The internet showed they had the oil for my truck and I ordered it. Went there and they didnt. They told me they would have it next day. I left and got home and they called and found it. The inept village idiot that helped me should take a urine test but Im sure he would study all night and fail

Brought a fuse in and asked if it could be tested. I was told it was impossible to test. Very strange because they weren’t even busy. Bought a new one anyway but it’s definitely possible to test if a fuse works.

You only really know how good the service is when something goes wrong, and these guys did great. Ordered a battery online but when I went to the store to pick it up, they didn’t have that size, despite the website claims of one in inventory. They volunteered to get me the next size up for the same price, no hesitation, and really nice about it. Definitely made me feel like the missing size was a fluke and they wanted to make it right. Everything worked out great, I really appreciated it.

Tested battery for free, unfortunately it was bad. They had a replacement in stock. Thank You Mark for your help.

Arrived at 5:43pm on Sunday, August 19, 2018. The hours clearly stated closing at 6:00pm. This is not the only auto parts store in the area. The competitors also have extended hours as well. This location obviously does not need my business. I do not recommend this location to anyone needing a reliable auto parts store that does not meet its hours of operations. Auto Zone thanks you.

Awful customer service! We went to a closer store and asked to get rotors turned, the very nice lady informed us that her location did not have the machine but this other location did. She called the store to confirm there was someone there to do it today. There was. We headed over for one of the 5 employees that was there to tell us he may not be able to get to it today since he had a whole 3 other customers in the store. How can you offer a service as a store and then because an employee cant seem to do his job, not get the service done!? Sad

Fantastic customer service at this location. Incredibly helpful staff each time Ive been here. Had to swap my car battery in their parking lot and they came out and assisted like champs. Brought over battery cleaner, a magnet in case I dropped something in the engine bay(I did), held cables for me, etc. Just above and beyond experiences Ive had at competitors.

These guys were great. I needed to replace a battery because my car died at work. Their shop happened to be a block away luckily. I walked into the shop to buy the cheapest tools I could in order to extract the battery for testing, thats when one of the associates asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for the cheapest tools for the job since I had tools at home and it didnt really need them outside of my immediate situation. He offered to let me borrow and in store tools if I left my ID at the counter. From there I was able to extract the battery, bring it back for testing, and go forward with the purchase of a new one.

I drive by closer auto parts stores to shop at this store for their great customer service. They have my recommendation.

Had always avoided the Advance stores. Stopped in here with a special application need. They blew me away with an array of solutions. Knowledgeable beyond any expectation. Now my new go-to for all things automotive.

Stopped here in the middle of the day to get a engine light checked. Mark dropped what he was doing to assist me. Im talking offering to let me borrow the jump box, trying to jump it with his truck, helping remove the battery to test it and ever providing me with a free battery recharge. Some of the best service Ive had in the country. That guy deserves a promotion!

My experience at this location was poor to say the least. I went in with a battery I had recently purchased. Was dead and needed a charge. I was told my battery was neither good or bad but couldnt charge it. Now I didnt see them put the battery on the machine because my battery was on the floor. Tell me how do I have a battery that is neither good or bad if it wasnt tested. I then was shown the new batteries which I declined and walked out with my good and bad battery. Im not sure how this place is run but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Guys there were awsome! Helped me with my 2002 mustang and guys there know alot and I think his name was Josh that helped me he knew alot about cars and was very helpful.
