I was having some very random issues with my car. I have been going to AZ Auto Masters for years for oil changes, and other minor things as this car has typically not had any problems. The issues I was having were very mysterious and causing the car to run a fan and not have access to the heater or the air conditioner when it did this. I originally took it to AZ Auto Masters to get an initial explanation as to what was going on as well as a price. Because the car was still running, I continue to drive it for a little bit longer until it started getting worse. I decided to get a second opinion somewhere else close to me, and they told me that I needed to have all my spark plugs redone as well as a couple of other things that were causing this problem. Something didn’t sit right, so I went back to AZ Auto Masters as I have always trusted them. They looked it over again gave me a reasonable price and fixed my car perfectly. I also asked him about the spark plugs, and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my spark plugs. Unfortunately that left a bad taste in my mouth to ever go to any other auto repair shop. AZ Auto Masters is trustworthy, reliable, fairly priced, and just an overall really great group of people that are nice and kind, and will take care of their customers no matter what. You won’t be disappointed. Rick and Jesse are simply the best!

Richard and his team at AZ Automasters are wonderful! We have been using them for a little over a year now and we won’t go anywhere else. They are fast, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. Just recently my daughter’s a/c went out so we called Richard and he had us bring it down to the shop at 9am. They helped my son Weston with his Infiniti they have done several things such as putting in a new engine among other things for him and have always been fair, honest and quick when it comes to pricing, their quality of work and the time it takes to male it happen. When I called in for a price estimate when the shop my warranty service sent me too was taking to long to finish jeep they were quick to get me a quote and were ready and more tgen willing to help me out with it. I ended up having to wait for the other shop. Hands down if I need any help in the futre ill be going to these guys. My jeep still isnt back to me yet and its been over a month now. But love the people and the quality of their services and assistance.

The guys at AZ Automasters are real mechanics. A lot of places say they are mechanics but what they really do is just replace parts until the problem goes away. I had some tricky problems with my 2005 GMC Sierra, they were able to diagnose the problems quickly, repair and replace only the parts that were at fault and do it all at a very fair price. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks again guys.

These guys are the real deal. I brought my car for an oil change along with a need to reattach my radio to the dash. The whole shebang and labor cost the same as any other car fixers full synthetic oil change alone. Rick was very knowledgeable and first rate customer service. Local businesses are the kings.

Brought my truck in because I was spewing coolant and rick in the front office was very attentive to my concerns which made me feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. Gave this company three tries to fix and they don’t told me my car was fine I go to pick it up it’s blowing hot air then they tried to charge me $300 on top of the $1000 I had already paid them con artists. Stay away. The company called me and said if I take down my review they will call it even. I didn’t do it out of principal and now they respond with lies.The company states they record phone calls. I would like to hear where I stared this as I have never stared this in my life.Im aware you have stated that it is our fault the actuator is bad, and that you feel we are responsible to replace not only that actuator but the other 4 actuators on the vehicle, because another auto mechanic had stated that it is for sure our fault and the others are probably close behind it and will fail soon too.Again a blatant lie and I would love to hear this recording which never happened.I do remember your tech saying that they took my car for extensive test drives each time (which most likely racked up the miles.Stay away. I called them the day after my car was fixed the 1st time with the error and told them I was heading on vacation and would bring it in when I got back. Also the car blew hot air and I picked up the car hours on October 31st and called them on Monday. Again stay away. Why would they be willing to do something for free if they weren’t at fault??????And lastly what certified tech wouldn’t tell someone that they have hot air blowing in their car the 1st time around and telling them everything is good and let the person go home not knowing why the car was still broken until they brought it back in and had to wait 2 days for an answer.ConConConArtists

Ive always had great results with AZ Automasters. Its my #1 choice for our cars. They charge very close to Dealership prices but will be happy to install parts you may have pre-purchased online. We recently had a radiator, hoses, water pump, and thermostat replaced and AC checked on a 2008 Camry. Labor costs were pretty steep but it was 116 degrees and I didnt consider braving the heat to turn the wrench myself. Im happy to support their business.

They will advise only the work that is needed where other mechanics have stated more work is needed.To give you an example, My AC wasnt working and the Dealer advised $1500 in repairs, replacing multiple parts. I decided to take it for a second opinion and brought the car to AZ Automasters. They reviewed my AC and came back with a $600 repair to replace 1 item, and my AC has been great ever since.I trust that they have my best interest in mind to keep my car on the road safely. They have been the only auto shop I bring my vehicles to for the last 20+ years outside of my cars warranty work from the dealer.

They have a No entry with out a mask sign on the door so I walked in to drop my car off with my mask on. NO ONE inside had a mask on. So when I came back for my car, I walked in with out my mask. The man there walked out of his office WITH OUT A MASK and told me I had to wear one! I let him know I dont appreciate the hypocrisy and neither my or my husband will be back. Edited to respond to owner. Both times I came in the same manager did not put a mask on either time, even once he got behind the desk. I asked why he wasnt wearing one once he was behind the desk where he supposedly had one, and he said he doesnt wear one because of medical issues! What a liar.

I am new to this area, and I had gotten a coupon in the mail for a free oil change at Az Automasters. The staff was professional and respectful, and the oil change was truly free of charge. I will definitely return to them with any of my auto needs.

Do yourself the biggest favor of your life, go through your contacts delete every other mechanic and program this one!! They are the only and I repeat the only mechanics I will ever take my car too! They are honest, They are caring, and don’t rip you off. I took my car into 2 other mechanics and they gave me and my wife I really high quote and of course we don’t know a lot about cars so we almost did it then I looked online and found AZ auto-masters and everything told me to go there and I am so thankful I did they did it for a third of the cost and sent me pictures of the stuff they told me I needed. I have taken my other cars in here since and now all my cars run better then ever.

One of the few good shops open on Saturdays, which is perfect for me. Scheduling a visit is easy and fast and once there they take care of you, letting you know what needs attention and what’s functioning properly. They are thorough and help you understand things you may not know about your vehicle. Big shout out to Jessi, she’s personable, polite, and easy to talk to. Definitely would recommend this place.

I have done most of my auto repairs for years. Its gotten to the point that anything major is just too much of a hassle to do it in my own driveway. Ive had to go to Automasters a few times in the past couple of months. I can not over emphasize how different this place is. Its a warm friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door, and their knowledgeable staff is outstanding. Their prices are more than fair! Far below that of other places I tried. I have now recommended them to many of my friends who have had similar pleasant experiences there. Ive never given 5 stars to anyplace ever before and certainly not to an auto shop. But this place is completely different. Above and beyond the usual! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys are upfront, period. They present themselves professionally and there are NO hidden costs. They have a very convenient shuttle so you dont have to take an Uber. What I like the most is that they stand behind their work 100 percent. I made the determination to have my transmission rebuilt from AZ AUTOMASTERS because of their price, presentation, and orderliness of their facility. No regrets at all and Ill be doing business here from now on.One month later - My Jeep drives so great. The transmission builder is thee best. My high recommendation still stands.

Friendly and quick service. Had a water pump replacement, brought it in at 8:30 and picked it up by 11. They told me exactly what I needed to have done, without trying to oversell me on other things. The price was fair and reasonable. They also have a two warranty on all repairs they do there, which I appreciate. Will be coming back for other maintenance/repairs.

I have been taking my car to AZ Automasters because the previous owner used to do so. They have been very pleasant to work with. Sometimes they sound a little bit expensive, but it is not true always. For my three flush combo, they provided me the cheapest option, got a discount by using their coupon, provided suggestion for me.I naturally do my synthetic oil change from here and will continue to do so.And the best part they are open during weekends, maybe limited hours, but that still helps a lot.

They always have the best prices, and are the fastest out of all the places Ive been for oil changes.They have a lovely waiting area with comfy couches, and free coffee woo!I like that Jesse always gives me a full report of what needs work on my car, and I really appreciate that she is honest about what needs work now, and what can realistically wait. This shop is honest and professional. I have had both major and minor repairs performed here and will never go to another shop unless this place cannot do the work. Their pricing is competitive and they never push excess repairs on the customer. Kudos to them for not trying to take advantage of women as most repair shops do.

I had a Transmission Control relay replaced that was making my car drive in 3rd gear and not downshift and was very frustrated. The manager Jessi and the mechanics were very helpful and friendly and fixed the problem. Very fair prices too! Very honest people.

We are a family of 4 single parent, travelers from the State of Texas..we were in our way to California. Our car overhead I was in a complete panic with my 4 kids in a 116 degrees weather. The most friendly helpful person...I explain my situation and right away!! I got a yes!! We can look at it today and we will try to fix . Theres a reason this place has killer reviews and a high BBB score.Ive been coming here for over two years and will never look at another place again. There have been times when theyve quoted me a price, only to call me back after the repairs to tell me something wasnt as bad as they thought initially and instead of charging me to replace the part, they simply realized the part was just loose, tightened it up, and took the charge off the bill.They will go out of their way to make sure youre satisfied. Theyre completely honest, which sadly is rare among car repair shops, and theyre all very friendly and approachable. I dont know much about cars, and they are more than happy to explain what needs to be done and why, in simpler terms without making you feel like you should know this stuff.They also price match and provide military discount - go here and dont look back.

Got some large repairs done recently. Competitive prices, quick work, awesome communication. A part of the repair was supposed to resolve an oil leak, but that seems to be continuing. Not placing blame on them as things were a bit of a mess and I rushed their work a bit and havent brought it back in for a second look. Cant knock any of their work yet. Jim was great working with me on timing and costs.

I was having my sons look for these tires for about 5 months. Finally when they were almost bald, my son in law asked me if I still needed them. His shop had them in a week and they are finally on and rolling just fine. Thank you Az Automasters!
