Below are photos, before and after my sweet Parzival was fixed after a front end collision with a GMC van. This was my first ever accident and I had no idea what to do or where to go until the tow guy took me to this amazing place!I had a bad day overall but when I arrived, they came to me with kindness and reassurance. They didn’t try to take advantage of me when it came down to prices, they did everything in their power to get high quality parts for a good price, they honestly went above and beyond to ensure I got the best customer service possible. Overall, it took a month or so to repair all together so it was completed rather quickly for the damage that was done, in my opinion.I worked with Martin specifically, he is fantastic, I can say without a doubt he will not let you down. He helped me when I had questions, he let me take time to sort out my payment methods, he made things easy to understand for me, AND he would get back to me right away if I shot him a text message.Trust me when I say that this is the place you want to come to when you need some serious car repairs done within the city of Atlanta. There are so many places out there that don’t care for their customers budget and well-being, don’t risk falling into those traps. Definitely come to this place instead. You’ll save money and you will not be disappointed.

I ended up wrecking my business truck. Martin and his team came highly recommended by one of my friends. These guys were easy to work with, fair, and they went the extra mile for me. The work is amazing, better than I could have expected. They were on time, and made the process very easy! When I dropped off the truck I had a tire that was losing air, they even fixed that for me, which was completely above and beyond. As far as body shops go, I think it would be hard to find anyone better in the Atlanta area.

These guys are real legit and A1 . Super professional very friendly and with a sense of urgency . They really know what they are doing when it comes to the repair of your car and care about the guest . Even though you won’t (shouldn’t) find any issues with your repair they would still be willing to deal with it the best way they can right away . Thanks Martin !

I took my Yukon here to have a side mirror replaced. I found them by accident but I am so glad I did! From start to finish they were very professional, kept me updated, and finished my job quickly. I will definitely use them and recommend them to everyone I know in the future.

New ownership same maybe better service

My good friend, Pedro Gil, is doing auto repairs here, and he does such good work for reasonable rates. Pedro also works on heavy equipment, tractors, etc. If it has an engine or a motor, Pedro Gil can fix it!

Just had a wonderful experience with Martin Lugo the owner. My Lexus ISC 350s rear bumper was damaged in a parking lot, but, it looks better than new now. The quote was much better than the competition, the repairs were done in a timely manner, and I am extremely happy!

Chamblee Dunwoody Collision was recommended to me by two separate people. And I would do this same for the next person. The work was great & far exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Following a not-at-fault head-on collision,my car was towed to Chamblee Dunwoody Collision where I met the owner, Henry Farmer.Upon what Henry Farmer called completion, I went to pick up my car in high spirits to get my car back, after a MONTH of being without it. To my surprise, there was more things wrong with the car when I picked it up than before the accident - that werent related to the accident. Henry Farmer and Chamblee Dunwoody Collision did an extremely poor job in painting my car after replacing the front bumper and headlights. The 2 front fenders were completely chipped and paint was gone that was there even after the accident. The hood now had dings and scratches in it that werent there after the accident. I noticed this immediately and made another appointment to drop off the car again so that he could repaint the areas that THEY screwed up.After a long process of him lying and saying the hood was like that, and going back and forth with the insurance company, he finally painted the hood. I go to pick up my car FOR THE SECOND TIME from Henry Farmer, and notice scratches and dents on my car that are no where near the front of the car, where the accident was. There is a large dent directly next to the gas tank that was not there before the accident. There are scratches all over the new fenders, front bumper, and hood that were all brand new from the factory, or freshly painted. There are scratches along the side of the car that were not there. Henry Farmer refused to fix any of those issues, even with pictures I had of the car before the accident proving there were not dents or scratches on my car, saying they did not happen at his shop. They park the cars so close together that when doors are opened cars are hit. Henry Farmer is a liar and a thief. He makes more problems with the car than when you drop it off so he can get money from the insurance companies, or from the owner of the vehicle. I have never been more disappointed in any service I have ever received.

This place is awesome

The work is excellent, Henry Farmer is easy to work with, full of integrity, and I have never been disappointed about the work. I have a young adult son (several slight fender benders through the years). Over the years they remain to be my preferred body shop!

My client takes his trucks there and sends quite satisfied with their work.

Not sure why people are unhappy with this place, I delivered my car on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday this week...took exactly the time Henry said and at the cost quoted. Henry is a gentleman and values his work greatly

Great work at affordable prices

My car has been sitting with them for 2 months and it was just a fender bender. Mr.Henry is a liar, he lied about my car being ready he gave me false dates. Ignored my calls, and he over charges! I will never be returning there again!
