I have used this company multiple times and they are helpful and kind. Unfortunately the last two times I have been I’ve been turned away from getting the 10 minute oil service. Both times I have arrived well before they’re closing time at 6 PM. One time I arrived at 5 PM and the other at 5:12 PM. Both times they stated that they can no longer take any more people, even though there was only two cars waiting in line and over an hour before their reported closing time.Good company but don’t Expect to get service if you arrive after 4:45 or 5 PM during the week.

Came in to get a couple brake lights replaced. They were quick and courteous. The manager came out and greeted me at my car. I told him that I thought I had a brake light out. He checked all my lights and replace 2 bulbs that had blown out. Will continue to bring my car here for service when I need it. Found my new mechanics.

New to the area and I was due for an oil change. Being that it was Saturday, I assumed that no one would be able to squeeze me in for an oil change but decided to check any way. Did a quick Google search for oil changes near me and Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers came up with a solid star rating. After reading several reviews I made my way to their shop. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted quickly & promptly by an employee who said they would be able to do my oil change that day, with a 5-10 minute wait. The employee instructed me to pull my car into the bay, where I was then informed that I could stay in my vehicle while my oil was changed. I had never been to a shop where they allowed you to stay in your vehicle during any maintenance, so this experience was amazing. Upon pulling into the bay, the tech (Nick) was GREAT! He warmly greeted me, asked me a few questions regarding my vehicle as I was a new customer and got to work right away. Within 15-20 minutes, my oil change was done, all my tires, belts, fluids, had been checked and I was out the door. Due to the great price for a high mileage oil change and the EXCELLENT customer service, I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here again for all future oil changes and would highly recommend this shop. Keep up the great work!!!

For the last couple of years now this has been the place i go whenever i need a quick oil change. The staff are super friendly, professional, and honest when letting you know if they recommend any additional services for your car. It is a 10 Minutes Express Oil Change as advertised, but usually there is a bit of a lineup so it can take a while longer. You can make an appointment online, but it really does not make a difference. They have a first come first serve model with no window dedicated to pre-made appointments, so it will take the same amount of time whether you just drive up or make an appointment. I usually avoid doing more than an oil change here because the one time i also requested a tire rotation i ended up waiting 45 minutes extra. They use separate bays for different services, so it can take some extra time if you are looking for more than the express oil change. All in all, i highly recommend coming here for a quick, reasonably priced oil change and i will definitely continue to come back myself.

I’ve been here a couple times and the oil change is timely but the wait in line can take a while which is expected since they do get pretty busy. I recommend coming when you have time. I just want to shout out Nik who is super professional and outgoing! He is always very helpful!!

Nick was my service technician today. He was a really nice guy who was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was also cool to my 4 year old son in the back seat. Nick provided a much better experience than the service department at the dealership just up Peachtree Industrial and it only took 15-20 minutes!

Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers is the ONLY place I take my car(s). The guys here are super friendly and caring. Marlon helped me on Saturday and was the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I have ever met! I came in for a issue that was pretty costly but his honesty resolving the issue was less severe then we thought! Thank god. This is coming from a female who has not had a lot of trust from previous failures of others. With that if you want to find. Honest, pleasant, good work It is here.Great customer service! The manager Chris is exemplary and very professional!! I have been coming to this location for a while, and will only come here for service. I have gotten oil changes, multiple tire changes, and a tune up for my Camaro. I get in and out swiftly, and I am always greeted quicky. Thank you Express Oil and Tire!

Came in because I had to jump my car this morning. They seemed busy, but I thought I would give it a shot. They not only had my battery in stock, but they installed it outside because they did not have a spot available inside. Quick and courteous. Will be bringing my car back for future service.

Went in because I had to jump my car this morning, they tested my battery and found it was good. They found a light in the back of my car was on. I feel dumb, but they took such good care of me. They have been taking care of my car since I moved here.

Ive been getting my oil changed with oil express for years and they are normally kind and efficient. Yesterday I went and the guy there was not friendly, in fact, he could be considered rude if your compare it to all my other experiences. I think his name was Benard? I dont think he checked my tires because I left and still had a low pressure light on in my car. He didnt smile once, he yelled at me to slow down while pulling in and I wasnt going fast. Just had an uncomfortable experience and I wont go to him again. The car next to me was getting great service. The guys were joking, smiling and dancing, also talking to their customer. Over all, Oil Express is a good place to go, just not yesterday.

People are amazing. Just wish more focus could go to people having appointments.

I think the guys provided good service and value, the physical property is a mess, dirty, and not at all a place to hangout and wait on your car. Bathroom was not working and disgusting anyway........ So, good experience with work on my car, bad experience on physical facility. Would be acceptable if they just cleaned, disinfected, and organized

I like Express Oil Change a lot. You can sit in your car during an oil change and Ive never met a rude employee at any location. Prices are fair and Tuesdays are ladys day, $5 off an oil change for the ladys. I definitely recommend 👌🏼

I really appreciate him taking the time to explain things to me what I needed to have done in the future without pressuring me or up selling.My oil change and wiper replacement was in and out. It only took like 15 minutes.Some of the staff could work on their friendliness, but Caesar was so nice that it made up for them.

I was really hoping to love this place but... I went in to have an oil change on my next to new vehicle bringing my own oil and filter as I normally perform the change myself but in a time crunch this week. The guys are incredibly friendly and quick. They changed the oil and I was on my way in no time. But when I arrived home I checked underneath just to make sure there werent any leaks. Which there werent any. But... the biggest concern is that I noticed that the filter housing appeared it wasnt touched as there was still dust on the external cap. Typically when you change oil, you will wipe and spray the residual oil off the cap and surrounding area, the dust would in theory go with it. But as you can see by the photo, its like it wasnt even touched. I then checked the oil level and it was overfilled which aligns to my logic that the oil filter that I brought, was not changed. So I had to drive back and have them drain out the overfilled oil as they still held their ground that they changed oil filter. What was supposed to be quick and painless change on a 13k mile vehicle turned into a one hour fiasco all over some laziness...How many other shortcuts are they taking? Definitely not looking to get anyone in trouble but not sure I recommend based on this encounter. The guys that work there are incredibly friendly so two stars instead of one...

Excellent customer experience. They were very knowledgeable and helpful especially with a non-oil related issue.

Suspected my right rear tire had a leak, sensors were alerting, went to dealership and they said right rear was fine, right front needed to be changed and couldnt be patched. Went here for a second opinion, they found the right rear indeed had two nails in it and could be patched. Saved me $100 and actually fixed the correct tire. This was a month ago, everything still great. Big thanks to Jamal and Chris, will come back here for all car work now.

Love getting my car serviced here. The entire staff is super friendly and honest through and through. If you don’t need something done or it can wait they let you know, which is super rare it in my experience. They fixed my car when no one else could figure out why the engine wasn’t working, I had given it up for parts and this was my last effort. They saved me an entirely new car loan! The engineers love their job and you can tell by the way they talk about their work. I hope this location doesn’t change for a VERY long time because I could never find a servicing shop I’m this happy with. Chris has been a new manager there for some time, I have and will follow this dude wherever he goes! - and Marlon is the genius who saved my 13 year old car and made it like new. If you haven’t been before, take my advice and give it a go.

I came in on Saturday with a flat tire. The last place I went couldnt find the flat but Jamal and crew were able to find the nail and patch the tire all in about 10 minutes. Every time Ive been here has been quick, easy, and affordable. I highly recommend.

I have been a loyal customer of Express Oil Change for close to 10 years. Many other locations Ive been to have you wait for someone to greet you, ask what service you need, and direct you to a lane. I was greeted with Why are you blocking both lanes (I had been there less than a minute and no one behind me). I finally get into a bay and get my service done with another gentleman who was fine. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. No sense of professionalism.

This express oil is so great! Thomas the assistant manager and Stanley took great care of me! Quick service and super nice. Ive been getting my oil changed for years and no one has ever shown me the air filter thats in my glove compartment! It was filthy! Thanks to Thomas its now nice and clean. Also great specials when Braves score ($1 off for each run scored and double on Wednesday for Tuesday runs)! When I saw they had 5 stars already on yelp I was not surprised. Highly recommend!

I waited 10min in the 10min oil change lane while other cars went through the other service lane. I was ignored by the staff as other customers that just pulled in were serviced ahead of me.When I expressed my concerns to the Assistant Manager (who was texting on his personal phone) he told me not to disrespect him. The Manager said he might have something important...I guess the Assistant manager’s personal life is more important than his work or the customers time!I have been a loyal customer but it seems the new management can’t appreciate this! There are literally dozens other other auto service locations that understand customer service...and appreciation!NEVER AGAIN!I’ll take my 4 vehicles to another shop.

This was my first drive through oil change where you literally stay in your car. They did a great job, changed my oil, replaced my filter for cheap, and filled my tires with air for free as part of the service. I wont procrastinate next time, now that I know how easy it can be! Have had my BMW’s oil changed here for the past year and have always been happy with the service. Needed a rear brake job and after researching reviews decided to give them a shot. They did a great job and had me out on time as promised.

Went for an oil change even though I wasnt due yet. The tech (John) seen that my oil was still pretty clean and advised me to wait another 1k miles. He ended up topping my oil off for free and sending me on my way. Very HONEST GUYS HERE! Im a new loyal customer:)UPDATE: 1/23/18Recently went back for emissions warning light. There repair cured the problem long enough to pass emissions. But the warning light came back on. Took it back, they found another issue and fixed it. Not expensive and a quick repair.Well it came on a third time. They were understanding and said I wouldnt have to pay... Just had to bring it back on the weekend. Turns out the light never came back on!! Very happy that they were not going to charge again. And they were not expensive at all for the two previous repairs.A+ quality and customer service...Highly recommended:)

I absolutely trust and am appreciative of the service I receive that this location. They are always attentive and know what theyre doing. They do not try to rip me off or sell me anything I dont need. I have done a services from brakes, tires,headlights, transmission flush and regular oil changes. Stefan is awesome! Amanda is awesome! I visited Express Oil Change for a routine oil change. The attendant checked the cap of my oil to verify the type they needed to use in addition to asking me. They offered to check my cabin air filter, showed it to me, and offered to replace it for a reasonable price. They also checked all of my lights, identifying that one of my brake lights was out and offering to replace it. They checked my windshield wipers as well and were not pushy when I declined to have them replaced.All of this was under 15 minutes! Overall great experience!

Ive taken my car to many Express Oil locations in the Atlanta since I moved to the area and this location was absolutely the worst. I went to this location for a simple emissions test. When I pulled into lot no one came to greet me until I was almost pulled into a bay and I was greeted very unprofessionally what do you need?”. I stated I needed an emission test done and told me that I needed to go around back. Ok no Problem I drove my car to the back of the building and the same guy who greeted me was directing me into the spot. After I parked the car as he walked away which I assumed was to inform someone that I needed my Emissions done. As I waited I watched 3 people working on an oil change on same car and the same guy who directed me in was just walking around. As time went by we are looking at 10 minutes now No one has approached me letting me know it’s going to take a minute for some to be free or anything... Still being patient, I was able to observe the location and see that the Workers were just sitting around, on their phones, and watching videos, I could see this all from my car. Another 10 minutes have pasted and still nothing, that when I just left the location obviously knowing I wasnt going to get help at this location.... SO, I Drove to another Express location and they took way better care of me... how I’m normally treated at any Express… and was in and out of the Duluth location on Peachtree within minutes. Just be aware of this location you might be better off at any other Express then this one.

I cant stay enough great things about this place and in general Express Oil Change! I have only been to two other locations and the service is consistent at different locations. I love that the oil change service is quick and simple. You simply pull up and they perform it right in front you. I love this because I can see exactly what is being touched in my car and have no worries. Also, they are very honest with their service recommendations with no pressure to purchase the necessary.

The manager gives a very honest opinion, even if that means getting the work done elsewhere. He told me it would be more economical to go to a locksmith for a problem with my car lock. I have been here several times, and they recommend minimal and what is right for the car at very economical rates! I will continue to come here, as their cost including labor is not expensive, and they are fantastic at what they do.

I met the assistant manager, Thomas, while getting my car serviced. I love that they so everything in front of me so there are no tricks. They are pleasant and never felt like I was forgotten while I waited. He even helped me figure out my glove compartment issue! Lastly, I appreciate that they have three different price points for synthetic oil. I called two other oil change places near me first and only got one price quote from them.

The customer service here is unbeatable. Came here after hearing great reviews. They unfortunately could not perform the road force balance that i needed but the manager immediately looked up nearby places that have this service and made the effort to find the closest one with the shortest wait time. HUGE help. Will be back in the future for any car issues.

The service was fast, quick, and easy. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel injectors cleaned. DJ, Gary, and Thomas helped me. It was so efficient and I did not have to wait long. They even gave me a paper detailing what services Id need and when. He showed me the cabin filter, a part of the car I never knew existed but is very important. The place is also in a very convenient location in Atlanta right off ga 141.Another thing to note is how they did not try to con me for services I did not need. Thomas inspected my vehicle thoroughly and when he saw it was running well he sent me on my way.Id recommend bringing your car here for service. They will make sure your car does not break down. 5/5 for express oil change.

Between my wife and I - we have been to four different Express Oil Change locations...and they have always been good experiences. Three in Georgia and one in Florida. In our experience the staff have have always been polite and professional. This location (Chamblee) is no different...a very good experience. When we travel (or before we travel) we always seek out one of their locations. Prices are reasonable and the tasks performed in a timely manner. Were thankful for Express Oil Change.

Marlon is the best. I have never been dissatisfied with my service here. This is my second GMC and he walks me through every step when it comes to repairs. Being a woman, some shops try to take advantage, but the guys here are professional and very trustworthy! I would recommend them hands down.

Hands down, the best oil change experience Ive had! Greg and Thomas were very knowledgeable and polite. They completed the oil change very quickly and made recommendations, without being pushy. Plus, its freezing outside and I didnt even have to get out of the car. I am very happy that I stumbled upon this great place and will be a return customer!
