Well, I went there three times and eventually finished the migration from prepaid account to post-paid account for the association of my phone with my SSN. The first time they told me about the migration, and they do nothing. The second time they gave me a new sim card for the migration. The phone number arent preserved into the new account, though I mention that I want to keep use the old number. Then, the two-factor authentication killed me. The third time I finally got my old number back. Later, I found my credit hadnt been transfer to the new account, and I was enrolled in their most expensive plan. I was confused and went there the fourth times. I asked them about the plan. They were angry and asked me to call customer help. For the refund, they said it was non-refundable. I hope they are just new to and extremely unprofessional and unreliable for the special case and they were not intended to throw me into the most expensive plan. The information about the migration from prepaid to postpaid. The refund policy about prepaid is shown in their webpage. However, they cant make it well, so that they cause the customer visit them so many times. The professional customer service representative should know how to do them.

Sold us a smartwatch and got the second for $250 off. Paid it off within a week. A month later cancelled service since weve tried for 6+months to get coverage while induce of our house to no avail ( with a cell spot inside the house). Now theyre trying to make us pay the $217 for the already paid off phone. TMobile is a scam. Only have it a star so I could leave this warning to unsuspecting victims.

Came in for assistance with switching to t-mobile, started speaking with Kimberly and was ignored when a delivery person came in. Did not say excuse me or sorry and walked away while I was in mid conversation. Just go to a different store.

Ive only been in this location twice, but had the pleasure of working with Nicholas and Zachary. Both are very kind, patient, and willing to help. I even had a discrepancy with T-Mobile billing me for something I felt I did not owe and Zach helped me resolve the issue. Im no longer with T-Mobile because I am trying other carriers. But I appreciated the team members I worked with here and know they will do their best to help you out. :D

Went there twice in the past week with technical problems with my phone, couldnt trouble shoot it because the phone was dead and an hour of charging and the phone was still at 1 percent, they told me they didnt have a Samsung charger ???? Really ?they gave me a hot line # to call for trouble shooting, I dont like talking to people on the phone and thats the reason I took it to a store so I could talk to someone face to face ! So I took the phone home and it was at full charge in less then an hour ! Took it back the next day with a full charge this time and they wouldnt even look at it, told me they have done all they can do, get on line and get another one !!! Seems to me unless your there buying a phone and getting signed up for a new service, nobody has the time for you !! Will start going farther away to the dayton mall from now on !

Online store hours incorrect as of 7/8/15. They are only open until 8 on weekdays! Wasted 40 minutes driving to the site to return a DOA device purchased earlier in the day and they werent open.
