Hands down best store in the valley. Went in yesterday yessenia did a fabulous job helping me.then got my delivery today by Richard and Brandon. They were in and out like 20 min. Im telling you hats off to them and Jamal the manager will make sure his team get you right.

This place is AWESOME!! Yesenia was incredibly professional and helpful through the process, while Jamal our delivery guys had to do the delivery alone because someone called out on him and in my opinion he didn’t even need them. He was great and handled our items with great care. I really appreciate how these two went above and beyond to give my family a very pleasant experience. Thank you guys so much!!!

Brandon was amazing! Helped me take out my previous washer and dryer, and installed my new ones. Insured they worked before leaving and has been nothing short of wonderful. All associates I’ve spoke with have been pleasant to work with in my last minute endeavors for my washer and dryer needs.

From a laptop to mattresses ANYTHING I need Jamal and his team are outstanding with helping me and my family. Lost my job and collecting unemployment and despite paying for benefits plus which is supposed to protect me I was hounded for payment so I basicly had to give them my grocery money for the week to stop the calls. Most likely wont deal with this location again. Been a rent a center customer for a long time had great experiences at the casa grande location.

These guys are a HUGE reason why I’m willing to pay more for a product than what’s on the bottom line. The ability to make weekly or monthly payments on a product you otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford is great. These guys make it a pleasure to do business with rent a center.

My boyfriend and I are currently In the process of moving to Arizona, and Rent-A-Center has made it the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Not only have they been giving us the run-around on prices for over a month, but we were finally getting to the point where we get to pay, and a TV WAS PROMISED TO COME WITH OUR BUNDLE, for what we were paying, so we went ahead and sold our TV that we owned, since wed be renting one, BUT right before we finalized the application, they told us that they were no longer able to provide a TV because wed be renting too many items as new renters..... but my question was WHY WASNT THIS RELEVANT when you told us before?..We still went through with the purchase and I am grateful, but I am very upset with the process.
