They worked really hard to find a tricky problem. I wish they took less business so they could work more closely on each vehicle, but I get it. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks and it came back running great, and for less money than I expected.

Toyotechs is a knowledgeable, honest shop. We were fortunate to find Toyotechs after my Lexus mechanic closed his shop. On my first visit, I could have easily been sold a more expensive repair and I would not have known. I was given an honest recommendation at a fair price and they have been my Lexus mechanics ever since!

I have been using ToyoTechs for many years. I took my aged Sienna in for an oil change, belt replacement and to get some other things checked. Bryan Johnson noted several concerns (radiator leak, leaking valve cover gasket, CV boots, among other things.) But Joe Pottle, who has been there as long as I have used them. reviewed them and said that none of the items was at a critical point and we could wait until the next regular service to deal with them. I appreciated that.

I am very impressed by my service at ToyoTechs. I came here to get an oil combustion problem inspected. The mechanic honestly told me that that the repair to fix the problem would be very expensive and wouldnt do much for my cars longevity. I decided to see what my new honest friends at ToyoTechs had to say…and guess what? I ended up paying $500 for all “actual” important parts to be replaced on my 2006 Corolla with almost 250,000 miles on, then they told me that the car is in mint condition to the point that I most likely won’t need any repairs other than oil changes for almost 2 years.Talk about honestly to the point where they would lose profit! Went there for the first time at the request of a guy who wanted to purchase my Lexus to do a pre purchase inspection...I drove my car to there shop in perfect running condition....absolutely no problem. They took my car in and after about 20 minutes, brought my car out. I got in, started my car and it just died on me without any warnings...asked the mechanic to look at it. The guy knew exactly what the problem was since he worked on it. they broke the ignition wire and as a result the car got flooded and it wouldnt start again. Not only they did not admit to any false doing...They asked me to tow my car out of their parking lot without any help. I know my car had no issues when I took it there...and it came out with bunch of problems...I towed my car at my own expense to my mechanic and after his diagnosis, I will file a complain and will take them to court.....real bad service...real bad attitude...terrible customer service.

Brought my 2000 Tacoma in for what I thought was an expensive exhaust repair. Turns out it just needed new spark plugs 🤦🏼‍♂️. ToyoTechs Truck and SUV could’ve easily up-sold me or done extra work but they quickly isolated this simple issue and I was charged accordingly. Very happy with the communication and service.

I have only recently begun taking my vehicle to Toyo Tech and am pleased with the competence and integrity. They perform only the services that need to be done in a timely fashion.

I have been using Toyo Techs and their sister company, Atlanta Hybrid, for almost 15 years. They do great work for a good value, and they are open and honest about your repairs. They never do unnecessary maintenance just to bill you. My 06 4Runner was serviced by them exclusively once the warranty ran out, and it got over 250,000 miles before it was wrecked....could have made it to 300,000, easily.

My Toyota Sienna had over 200,000 miles on it and I had them first service the engine, replacing the ignition coils and gaskets. My car has never run better. Since then, I have always found them to be very professional and honest about any problems that Ive had with my car. I trust their opinion and their work. Thats a rare thing to say for any service company nowadays.

Had a problem with my CV axels on my 2011 Sienna which it seems no one could fix. I went through 2 sets of brand new axels that were causing my vehicle to shimmy at about 45 mph. I decided that I needed a technician that understood Toyota’s and after reading the reviews on Toyotechs, I decided to give the place a try. I’m glad that I did.I spoke with Robbie and he was very honest about what needed to be done to correct the issues I was having. He didn’t try to up sell me on other services, just gave me the repair my vehicle needed. They even gave my vehicle a complete inspection. I got my vehicle back the next day the problem was resolved. Honestly my van rolls even smoother than it did before. My brakes however were squealing after the repair but Toyotechs were very kind and took the vehicle back in corrected the issue. They even gave me a 2 year/24K mile warranty on the repair which was awesome.I am very satisfied with the service I received here. Should my vehicle ever need important repairs, I’m coming back here. Appreciate it guys!

Went in for an 80 K check up. They took a look and explained that because I had all ready had my oil changed and everything else looked good that I would not need any service. I explained that my fog light had popped out of place when I ran over something on the highway. They put the light back in place, checked over the whole car and got it back to me in 1 hour at NO CHARGE! Customer for life! Great Job!

Overall, I liked this place. I had an appointment and got in and out fairly quickly. I trust them not to do unnecessary work and not to recommend work before it is needed.ToyoTechs did give me different advice than the dealership regarding the timing of oil changes, so Im not entirely sure whos right on that.As for pricing, it seems to be comparable to a dealership. Sometimes dealerships might be cheaper because of a special or a coupon, but the ToyoTechs prices were fair. Again, I think the biggest plus is that they dont recommend work that isnt needed.

Recently had my LS430 serviced. These guys are fantastic. Theyre knowledgeable, tact, and even funny.Be prepared to spend a bit more than you might expect, this is because they only use OEM Toyota parts for every little thing. This is not a bad thing however, as they seem to be of a higher quality than the usual aftermarket replacement parts.All in all, the the extra money spent is well worth it for the guarantee that they will absolutely baby your car. If you ask questions about your car they are super quick to explain in gross detail whatever you might need to know, and when they dont know, they admit it and find and answer. Theyre my new go to for pretty much everything I cant handle myself. Couldnt ask for more.

With all the four star reviews I thought Id bring my car there to have it serviced. I went up to the service counter, but no service person was present. After a while one of the mechanics said someone would be up front. I continued to wait, and wait... still nobody even though they knew Id been there for some time. Eventually, I left to return to my car only to meet the service manager in the parking lot. First words out of his mouth were a very saracastic Patience is a virtue. So after waiting an inordinate amout of time in the office the first encounter is an insulting remark. Had he offered an apology for having no one covering the desk, I would have understood, but greeting me with an insolent remark?! Now thats customer service... Im a deer hunter, who will sit a stand for more than five hours in light rain for a shot at a deer, so patience is a virtue with which Im very familiar. I left because they obviously have some organizational and attitude problems with no one covering the desk, however great their mechanics might be.

I learned of ToyoTechs through a friend, and I have now recommended them to several other friends. They are also very reliable--they do exactly what they say theyre going to do. Visited ToyoTech because the dealership was so expensive. We dropped my car off wanting a brake job. When they called me later after having the mechanics look at my car, they agreed and said it needed a brake job but the price was higher than the dealership. When I asked the gentleman that I’d like to talk it over with my husband and if he could please repeat what exactly is needed in detail ( I was confused about pads vs shoes) he was impatient and talking too fast. I told him I was writing it down and you could tell he was annoyed. He then proceeded to quickly say, “hun, figure out what y’all want to do and call us back”. They are the experts and I expect them to educate me, the customer, without getting annoyed and calling me “hun”.I didn’t feel valued as a customer and won’t be returning.

This is a solid alternative to the local Toyota or Lexus dealer. I have used both local Toyota and Lexus dealers and been very happy, but the Lexus 90k miles service cost gave me pause to shop. Made mistake of taking my RX350 to a lexus dealership for an oil change since ToyoTechs is closed on weekends. I was told that I needed a $4200 gasket replacement; I took it to ToyoTechs and was told that some oil perhaps had spilled, everything OK and charged me nothing. I own 3 Toyotas and have always had a good experience at ToyoTechs
