I had 3 visits at this Audi location and have been helped by Shawn Bundy. He is awesome. He understands my concerns, addresses them, ensuring I have a loaner car and updates me on issues found. He is thorough and honest. If he were my grandson he would be my favorite, just kidding you can’t have favorite grandkids! But he’s right up there in my opinion!

I went to 3 Audi dealerships in the city looking for a place with great customer service for all my go-to repair needs. Third times a charm!! We had a couple of speed bumps which were immediately rectified without question. Then they even found a fixed another issue I didnt know I had. Thanks for being proactive! After having my regular service performed by a 3rd party, a sensor replacement required a trip to the Audi dealership.George Atiyeh, in the service department, was quick to offer that upon my purchase of the replacement part, Audi could immediately remedy the replacement of the part, as I waited, in just a few minutes.As stated, George handled the issue immediately and I was on my way, at no additional cost, but the cost of the replacement part, at which I also received the 10% price reduction coupon that I receive regularly as a repeat Audi customer.Well George and Audi.

I recently took my pre-owned Audi Q7 Premium to Audi Chandler Service Department in Chandler, AZ, and received outstanding help from Service Consultant George Atiyeh. I wanted a full inspection of the car and wanted his advice to both prioritize any needs, and to make sure things were attended to in a professional and excellent manner.I was extremely impressed with the help George gave me, and would rate it as one of the most outstanding vehicle service experiences I have encountered. As a retired Fire Captain, this means a lot to me, as I highly value both quality advice and work, which can sometimes be difficult to find.George impressed me with his attention to detail, careful consideration of my priorities, his help with organizing priorities, and excellent communication and follow-through skills to make sure things got done as specified.I am very Thankful for George and the others at Audi Chandler Service for such outstanding help!

I love Audi’s I think they are so cool and when I went to go look at a couple of cars a young man named kentrell I believe, he came and helped me he was so nice and informative. He made me feel so welcomed which is awesome because I was nervous going to the dealership by myself. I figured he must’ve been working there forever and I came to find out he literally just graduated high school. That is awesome I will definitely be coming back if all the sales men are like him.

I didnt buy my Audi here, but I wouldnt service it anywhere else. Sean is an amazing service advisor. Hes followed my car for 3+ years. Personable and he usually can beat the coupons I bring in. Ive also had a full detail done & the car was perfect, just like the day I bought it.

Audi Chandler sets the standard for how great service should be. They have taken care of me several times over the past few years. Every time I have had to take my car in for an oil change or service work it has been a great experience. They are very professional, honest, and get the job done right. This last visit went extra well even though my car has seen better days. Gabriel in service took care of me and even price matched the brake repair. The same price to get factory parts and service, you cant beat that. I would recommend anyone with an Audi to make this your home base.

Ask for George Atiyeh. The level of customer service that I have received time and time again is impossible to find in the automotive industry. I took my pre-owned A6 in for a recall. I got a call from George later that day letting me know that he had taken the time to pull history on my car and found that it had a maintenance plan in place through 55k miles and that he went ahead and had the 35k service knocked out while the car was there. The fact that he was willing to go above and beyond has earned my return service business to their dealership. Customers have many options these days. Customer service is what keeps people coming back. Well done George!
