Went in to get a number ported over. Guy told us he couldn’t help and call 611. I call AT&T customer service and they tell me that he was just being lazy and could have easily helped. Will never set foot in that store again. Don’t waste your time going there.

Andy (Alex bell Rd location in Centerville Ohio) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, he was not a pushy salesman but made us aware of what options were available. We purchased new phones and had an issue with one in setting it up, but he stayed after hours to ensure we were set up and ready to use our new phones immediately. I would definitely recommend and return back to this store and this salesman!

Purchased a mobile charger from this store that the sales associate stated “lifetime warranty”. Charger had an issue so returned to store for “exchange”, NOT A REFUND.. Sales associate and Manager would not “exchange” without a receipt. I purchased it with my credit card and they took my info (name and phone number ) at time of purchase and entered into their system - “for warranty purposes”. Clearly their “ sales tactics and practices are with false pretenses and not honored. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for 10 years with my phone services and direct tv now. It’s a shame that a company as big as AT&T will lose business due to exposed shady business/sales practices exposed over a mobile phone charger.

I visited this store twice recently. Once for a friend to set up a new phone, and a week later to set up a new phone for my Mom. Both times we had Chad. He was very professional, yet friendly, and went above and beyond both times. Chad is very tech savvy and answered all of our many questions with patience and ease. Very satisfied customers! I highly recommend this store. Ask for Chad. You wont be disappointed.

I usually have great service here but extremely disappointed after my most recent visit. Made an appointment to receive help in store and the store changed their hours but still allowed me to make an appointment before they were even open and did not notify me of the changes. The woman who helped us was not apologetic about the scheduling error (I know its not her fault but some empathy would have been nice). Overall, she seemed uninformed and extremely disinterested in assisting us. Did not purchase a phone because we wanted to buy it outright and they would not let us. After the bad customer service and disorganization of the store/company, really made me consider changing carriers.

The AT&T store is one of the main reasons why I use and like AT&T. It sets AT&T apart from the other services. They answer any question, any time. AT&T stores make appointments and spend all the time necessary to resolve queries and educate the customer, all without making a person feel *dumb*.

I came to this AT&T Cell Store to get help with resolving a problem I had with my AT&T account. Greeting me at the door was Andy Kuske. After listening about my problem, Andy got right to work on possible solutions. Within just a few minutes he had put together a plan that more than did what I was hoping for. It was like magic, each and every step he proposed was able to be accomplished right then, and I left the store with all my account problems solved. I can tell anyone reading this message, Andy Kuske can solve your problems fast, and he can explain it all in easy to understand language. My hat is off to you Andy for a job well done. Bought a new phone this am, Samsung Galaxy Express 3. Service was fast and friendly. The transaction was timely and had only one problem, they did have a case or protective cover for the phone. Easy to order it on Amazon and less expensively. Very happy w0 the phone and service.

I had Verizon for several years and wanted to upgrade. The rep at Verizon was clearly not interested in our account. He was surly, arrogant and aloft. After about 5 minutes with him I left and went to AT&T. I came out of AT&T about 2 hours later, after entering into a 2,500 contract for a 30 month period. Verizon’s loss, AT&T’s, and my gain.

Worst customer service ever! Cannot deal with someone in person! Always have to have them call in on phone to someone. Ridiculous! No customer satisfaction at all from me! Three trips in two weeks and problems not solved. “Contract” not up for two more days so can’t talk new price to keep me as happy customer! Took 2 times to get NFL Sunday ticket cancelled! Only reason bill went past due! Wanted me to pay full amount overcharged price and then get credit on next bill!!! Only care about new customers once you are a customer they just don’t care. People in store including management didn’t seem to care that I was upset and dissatisfied and frustrated! ATT and DIRECTV GET ZERO STARS! Will never have anything to do with them every again!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!

When I visited here a year ago, this place was badly understaffed. What staff there was apparently were no familiar with the ATT phone services & gave me incorrect info on how to use my phone when I was vacationing out of country. They seem to be more interested in trying to sell expensive phones & devices, rather than assisting customers who already are using their products & services. ☹️

I went in to get my damage phone transferred to my new phone as well as my old phone transferred to my new phone and that when I got there all the employees were helping other customers and there was another customer ahead of me. The wait wasnt too long and I was greeted by Evan who shook my hand and asked how he could help me. Although I didnt need to purchase anything he still gave me all the attention I needed and helped me to complete the process of moving both my phones to my new phone. Im immensely grateful. They even provided information on recycling my old phone.

So far Ive attempted to call the store 9 times; no answer... so previous reviews were spot on with that aspect. I now am going to drive down to the store and hope and pray that previous reviews wont also align with my experience.After the issue of trying (unsuccessfully) to call the store, I went online to schedule an in store appointment. That process was straightforward and fairly simple. When I got to the store, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful associate and my issue was addressed and resolved quite quickly. So my advice to others is to schedule an appointment online and go in the middle of the day. I would assume evening hours are much busier, as they would be at most retail places. But overall, my interactions with the store were positive once I scheduled my appointment online. I did find it odd that a phone company would have such enormous difficulty answering a phone call LOL I found the level of service for my visit to be quite adequate.

If I could give negative stars, I would.Worked with a Nikkole and highly stressed how disappointed I was in previous customer service and she assured me this time would be different. She filed my claim completely wrong and the only way I found out about it was checking my claim online when my phone was not delivered on the date she told me it would be there. The claim was completely wrong, so I had to download all the paperwork and resubmit it myself. Why are you paying your representatives to do work that Im going to have to redo at home with no proper training on how to do it? And Im the one who did it correctly...So now, Im waiting on a phone that had an original delivery date of a Tuesday, to be delivered to me by Monday of the next week. Absolutely ridiculous.This is the second time Ive attempted to file a warranty claim after a product malfunction, and this happen. AT&T will surely lose a customer if anything else goes wrong in the near future. Worst. Service. Ever.

We were the first ones in the store for the day, so we received immediate attention. The manager Eric helped us out and seemed excited to do so. He did get us on an up sell, which is his job, but worked with us on our plan to keep it pretty near our previous price based on our data usage trends he looked up. So we walked out with an extra iPhone for free and an iPad mini (with some strings attached) for about $100 off the retail price. The only negative I would say is that the process takes quite a long time. Not sure we can control that with all the activation and data transfers. Thanks Eric for streamlining it and answering our questions while giving us the time to have family huddles during the sale.

Tried to make a insurance claim on my s7 Active. They lady working there was extremely lazy and was pissed she had to do her job. Im switching back to Apple because paying $225 for a claim on top of the phone itself is absolutely absurd!!

Recently my phone broke, I went into purchase a new one. After being blamed for the issue, I was told that I needed to call customer service. Needed to upgrade a phone from Trac phone to smartphone for my daughter and add her to my plan. Been a longtime customer. Found a nice, low price smartphone that was added and will not significantly add to my monthly bill. Daughter loves it. The salespeople are unprofessional and dismissive. I walked into the store to buy a new iPhone and the man told me that he knew nothing about iPhones. He was a ‘Samsung Expert’ and couldn’t help me. He actually told me I should just go to the Apple store to get my phone. I was pleased with Apple store and purchased a $1059 phone. If AT&T salesmen work on commission, this guy totally blew it.

These people are the worst. Shameful is to good for them. They sold my father,82, a phone attached to another contract. They sold it to him as new! I think that is called fraud. When att tech support informed us of this we took the phone back. They would not make it right. Told us they did not make a mistake. They have lied and cheated my father. The only thing they can do is sign you up and let the money flow from your pocket. If you have questions or issues you get a blank stare, an I dont know and referred to the phone support. This store and the business in general should be avoided at all costs. As much as I hated Sprint, I wish I was back with them! To expensive and they advertise coverage but I have way more dead zones now than I ever had.
