump for a Honda CRV 2008 they gave me a part the would not fit on my vehicle! Come to find out they can’t even order me one. Then I went back to try to find a wiring harness and instal kit for the car stereo couldn’t locate one anywhere. You were able to go to any auto parts store and get a part for a Honda I guess times have changed!

I recently ordered two cabin air filters for my roommates and my car. I was told the air filters would be in later the same day I called to check and was told the parts were in. When I return to the store to pick the parts up only one of the cabin air filters had arrived. They had no record or knowledge of II air filter I had ordered. I had to return home and get my receipt to prove I had ordered and paid for two air filters not one. The manager was nice and apologize for the mistake and reordered the air filter I need. The following day I was told the air filter had arrived I went to the store to pick it up only to have them have no record that I paid for the item already. Again I had to return home get the receipt to show I had paid for the item. I like AutoZone and have been a customer for over 20 plus years but will not be using this location again.

Hard to get help sometimes. Either busy or no one in front of store and takes awhile for them to come out front. Today plenty of employees standing around stocking shelves and helping those getting special parts but ignoring me at the front counter waiting to pay and finally they bring another customer up to ring them up instead of helping someone standing in line 15 minutes. Horrible place they dont even know anything about cars or trucks.

Went in there to pick up parts for a tune up I spent 200 dollars on parts for this project I bought spark plugs and coil insulator set Before I left I asked him are all 8 insulators in the box? His response of course yes there all in there. I go home start taking the boots off the left side and spark plugs only to find that theres only 6 of the the plug insulators in box. So now I gotta waist my time ether put it all back together drive down there come back and wait for the truck to cool off again or walk all the way to AutoZone and buy 2 more.A job that should have taken me 2 hours to do is now gonna take me half a day thanks.

Connor Crane is the best employee! Ask for him when you go in! Even while his manager was being rude to him in front of the customers, he still was super nice and helpful. I came in with a not typical battery test request... no problem. While I was waiting one fella was helping a customer cross referencing part numbers above and beyond with the fella, another guy literally walked by with a service cart to go help a customer change a battery at 9:40pm. Your basic auto parts store. Staff seems to know what theyre doing, and they have a good variety of products. Im not a motor head so I dont know how complete/extensive their inventory is, but theyve always had whatever supplies I have need (today it was fuses for a VW).

My parts were deleted from my phone number after multiple years of using this store. The lady Liz was extremely rude to my young black son and started talking spanish to the other employees afterwards. I tried using this store again 4 months after this incident with bad service again. After telling the man on the phone I couldnt hear him he put me on hold and hung up. Autozone has lost a long time customer for good.

I dont fix any cars, but my mechanic gets his parts here as they guarantee their parts and readily replaced them upon request. I do use them to dump used engine oil. The metal container for that is way in the back (5 steps from the back door). Best to go in and ask to use their cart to bring it in, or just go look for it as they are likely very busy.Last time i thought Id go to the back door, but couldnt figure out what door it was. While dumping the oil I had the chance to ask about using the back door and was told it was to be locked at all times, and it wasnt an option. FYI...

Nice place. Just the service was terrible. That guy that supposably was going to help me, did nothing at all. He only checked my car, went back inside and didnt tell me anything! Even though I even asked what was wrong! There was no one inside so he wasnt busy at all! Terrible service, seriously. My cars’s check engine light came on and immediately began to run extremely rough. I thought my car was broken. I showed up at this AutoZone, limping along, and asked them to help me figure out what was going on. It was 9:00 PM on a Saturday night. They helped me figure out what was going on, and then they help me fix it right then and there. A new spark plug and a coil along with it. I left 40 minutes later with the car running as good as new. This place is awesome!

I went in today to replace a taillight bulb that had blown out in my Kia Soul. The customer service was out of this world!! A young gentleman by the name of Luis not only helped me find the bulb that I was looking for, He HELPED ME REPLACE IT!! That young man saved me TONS of money. The dealership was trying to Rob me. I receive a quote from Mark Kia for $120 and thought it seemed unreasonable.... And I was right!!! $6.99 and 10 minutes later, I was fixed and out the door. THANK YOU LUIS AND AUTOZONE!!!! I recently purchased a keyless entry for 100$ online, called up there and asked if I can have my money back Because I bought the wrong one for the Car, the employee said they dont usually take things back electronic for the car. I havent even used the keyless entry at all, its in the box I havent used it and they still wouldnt give my money back. Its not fair that happened when the employee couldnt have me a suggestion or something. I at least wanted my money back or half or something! The person claiming to be the manager, kinda tall fat mexican guy, was unacceptably rude to not only myself but three other customers while I was there as well. When it came time to checkout he charged my two separate cards a total of three times which doubled the amount of the item I purchased. He was a messy, very dirty and un-kept looking man that is NOT suitable for a managers position in the way he conducts himself and his appearance when representing the store.
