The sales staff at checkout were helpful and courteous when we came in to pickup our online order. It took no time at all for them to locate and present our package. Very efficient.

This was a first visit to this location. Often on entering a store staff are similar to parrots.Not at 54th St. The genuine courtesy shown me had me purchasing things I otherwise planned to obtain elsewhere. I did not expect to find that which I came for. The point is with the excellent beginning I was a likely buyer. Unscripted and natural. Not only was all staff very good I also had a few verbal exchanges with a number of pleasant customers.

Always find what Im looking for and then some. Was getting new rugs, good enough selection to pick from. The clearance area is always good to go thru, certainly will find something whether you need it or not.

Could not find what I was looking for and sales were anything but sales. Even the clearance items were too expensive and I couldnt justify buying anything at this location when I know I can get the same product way less expensive elsewhere 🙃

Hours posted here state store closes at 9:00 on Tuesday. Got to store at 8:05 and the highly trained BB&B employees refused to let me in. Obviously they can afford to turn away business in this climate. Went down the street to Target and got the juicer I needed. Will definitely be back to Target.

Great service. So much here, its hard to walk out empty handed. Ive been researching coffee roasters, and found this hidden GEM! Its an air fryer, but all I saw was COFFEE ROASTER. If this was labeled coffee roaster, it would cost 500. Got it for 170.00!! Power Air Fryer Pro. And REALLY quiet too!

Great place to go for kitchen things. I dropped in on a Sunday afternoon. Not crowded. I found what I needed in no time and checkout was a breeze. After getting some bad knockoff junk from Amazon, I decided I was much better off picking up what I needed in person. Didnt have to wait for shipping, price was about the same and I got exactly what I wanted.

I need 63 long drapes without grommets but they didnt have them. Most are 84 and 90 long. So if you want them for a bedroom window youre out of luck there.

This was a great place to shop and visit. The store is kept extremely clean and organized. The workers were friendly and polite. The challenge is, the employees are overwhelmed and over worked. They need to hire more people.

They have such cool stuff here I always walk in looking for one thing and end up with two more things. They ALWAYS have coupons so you get discounted prices on the neat stuff you didnt need but got anyway.

I briefly visited this loc during the Xmas shopping rush. It was clean and the customer service was good. I was only there to pick up a new comforter so I was in and out. I was helped by a staff member to get the comforter from the higher shelves. The line to check out moved quickly and I left a happy customer. The Pure Beech comforter I bought was to replace an older one I bought around a year ago. The older one is clearly thicker so it seems there has been a change in quality of the comforter. The new one cost more than the one I bought last year but it is not as plush. Its still a nice comforter but I wish it was still as plush as it used to be. 3 stars for the comforter (down from 5) and 5 stars for the facility and customer service

Not sure what Bed Bath and Beyond has done but tracking info for orders is none existent and when I tried to add that to my review of a product they refused the post. If they are afraid to discuss this deficiencies in their online ordering process then I guess I will have to take my business to others that can provide that service.

Today I went in to get a keurig coffee marker thinking it would be easier just to get it in the store instead of online. I asked the cashier if they price match from their website, she said yes. I also told her that I have a 20% coupon I wanted to use. She said I couldnt use both on my transaction. I said I dont understand, I get both online when I checked out. So she asked another person, idk if he was the manager or another cashier but he didnt even try to understand the situation and said no you cant use both. Very poor customer service. I got better customer service online.

I found an item not stocked on the shelf. I asked a gentleman for help and got Ill be right back with you. I thought .. well, I can see how this visit is going to go. Long story short.. My parents (both are in their 80 s) forgot their 20%coupon but were told by a sales lady that if they brought it back they could get their 20% for the items they bought. Within a week, when I was in town, I drove them to this location (same location where they purchase their two items). My father presented the coupon and the gentleman did take 20% off the one item. Then, my father spent the money he recieved and bought mints which cost almost the amount he received for the 20% off. My mother asked him to get the other 20% off the other item as promised by the original sales lady. I went with my dad and there we met Dawn.This was the name appeared on her name tag. Dawn is the RUDEST, ONDESCENDING person we have ever met. Dawn spoke rudely to my elderly father in a harsh tone, which was very upsetting to witness.... other customers heard her banter at my father and it was unacceptable and rude. We tried to explain that they were told they could use the coupons, but Dawn kept on interrupting my father. Dawn asked where the coupons were and my father replied, the gentleman took it away and discarded them in the garbage. Dawn then went into the garbage and asked, is this it? Is this it?over and over again, pointing to coupons. Dawn referred to a trashcan full of 20% coupons. At this point, I was embarrassed and upset at how little respect Dawn showed to an elderly man. I replied, Does it matter what specific coupon it was? Dawn, with her rude tone rebuffed, Yes, it does.... SEE, SEE, LOOK HERE, 20% off a single item. At this point, my poor father just wanted to leave. It didnt matter that he and my mother were told they could use 2 coupons. He just was so offended and sad. I offered to show her a coupon from my phone. She eventually gave my father 20% off, but not before scolding us for using the coupons. Dawn made my dad feel so low. I am utterly disappointed at Dawn. My parents, elderly, not healthy dealing with major medical issues, unable to drive, bought 2 items for a Christmas gift and were told they could use their coupons on the 2 items. When my father tried, Dawn made him feel bad. I am utterly surprised that a person like Dawn can get away with her behavior, lack of candour and respect for others. Dawn is not a good role model for an ideal salesperson. I have shopped at other Bed, Bath and Beyond, but never had such a negative experience. My poor father, was also shaken up by the negative encountered by Dawn. Dawn, if you ever read this review....Shame on you for speaking rudely and in such a harsh tone to an elderly person! Shame on you!

Extremely rude employees. The atmosphere is not welcoming what so ever. Waited in somewhat long line for an item that was on hold, was told to get out of line, then took Jeremy a while to retrieve my item, and then had to get back in the long line. Monica was the cashier who made the experience so much worse. She had the worse attitude.

I ordered a lot of stuff. The things that stood out the most were the complete comforter set I bought for myself and my daughter. Both of the expensive sets had hair, lent and ruined stitching.. I go here all the time and Im super disappointed in this...

I had a great, quiet, no lines shopping experience the Sunday after Black Friday. The shelves were stocked, the store was clean and organized and the sales associates were helpful and patient. The bonus was they were still offering discounts. Im going to think about adjusting my shopping day next year.

Associate helped me price match a steamer and they have a good return policy -- 60 days for used plug in appliances she told me.

If its not here your kitchen does not need it. Also bathroom items and shower curtains. Certainly worth a walk around. Guaranteed you will find something that you like

I am currently putting up curtains In my house and had bought rods and rings in this store. I needed more later so I ordered what I thought was a match. I was mistaken but we called this store on Thursday afternoon when they arrived and Dawn helped us reorder the correct rings, and held the two rods they had in stock for me to exchange. Dawn was super helpful and did go way above and beyond 😜to help me get what I need and easily return what I had bought in error. Great service, have a BBB angel 😇

Always love Bed bath and beyond!! Always go there for kitchen needs. Place always has hard to find unique items just for cooking. The staff are very helpful and few are always walking around store to make sure anyone who has questions are helped. They have items seen on tv and items that are nee to the market. The store is divided into sections so its easier to find a bath item in the bath area and a bed item in the bed area. They have a large variety of sheets, comforters, duvet covers, and mattress toppers and much more. The variety of designs and textures ensure that you find just what you want or need.

Nice to have just about everything in one store,and at reasonable prices! Plus amazing price matching!

I Placed an order in the store. Checked the status of it 4 days later and the order was cancelled. I didnt receive an email or phone call letting me know this had happened. I never would have known if I didnt check the tracking number. Went back into the store to get a refund and they wouldnt even compensate me for their mistake.

We were able to get in and out pretty quick. The spaces are always crowded but all in all they do a great job keeping it tidy and always seem to have what we need and want. ;-)

Drove 15 minutes out of my way to avoid buying things online and sending my tax dollars elsewhere. It was pointless. There isnt anyone working here. Not one employee even greeted me or was around when I needed help until I was on my way out. Management should be ashamed. I wont feel guilty about buying online anymore.

This is where we go for certain things we dont find everywhere else. They have a great variety of coffee flavors for our Kerig, thats one of the main things we go there for.I love when their towels are on sale. They are terrific towels, very absorbant.

Tried to overcharge me considering their prices online were lower but they price matched their own price. Still, wouldnt have had to do that if they made the in store prices match their online prices.

BB&B has a huge selection and is certainly worth a visit when you need things for bed or kitchen. Still, the store is rather cramped and it can be difficult to find exactly what you need within all the clutter. Prices are average to a bit high depending on the brand.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. We came here to register for our wedding and we had a FANTASTIC experience. Jannet was tremendous. She went through the whole store with us and made recommendations without ever being pushy. She really knows her stuff and I cant recommend her enough.

We were close by so we went to this Bed Bath & Beyond instead of the one closer to our place. It felt like we were at the same place since it was laid out the same way and had the same products. I guess that is a good thing.

Tim was very helpful. He helped me pick out things for my powder room. Anytime he helped he never pointed but walked the customer to the product.

Is it just me or does everyone hate to work here? It seems like all of the employees hate their jobs. They all are... I wouldnt say rude, but dont greet you, dont attempt to assist, you have to hunt them down.. For as expensive as the stuff is, youd think that they could find people that want to be there.
